This may well be the most fundamentally important cycling film I've ever watched. I sit here and digest your powerful words realising this is how I've always felt about myself. Imagine if we really could be humans accepting rather than humans judging ourselves.
Thank you for this wonderful film Emily and Jenny! We need more of these messages! ♥️Also well done Canyon, great to see companies really supporting everyone .👍🏻
I love this, comarderie in cycling, it’s one of the reasons why I cycle. I particularly loved the sheer joy of the laughter and giggling… and that a spec in the vastness of mountains, nature yep! It’s so grounding 😍
Brilliant film, having read Tough Women and What Goes Around and just finding this film and Jenny’s Montane Film Solo I have to say you are both inspirational women 👍👍👍
This is so on point with how many people feel or have felt at some part of their life me included and still do.. it such a hard mind set to break free from. Two amazing athletic ladies who have must upmost respect and admiration.. chapeau to you both, ride on 🚵
YES, YES, YES. a topic SO close to my heart. thank you for speaking up and continuing to show all parts of yourself. not only is it healing for you, but for everyone else out there struggling or who has struggled before
Lovely film from two truly inspirational riders and writers. It takes a lot of strength (and bravery) to be so open about the challenges we face, our perceived weaknesses, but when we are able to open up, I think we'd be surprised how many people share those same feelings of self-doubt. Wonderful!

I have never looked as Emily or Jenny as "bodies". Its difficult to get past their personalities to see their bodies. They are lively, fun and interesting. Superb athletes. But as they brought it up. There bodies are fine. Its another battle in their own minds that they have to fight. They are good at that.
Anyone who enjoyed this, go and check out Marley Blonsky and All Bodies on Bikes as well. Especially if you are a fat person (like me!) out on your bike.
An excellent and much needed message unfortunately spoiled by being an advert for sponsors... What a shame that this is the only way such important truth can find a way to be made and broadcast to a wide audience. Much respect to Emily and Jenny.

This hit the feels! I love it!!! The line, “when you do something physical with your body is when you feel good about your body” that hit home!

Two great athletes and humans articulating a powerful message. Thank you Emily and Jenny. A beautifully shot and edited film too.

They didn’t bring up their bodies to ask for people on here to make comment on them. That’s the point.
Very tough..

Wunderbar auf vielen Ebenen! Wie schön, dass Radfahren für alle da ist.

Much respect to Emily and Jenny.
In what way does Canyon's involvement spoil the message?
