I know Chris personally. He's a fantastic guy. Born in San Antonio as Christopher Ghephart, he rose to fame as one of the only musicians to ever win 5 Grammys and one Oscar in one year! After moving to Austin, he was spotted for his guitar work by Michael Omartian, a basically Christian producer. When he heard Chris sing, he brought to Warners where everyine the Warner's stable begged to be on his first album, the historically classic Grammy winner with McDonald and Nicolette Larson on board. Just a little FYI while you listen.
Sometimes watching a bunch of these videos I catch myself thinking: do we forget how to make good songs? I’m only 33 years old but I can’t find good songs like these nowadays!!!!! They are just pure perfection!

If you love music, it doesn't get any better than this.
How can you not believe the music of the 60's-80's was absolute the best....so glad I grew up in that era ...Long live Rock
I love all their music; been listening to their music for
Thank you so much for your love and support. The support of wonderful fans like you keep me going and strong.
Both of these men have such distinctive voices, you know it is them as soon as you hear them....and you love them.
Just a little FYI while you listen.
austin teutsch i wish i knew him personally. seems like the type that i would mesh with. saw him live couple of years ago...loved every minute!
This is great information. Thanks.
I remember watching the grammys that night was so happy for him!
austin teutsch Don't forget Eric Johnson's most beautiful guitar solos on Minstrel Gigolo. He was from Austin too.
Gee that’s a great story
These two artists are the real deal, folks!

Your channel icon looks like an m&m.
Magical! WOW, we had such amazing music 🎶 🎵!
I get chills when this gem starts playing :)
Sometimes watching a bunch of these videos I catch myself thinking: do we forget how to make good songs? I’m only 33 years old but I can’t find good songs like these nowadays!!!!! They are just pure perfection!
A good song remains a good song! Whether it's 2:30 or 7:30 mins. It was a different era! An album was fukk of 8 / 12 great tunes then.
Another good duo is Loggins & Messina. The Baby’s.
