Congrats on the PB! Amazing result! I pb'd at Chester mara last week and was given a hug by one of the finish line helpers. I was just having a little cry in the corner when he came over to check I was OK, then offered a hug. On the subject of finish line helpers, watching the Chicago marathon finish line, I saw that the finish line helpers were called "Team Code" which was a bit brutal I thought. Re your knee, my (amateur) money is on a bursitis. I think if you'd ruptured your meniscus, you'd have problems with stiffness and locking. Do get it checked though. Loved your joy at your pb at the end there. There's nothing like it is there!

Well done on the PB. Early bird tickets went on sale this morning. email came in at 08:00, checked at 08:40. All sold out. looks like they are releasing in dribs and drabs. probably easier to get a Glasto ticket than a running entry these days. Looks like you had a great day.
It's that time of the week when Marm's video drops! Superb running, congrats on the PR, very well done. You've recovered in no time by the looks of it :) I hope that you have a strong end of the year Tim.
Wow congratulations on your PB , and another damn good watch.I broke my patella many years back playing rugby, a knee on knee clash ,I ran a 10k coastpath race this weekend
Well done marm! I think the enforced rest has done you good 😁 Your body had chance to rest up and after a year of fast racing you’ve reaped the rewards 🎉
Hello Mr MARM can't believe I'm in your video! Hubby Neil is even more jealous! Congratulations on your PB . Hopefully both of us will bump into you again at another race. If you're ever up in Lancashire let us know 😊
Congratulations on your PB! I struggled around the course with injury but ended up 1.45. Fantastic T Shirt which was much better than last year. Great video as usual. One day we shall meet.
Congratulations on the PB, absolutely smashed it. Oxford looks like a fantastic race. Might be on my list for next year. Bring on Rugby on Sunday and all those undulations 😂.
Superb performance Tim. Well done 👏 . I ran this on Sunday for the first time, really impressed, a great route, and great if not the best crowd support I have seen! The organisation was spot on! We stayed overnight at the holiday inn right next to the park and ride. It was perfect. All the best mate 👍….. off on my first marathon next week at the age of 52!!!!!😬😬😬😬
Great video! And a great PB! I've had to rest due to an achilles problem but still did Chester, we don't learn do we? Planning to rest over winter now - but signed up to do Silverstone HM anyway 🙂
MARM reminds me of Alan Partridge, even before the Dan bit, so I'm a fan! Subscribed - in off the red. Great time, you were half an hour quicker than me and my knees are fine 🙂
Spent bloody ages trying to spot you so I could shout something witty. Found myself in your vid .... looking down at my Garmin. I also set a pb on a cracking day! Goody bag and event village so much better than 2022, they must have seen your vid.
Well done. I’m a recent follower of yours, my wife thinks you are grumpier than me and that takes some doing. I take my hat off to you sir, I have found my spiritual home. Here’s a smiley face to annoy you😀

Im sure you mentioned a guess the crocked knee condition competition, my guess a swollen Bursae caused by the fall...similar effect to house maids knee. If i win the competition you can give the prize of a MARM used flannel to the runner up.....congrats on pb 🙂
I am currently awaiting friends round... They are having a kitchen conversion, a week they were told 😂😂 my friend looks starved, plates in Bath, no sink, no nothing... I have taken pity and offered up lasagne... Conversions are as dodgy as Brighton marathon 🎉
