- In my global project to run solo and unsupported across a mountain range on every continent, I went back to the Canadian Rockies where I grew up to attempt my fifth journey.
The route was nearly 1000km of incredibly remote backcountry, and I carried everything I needed in my 30L Trailblazer backpack, resupplying every 4-6 days in small towns en route.
Wow! Never doubt yourself, you are someone who could cross that river! I would have not even attempted it, specially on my own, would have turned around and headed back.

I watch your video after reading the section in the book, that I think for me to read was more ínstense than the atlas mountain because of your mental and emotional state. Glad you made it across that river, that's such a dangerous thing to do when the water so high.
Just reading your book, it's so well written it's hard to put down, but I'm enjoying it so much that I don't want it to end! Your adventures are incredible, you are one brave, strong, resilient woman!
