- other than forgetting to switch my scroll for dragon conversion after i got the the resistance buff right away and a couple sloppy parts. especially from 4'07 to 4'21. the run went alright. intrepid being the mvp as always. thank you for watching.

Really nice run. Good to see a high level HH user wreck like this. Quick question if you see this. Is the crush multi and mag trio out most efficient combos now? I was reading guides and they said to spam crush chord until infernal melody, but I assume that's out of date now
it's outdated now that we have decorations for sharpness at end game. Though its a little slow, chord is still usable since it has and builds the gauge faster, just depends on your playstyle and preference

That doodling on his corps tho hehe. Really nice run. I can do Primozino in like 25 Minutes and thats the normal Version. But i then Again have no risen armor yet.

Are you playing on pc or ps5? And what’s your thoughts on wilds horn. Me personally as someone who enjoys old horn more but still likes rise horn I’m very excited.
ill still be on PS5 and i think it's a good balance between world and rise horn. it got back world's complexity along with world's music system which i do think is better over rise's song song mechanics which is i think is way too simple, but i keeps rise's speed which i do appreciate. i love rise horn too but i do think it can get a bit repetitive
I wish I could get behind Rise HH. I loved it in World, but it feels so empty in Rise. They sucked the soul out of the weapon. There were some concepts that seemed really cool to me, but they were all implemented in ways that just didn’t really work. The biggest issue is what they did to the song system. Each horn only having 3 melodies and those melodies being literally one note just sucks. There’s also what they did to Echo Mark, turning it into Infernal Melody and locking it behind a gauge. I think what really causes a lot of friction is the fact that they tried turning HH into a dps monster, but it feels like they didn’t fully commit. They scrapped most of the weapon, gave it a move with i-frames so it could stay on the offensive, and then made that i-frame move basically unusable in combos, defeating the entire point. The new moveset is fine, honestly. A little fast for my liking, but overall not terrible. I really like the idea behind Magnificent Trio, that being a performance where the whole thing is an attack, rather than simply entering a stance with a swing, but how they implemented it (which honestly was the only option given everything else they changed) really just threw me off. Also, and this was a problem in World too, WHY DO NONE OF THE ELEMENTAL HORNS HAVE ELEMENT ATTACK UP? I swear they always give that melody to horns with like 8 element. I wish CAPCOM would do a better job of matching songs to horns. It wouldn’t be as huge of an issue if every element had like 5 good horns to choose from and at least one had a good set of offensive melodies, but there are like 2, and usually neither have good solo melodies. Take Narwa’s horn for example: god tier thunder element and every single melody is defensive. CAPCOM wanted to give HH better damage, so they rebuilt the whole weapon and still forgot to look at the one defining feature of HH.
i agree! I've been saying, one of the switch skills should have been like a choice between offensive HH with less effective songs that are 2 notes and support HH with harder songs and better effects (more like world HH). probably would be hard to balance, but to me it feels like there is not much difference between performance styles
Is that embolden +1 giving you enough evasion to avoid attacks?
yes it is. it helps a little bit but not much. just enough to not die lol
With all these TA assistance id honestly like to see someone do it without a TA but otherwise I'd not bad tbh

@@Pragles like yes TA is a assistant tool usually used by PC gamers, for either mods to the gameplay or anything else that'll make the game either easier or I'm some cases auto play

TA here means TA wiki ruleset, not Tool Assisted which is what you're probably more familiar with outside of MH speedruns.
