delay falloff has an overall delay time which you can adjust frame start. (essentially it's just "time -any value you want"). Duration parameter is in delay falloff node. I usually just do trials and errors.

Hii I don't know why the divide node doesn't exists on my pc, it only appears "subdivide curves or mesh" and neither works 4:45 (sorry my English)

As mentioned it's preset free from the link in the description. Or you can simply do it with "set position" and "normal node"
