No I wouldn't say that, but there is this crazy thing that a few people have experienced where it will cut off and never cut back on again. Didn't happen to me until I had it for almost 2 years. When I bought another one I haven't had any issues at all.

A common issue is a screw coming loose and shorting the motherboard
Where is the FIX part ?
The fix is to just buy another one because the cost of fixing it the same as buying a used one that works.
