I literally just discovered chili crisp like 2 months ago and I'm still in the phase where I'm putting it on damn near everything. Doubt I'll make that avocado toast, but I might just have to try this chili oil recipe.

Ah yes Avocado Toast the food of the gods and the main preventer of economic advancement for an entire generation. Personally I try to consume anywhere between 900k to 1.5 million dollars worth of Avocado Toast every year. It is the main reason I can't afford a house. :)

For $10 you could have it 3 days a week if you made it at home. Just use chili oil if need be… plus it’s a simple dish … I could see if it was a long process but it’s cut bread toast … cut avocado … put on bread … done. It’s incredibly simple. Cheers

Cut around to separate the halves. Knife the pit and twist to extract it. Very simple
If you want to make pretty food go for it, but it should be food first and picture second. This is a slice of bread with avocado on one side and 2 halfed eggs on the other. It is a avocado toast kit at max and not even a dish -.-

You said no to avocado hand and then did just the wrong thing. Easy in, around and twist. Then the violent attack on the pit! Some blessed fruit have remarkably small pits that the blade can go around and cut your hand. So always see it first before the hack.

Overrated dish
I can't believe how many professional cooks/chefs don't know how to cut/peel an avocado. You don't need a spoon and you get ALL THE AVOCADO!! Cut in half, cut in quarters but don't cut all the way thru, flip over, grab the pointy part of the peel and just pull the peel off. If outs perfectly ripe it'll all come off in one peel. Also am I the only one that cringes entry time she says "jammy"??
