I could remember several years ago, I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with ADHD. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. But my mother says that my father loves conflicting. I tried to explain my mother to accept her mistake and my father to stop explaining my mom. No one understands. But I do.....

I am continuously sick from 2 years....first with Dengue for 2 months...then 9 months TB......right now with Sciatica from 3 months.... Even I feel extremely bad sometimes due to life situations and stress.... regarding career.... personal lifes..... money....jobs... being surrounded by the people and their opinions...... some irritating things.... sometimes just for a while even I had sucidial thoughts.....but it really make me feel better and extremely happy when I go to parks in mornings....go to terrace in night..... observing nature.... looking other creatures like dogs...kids...old people... everything and everyone....and realizing the beauty of everything.....and else then it..... eating good and fresh food and sometimes junk food...these tiny small things make us happy alot.....so I suggest whatever you like do that..... that may be a small thing or a big one....... infact going for morning walk will surely help you.... believe in yourself... accept yourself....love yourself.....you are unique....you are awesome......no matter what happen......I understand it hard to deal with tough times.....we will never give up on our lives.... it's a gift of god

Because of conflict between my mom and dad.

And my father always tries to explain her.

1. Meditation/deep breath yoga/morning walk
2.Write down your feelings/make a front camera video then express ur all feeling and emotion
3.Give urself positive affermetion
4.Watch motivation song, videos, comedy and cut all social media which increase our anxiety
I am also free from all bad habits(alcohol, smoking, porn)totally Chnged after that. Thanks god to given me that opportunity.

I am continuously sick from 2 years....first with Dengue for 2 months...then 9 months TB......right now with Sciatica from 3 months....
I sometimes feel suicidal.....and in absolute depression.....still i try to keep my self busy...in some work.....while being on bed....like writing but its just temporary.....depression comes in stages.....its momentary.....for an instance yr gonna feel like everything is over.....u wanna die....that is the time u need someone....there with you to support you.....to talk to u....being alone....its hard....but.....your vides have made feel good many times....it encourages me to keep living....keep fighting.....life is beautiful...and even this is a bad phase....one day it willgo away!!

Even I feel extremely bad sometimes due to life situations and stress.... regarding career.... personal lifes..... money....jobs... being surrounded by the people and their opinions...... some irritating things.... sometimes just for a while even I had sucidial thoughts.....but it really make me feel better and extremely happy when I go to parks in mornings....go to terrace in night..... observing nature.... looking other creatures like dogs...kids...old people... everything and everyone....and realizing the beauty of everything.....and else then it..... eating good and fresh food and sometimes junk food...these tiny small things make us happy alot.....so I suggest whatever you like do that..... that may be a small thing or a big one....... infact going for morning walk will surely help you.... believe in yourself... accept yourself....love yourself.....you are unique....you are awesome......no matter what happen......I understand it hard to deal with tough times.....we will never give up on our lives.... it's a gift of god
