What a beautiful country and landscape to run. I often envy you UK folks, and I live in CO, USA. Beautiful landscape. I purchased the SG6 GTX and hope it works out for me.
Thank you, people in our running club say it’s our running play ground and how lucky we are to live so close. Although, I think the mountains and terrain where you are must be a different level! I’m still enjoying the SG6 and have just run the Beachy Head Ultra Marathon in them., no issues at all. Hopefully you have the same experience, perhaps the firmer midsole will be an advantage on the mountain…Good luck and enjoy your running.👍
@@OnYourMarksRun I received my SG6's and they are AMAZING shoes. Technology is good, I could sleep in these shoes.. I also have some Dynafit Ultra 100's I stole for $65 on the way.
Thank you for the comment, that does make sense because visually they do look similar to the previous version. Have you bought the shoe? If so, do you like?
@@OnYourMarksRun I have. I have found for me that the mid-sole is too firm (I live in Texas & we have a lot of hard pack trail). I do wonder about soft ground, though. I think it would be could for that type of trail?
@@robertlynn9667 yes, I agree, the perfect shoe for me would be the 6 with the 5 midsole…I have a mixture or hard packed trails, but lots of grassy downland too. I like the shoe, but not as enjoyable as the 5. Maybe the 7’s midsole will be some where in between…Good luck with your running.👍
Thanks for a nice and mature and not hyped us-style UA-cam channel! Best regards from Sweden! 🇸🇪
That’s very kind of you, thank you for watching.👍

Great bargain!🤗
If I recall correctly the measurement of stack was changed with the 6 to include the insole which accounts for the higher stack
