This new neighbour think the neighbourhood had HOA president because she think someone important. This neighbour want to try take this pool membership a way from the home owner all because she want use her pool for free
I've heard this one before.
So a neighbour want free wi-Fi because they too cheap to get thier own Wi-Fi
