I wonder what kind of freedom emerges from releasing the need of "the world remember me" thing... is it not just a mind`s need for outsourced validation ?... Does it really matter? Looking at some amazing artist`s life like Marylin Monroe, Robin Williams, etc... they made millions happy with their art.. their contribution to the world , been loved by the crowd , yet, they died so miserably alone, unhappy... does it really matter if the world rememebers us or not?

& also PHOTOS or PICTURES can't replace it either... The experience cannot be replaced with anything of that certainly. Pictures, devices, social media an so on limit us all as well, life cannot be truly live through them. Life is passing by... So while we do make photos or make some selfies the experience of the moment gets lost for good. Life can't be lived either from books, photographs, movies or any second hand knowledge. Instead of the mindless, pointless, non-useful BS I had to endure at school, where bullies made life miserable and the sink-or-swim social survival trials take place amongst young people, I wish I had been taught this. I had to grow up not having a father and I believe I have missed out on the fundamental things that a father can teach his son. I will follow this path of awareness, understanding and routine and one day teach it to others myself.

A flower bloomed. I lived in temple for years. We are not body or mental states. Awareness IS Experience. Non-duality beyond time. Self in God. Flowers bloom and fade away. But we are formless in Formlessness, unconditioned. The experience of God dear friend. Excellence & sensitivity are transitory. But God is the Being of Excellence itself and never perishes. 🙏🙏 I bet you won't take me on a walk next time.

People search for technology with the hope of rediscovering something new. There’s nothing new under the sun. We are the most complicated and technological quantum computer’s running on various systems that work independently but together at the same time. All so that we can function and have a life to call life. It takes the body doing nothing and the mind doing something. That something is a different process for each one of us. There are LIGHT bearers in every era and Sifu you are ONE. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom that I’m sure has taken a lot mentally and physically to understand and teach.

It is very calming to the inner self to talk less and listen more.A walk in nature staying calm and quiet, eventually nature shares it's secrets with you.

    Excellent, as usual!
    Just three remarks:
    - Formally, as a former teacher of English, please distinguish Thak you or think pronouncing the non-resonat e of z instead of using the s - Thikn is to meditate, sink is to go down!!.
    - From intellectual point of view, OK,try to lear first to navigate!
    - For the rest of the people on board, praying is what remains.
Best regards and Happy New Year. Paul, 67

Camping out w/ boy scouts for many years taught me that anything you need is within sight, and I taught this to the boys. Being in the woods, it wasn't hard to imagine that a marshmallow stick or tent peg would be easy to fabricate if needed, but I found that this principle applies to all of life. Be grateful and open your eyes. God will provide.

    Thank you Sifu.
Sometimes you have to acknowledge just how badly you have gotten it wrong and really reflect and accept that- before you can move towards doing and being better.
    Thank you and many blessings.
To anyone that is reading this- don't give up.

    Truly amazing!
1.25 speed is better if you have a fast brain. I know it goes against the grain a bit as this is about reflection and not rushing through things, but we are all different :)

All living interbeing seeks above all to discharge its strength.
      A strong person is noble.
He must require strength because otherwise he will never attain power.

Read about Thich Quang Duc,the Buddhist monk who burnt himself to death in a protest.Even a couple of videos available on UA-cam on that incidence.I have been blown away by the human potential in general since then.Humans,in deed have a lot more potential that we have displayed,I tell you Brother/Sister not to give up.We got so much potential.I am a living example.🙏

The quote, "You were given this mountain to show others it can be moved." I came to the realization a year ago, the word mountain is simply a metaphor.
    Translation:
You were given this mountain (yourself), to show others it can be moved (by learning and growing from your past while expanding your own consciousness through personal experience, interaction, connection, knowledge, leading by example and just being).
The only mountain any one person has the power to move, is themself.
I'm 56 years old, soon to be 57. This is something I wish I would had realized, understood, much sooner. Thank you for your lessons. I greatly appreciate them. ❤️
