What I notice for example is how even among populations within Asia continent. None were so eager of refering themselves as asian and even had hatred towards those of EA descent.
But now due to EA softpower in modern times, they have more obsession towards EA and even wants to relate to them. And some even start blaming EA for keeping the title of "asian" for themselves by using the eurocentric map as an excuse to hide their true feelings/intent.
I also got case of my indian friend irl who said "asians are racist and evil despite being good looking bcuz you guys exclude us from being refered as asian"
I explained him he's totally wrong. It's eng speaking countries who use the term "asian" to refer to EA/SEA phenotype. He then say that EA are the most racist. We both look at stats and turns out his country was #1 most racist.
I also reminded him the times he said how I prolly have a small... (not true, many stats show we all have same average, I got 5.9), that I'll become a bad driver and that I'm a dog eater. I ask him "ok are you all those cuz you're asian too right? Were you including indians?" He realized his hypocrisy and admitted "no"
He had that reaction because he felt jealousy towards good looking asian guy's but also had a desire/fetish towards east asian girls.
For context, he's taller than me but he's not great looking. I've had many girls asking to date me. Most of them were white girls. He didn't have the same experience and let his insecurities drive him.
Look, he even have resentment towards japanese people and he use WW2 as an excuse. I asked what about the germans? He has no resentment towards them.

However, after he asked her “is discrimination against Asian Americans wrong?”, a very clear-cut question, she should’ve been able to answer with a simple “yes”.
And another part of this that should be remembered, is that college acceptance quotas under affirmative action policies do, in fact, 100% discriminate directly and blatantly against Asian Americans, and so his specific criticisms of that were completely justified in that context. In that regard, his question of “is discrimination of Asian Americans” is even more justified to ask, and it’s even more damning that she refused to say that it’s wrong.

A black colleague of mine said "oh I know YOU PEOPLE (meaning us whites) LOVE the little yellow people SO much! Why can't we be like the Asians? BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER SLAVES!" So it's basically that black folks feel like the "good minority" are held up as an example of how they could succeed if they really wanted to. I am from Asian country, Black people appear to be claiming 'don't discriminate us', but the more you listen to them closely and respectfully, the more we find out that they're just demanding to be given privileges and power for no reasons. Instead of taking the idea that they've been discriminated against, historically, so they won't do it to others, the idea of discriminating against those who looked down on them "in history", so they can become dominant than every other race is really sickening and childish. That is not making the world peaceful place, but only making it worse. It's clear that they have learned nothing from history but to gain power over everyone. I have felt like I am discriminated by some people in the US including Black people, and I just thought that they were reacting like that because they are not familiar enough to see us as a same human because of their past living environments and that's alright, it is just not respectful person. However, I will never want to become the one who discriminate others. It's surprising that she is not even ashamed to show her own racism. Well, if she is ashamed, then she wouldn't be responding like this... You don't bully because you were bullied when you were child. Where is the education? Teaching only history and not how to respect or learn how to develop personal growth? Sad world.

Yep. It's similar to justifying systematic discrimination against Jewish people in Europe during its long history.
Jews were often stereotyped as 'intelligent', 'wealthy', with certain stereotypical features (big nose, short, etc), and it was mainstream to mock them (eg. Sheakspeare portrayal of Jew). They were also target of political persecution, what I feel is akin to affirmative action (Exile of Jews from Early England, Removal of Jews from academic institutes in Nazi Germany, creation of anti-Jewish laws in many European states historically, limiting their roles in society).
Only when the Jews stood up for themselves, both No.1 Superpowers (USA & USSR) post-WW2 denounced antisemitism, and when perpretators were put to justice, did everyone start to think twice.
Difference is, Asians haven't been written to experience something like 'the Holocaust', an event so horrifying and sensationalised in western media & society that it becomes easy for normal people like her to denounce anti-Asian hate speech.
Will she still have the guts to say the same thing for affirmative action against Jews in today's society?
Truly a failure in policy making

It’s not us black people, it’s the white people controlling and playing games with everyone. Have y’all not caught on to their games? The rest why y’all are not getting into these universities is because of the Legacy students that are automatically given automatic admission which is predominantly white. They faculty members and donors for the university is predominantly white. Yet you expect these universities to accept a higher rate of all minorities 😂 Theses universities could care less about minorities because they have excluded minorities far longer than they have accepted them. They don’t like minorities and will play minority against each other because it distracts from them as the sole problem. Now that Asians have gotten rid of Affirmative Action, we as minorities are back to square one again. Now it’s going to be 10 times harder for any minority to get admission. Y’all should have left well enough alone! But now you will see why Affirmative Action existed in the first place. You will suffer the same plight that we had to before it was inactivated. And y’all have nobody to blame but yourself. The white man found some Asians to say they were discriminated against by the universities to get rid of Affirmative Action. Then the rest of y’all Asians sat back and let it play out and now y’all can’t get accepted into the universities. So how is this black peoples fault? Y’all like the white man convince you we were the problem but we weren’t and he laughing at you because he used y’all . Now he has secured that the admission acceptance for white people will increase and be guaranteed entrance over Asians and all other minorities. So leave us out of this nonsense cause y’all brought this on yourselves!😂😂😂😂😂

That's why they are excluded. Also, they generally tend to be more educated and rely less on government hand-outs, so it's a waste of time to target or include them in the discussions.

"Are you a racist?" "Senator, thank you for the question, the courts findings along with its opinion on this matter have been explicitly made clear with respect to their stance on the matter and the court believes these findings to be rooted in self evident information." "so thats a yes?" "Senator, thank you for the question, as to whether or not the validity of my previous statement can be verified, this would be a matter that the court would have to look into and investigate as to whether or not in fact that information can be made available or if it accessible or not."
What is the point of these hearings? Nobody gives straight answers, nobody stands behind what they say, nobody can be trusted. Just a waste of taxpayer money.

My friend and I used to volunteer at our local hospital (I was still deciding whether to go back to school but he was on his way to apply for medical school). We used to shadow a black doctor who was very down to earth with us. One day my friend came to the hospital and broke the news to the doctor that he didn’t get accepted into any of the 12 medical schools he applied to. He had a MCAT score of 32 (we were told that 30 or above meant automatic acceptance into most medical schools). The doctor said that if my friend were black, he would have gotten into most of those 12 schools. My friend eventually got in the next year, but it really shocked me that standards were different in a field where peoples lives were in your hands.
