Always rinse your tips afterwards to make sure all ur liquid is out of the pipette and also it’s a good idea to lubricate your tip so there’s less error due to micro amounts of air bubbles in the tip, I usually pipette up and down 10 times or so then also pipette up and down 10 or more times when I release but maybe this is too picky 😂
You can try pipetting the same volume of food dye again and again onto filtered paper. If you have good technique the size of the circles should all be the same. More details in our full video: ua-cam.com/video/h9dBiR_KOJU/v-deo.html
