What is up with US hospitals by refusing people who look ruff or homeless . You can't judge people by their looks , not all are bad !

That story is BS because hospitals cannot refuse to help people unless the person is demanding a controlled substance. If they are looking for normal care such as treatment for something or an antibiotic hospitals are obligated to help them and then get reimbursed elsewhere such as credit companies or the government.

I don't know where in the US you live but unless you're being difficult the ER is required to treat everyone.

Worked as a paramedic for over 20 years and in hospitals and clinics for 10-+ years.
Never have I seen a person treated like this. It is highly unlikely that this story is accurate.
Homeless people don’t go to immediate care clinics because you have to pay.
Also no Dr would risk the liability of not treating someone for an infection.
This story is just screaming fake.

Having to wait 6 hours in the ER and then another 3 hours in another room?? Let me guess. This happened in the USA?
That's shamefull. The first doctor should be banned from practicing medicin for refusing treatment and thereby breaking his hippocratic oath.

First story: Should have constructed a pig sty near the neighbors land. That would have made them move a lot sooner. Swimming pool story: The mistake this owner made was to know to never, ever let someone invite themselves the first time Karen insisted on using the pool. Further, the minute you noticed Karen was at the door, dial 911.

Stolen bike story: The mom was trying to sell the bike, she had to know he stole it because she knew he had no money to buy it so she was complicit in the theft also. Furthermore, these parents evidently needed a lesson in parenting. When an expensive item comes home with the child and parents don't bother to ask where it came from then try to get him off with no discipline/punishment, he'll be stealing again. The parents will have to visit him in prison.

I have to call partial BS on the farm story.
First, the cow kicked over a bucket of milk? What year was this...1932? Who milked the cow into a bucket?
Second, the author says they brought the lawsuit, but then said the neighbors lost their case. Which is it?

Day care story: This woman had three separate yards - pool, hot tub and garden but had no cameras??? Secondly, it should have only taken one time before TRO is issued and law enforcement got more involved.

Stolen bike story - some people dont drive in my area. They buy expensive bicycles that can hold up to heavy daily use. They then deck the bikes out with accessories to make biking easier. I tried everything to find mine when it was stolen. Would cost me $1200 to replace.

You know, the story on the stolen bicycle, I have to voice my opinion. There is no way I can condone what this teenager did, nor what his father did in making threats to the victim of his son's crime. Stealing a $2,500 bike is a major theft. I cannot abide a thief. I know that some folks have it difficult to acquire the things they want, but you don't steal things from other people. As a very small child me and my siblings were taught NOT to steal. There is no way you can justify stealing, IT'S JUST WRONG. If you want something, including money, you work for it. If you don't you are NEVER going to have the things you want. If you don't want them bad enough to work for them, then you're just flatly out of luck. Most of us have to work hard to earn the things we want, and this teenager is no better than anyone else. His father and his mother were just as guilty because they tried to justify his stealing! I don't wish anyone the misfortune of losing their home or livelihood, but generally, people will reap what they sow. Yes, my opinion. But if a teenager gets away with stealing a $2,500 bike, next that same teenager will steal a $25,000 (or more) automobile! Not too many months ago, four teens in Florida died in a crash caused by them driving a stolen car from a North Central Florida college town and racing 130 mph down the road fleeing being caught. Three of these teens had outstanding warrants, and two of them were wearing monitoring ankle bracelets. I don't want to see that end to young lives, it breaks my heart. I think it goes without saying that children have to be taught from the time they are young; unfortunately, some parents are not teaching their children not to steal!

For the bike thief story: Yes, you have to go out and recover your own bike because the police won't do anything about it. And NTA those entitled parents needed to learn that you do not enable your thieving child.
Edit: The Wedding Story: My sister and her fiance planned their wedding months ahead of time. My wife and I received the invitation months before the wedding and reception. My wife's brother was also engaged, but they had not picked the date yet. We told them several times that they could pick any date except for the day that my sister was getting married. Guess what? They picked the same day. Their wedding was in the morning, followed by an afternoon garden reception and a dance in the evening. When we finally heard that they had picked the date, my wife and I told them that we would have to leave about 2 PM to go to my sister's wedding. The day came. At 2 PM, we got up to leave. That's when my FIL asked us where we were going. In complete frustration, we reminded him about all the BS that had gone on around his son's wedding and reminded him that if they could have picked any other day, we would have been able to stay. To this day, I think that he was playing some kind of game to try to get me to prove that my brother-in-law mattered more to me than my own sister. If that was his game, I'm sure he didn't get the answer he was looking for.

Ok no, these "Today I learned" speaches are unnecessary and as basic as they can get. Either say what's on your mind as is, or don't treat people like they are in kindergarten and add opinion on actually split opinion stories.

I'm not saying they were in the right for complaining about the smells and the noise but when you said they live a half mile away and no way are they smelling and hearing these noises
I called definite bullshit on that I live in Iowa everything is spread apart due to farmland my closest neighbor is 4 MI away and I definitely smell his fucking chickens with all their shit every fucking morning Annie's 4 MI away that's 1/8 of the distance your neighbors are claiming
