@Jazzyp2011 The number system is basically an easier way to transpose or play the same pattern(s)/songs in different keys. First learn your major scales, then replace each letter of the scale with a number. Ex. Ab Bb C Db Eb F Gb Ab -1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 (or 1 or an octave).
