    I am in depression stressed and anxiety for a long time
    1) I cannot sleep all night
    2) I don't want to do anything and not talk with someone
    3) I cry without any reason
    4) Always pain in heart
    5) I am hopeless
    6) Sometimes suicidal thoughts come
    7)I cannot share to anyone
    I told my parents but they don't understand what it is they find it another meaning but somedays I trying to fight with myself but always I failed I just get same track but now I decided I fight and I win nothing is possible I can and thanks Sandeep sir for helping me for this 🙂

    I could remember several years ago, I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with ADHD. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

      Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

It is a very simple alternate nostril breathing meditation which you can do for 10 minutes early morning and evening to be relaxed and peaceful. You can also do this meditation sitting on a chair. Watch Anilom Vilom meditation videos on You tube and do this simple alternate nostril breathing meditation for 10 minutes at least twice a day. You can also sit on a chair and do this meditation. Negative thoughts will come but they will slowly reduce. You will get relief quickly but do not stop the meditation. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Don't delay.     when this video was released i was 16 at that time i took it as a trivial issue but right now i am 19 and i intentionally searched for this video , i think when we are generally kids we dont care much about things our carreer but as we grow up we start caring and that creates stress and that leads to anxiety

    In this pandemic time, while all schools or colleges are closed, majority of the students are dealing with depression.
    Talking about me, I'm in 10th standard. I had been considered as a good student throw my academic carrer.. but now, I feel like, I'm not able to trust my ability anymore. I am even lossing the interest to sit for study....
    This shit corona has taken away my 2 years of student life. 💔

      That it's the best time to teach yourself
      For self study
      Bcoz when we go to school and when we go to tuition our time is completely wasted
      So if you are at home we have almost 10-12 hrs of study
      So you can utilize your time
      And you can easily study from UA-cam without paying anything and if you are in 10th there are many channels like edumantra, bkp , subject teacher and etc
      You are lucky that you have got a variety of teachers
      So instead wasting your time on social media just
      Chill and study
      Don't think that you have to score 90% in board exam
      Just study for knowledge
      P.s: I 'm also in 12th and I have taken PCM
      I wasted my 11th class and class 12th is not easy to understandable without 11th
      But instead of regretting
      I am utilizing my time

      then reach out to your closest friend..If not,someone else who can listen to you without judging you..All they got to do is listen..They dont have to know what depression is or provide solution for you..They got to listen to whatever you feel cause trust me,having someone to talk your heart out is a blessing..And i know its hard to push away negative thoughts even if you want to ...But do any thing to break it cause once you break that chain of negativity ,focusing all your negativity into positivity is easier.. and mediation and exercises along with talking with someone is the best combo for a depression..Never use drugs or alcohols to cope with depression..Thats a cheat that will never let you heal your body...I wish you good luck and success in life..

      Amos Vijaykumar, I transformed my life with meditation. Meditation is the best way to relax your mind and develop your mental muscles. . Watch Anilom Vilom meditation videos on You tube and do this simple alternate nostril breathing meditation for 10 minutes at least twice a day. You can also sit on a chair and do this meditation.A lot of thoughts will come but they will reduce with daily practice. You will get relief quickly but do not stop the meditation.     Depression not only at physical and psychological level,
    It depends on external environment too mate. When external environment keeps suppressing you, then even if to correct your psychological level or physical level it's not enough

    Look, the definition of depression changes from person to person. According to me depression is when you realise your BIG past mistakes but you can’t do anything 🥺😔 & you can’t find the way what to do in life to compensate those BIG mistakes. In short kuch na samagh ana ki kare to kya kare koi ek result pe na punch pana can also lead to depression. 😔

    Because of conflict between my mom and dad.
    My mother don't believe that she really committed a mistake.
    And my father always tries to explain her.
    But my mother says that my father loves conflicting.
    I tried to explain my mother to accept her mistake and my father to stop explaining my mom.
    No one understands.
    But I do.....

    After overcoming depression(suffering 4yrs almost without any help) this is my comment
    1. Meditation/deep breath yoga/morning walk
    2.Write down your feelings/make a front camera video then express ur all feeling and emotion
    3.Give urself positive affermetion
    4.Watch motivation song, videos, comedy and cut all social media which increase our anxiety
    I am also free from all bad habits(alcohol, smoking, porn)totally Chnged after that. Thanks god to given me that opportunity.
    LIVE life till ur last breath

    I am continuously sick from 2 years....first with Dengue for 2 months...then 9 months TB......right now with Sciatica from 3 months....
    I sometimes feel suicidal.....and in absolute depression.....still i try to keep my self busy...in some work.....while being on bed....like writing but its just temporary.....depression comes in stages.....its momentary.....for an instance yr gonna feel like everything is over.....u wanna die....that is the time u need someone....there with you to support you.....to talk to u....being alone....its hard....but.....your vides have made feel good many times....it encourages me to keep living....keep fighting.....life is beautiful...and even this is a bad phase....one day it willgo away!!

      Even I feel extremely bad sometimes due to life situations and stress.... regarding career.... personal lifes..... money....jobs... being surrounded by the people and their opinions...... some irritating things.... sometimes just for a while even I had sucidial thoughts.....but it really make me feel better and extremely happy when I go to parks in mornings....go to terrace in night..... observing nature.... looking other creatures like dogs...kids...old people... everything and everyone....and realizing the beauty of everything.....and else then it..... eating good and fresh food and sometimes junk food...these tiny small things make us happy alot.....so I suggest whatever you like do that..... that may be a small thing or a big one....... infact going for morning walk will surely help you.... believe in yourself... accept yourself....love yourself.....you are unique....you are awesome......no matter what happen......I understand it hard to deal with tough times.....we will never give up on our lives.... it's a gift of god

    Everybody wants to overcome their depression without going to psychiatrist or taking medicines. Such lectures, yoga etc etc do help but just for that day at max and next day its again the same gloomy dark sad world.
