@AubreyRunning I started running in 2022 at age of 49 hadn't run since high school cross country I was inspired by Jim Wamsley LEADVILLE AND ULTRA RUNNING UTMB after covid my first 5 k was 45.58 min I'm now at 27.56 min 5k at age 51 yrs old I work full time I run 3 times a week AND 1 day of strength training I currently work a job as a ambassador for downtown in my city which I walk 15 - 18 miles a day 5 days straight average my base is up there..since then my numbers are improving getting faster and faster let's go!!! ty for asking..one love God bless
Congrats on the PB Aubrey was perfect conditions for a race. Managed my C goal which was sub 90mins but race was pen release was poorly executed and we were held back with the 1:40 runners for some reason. Lots of unhappy people!!
Argh Aubrey that feeling of crossing the finishing line. I completed the Ealing half marathon last month which was the furthest I have ever run and wow what a feeling. The Ealing half is really well supported have you ever run it
@@AubreyRunning a lot of work, but also a positive mindset. I completed vitality 10k the week before my half marathon which I ended up walking for a short periods on two occasions as my mind was telling me I was struggling, despite this I still got a PB, which left me pretty stoked for thee half marathon
@@AubreyRunning I just love that our HR was the same! We worked just as hard as each other! That's some condition going it you next races! You'll breeze them!
