But it was his relationship with Nancy that made him realize how much of a bad influence his friends were and how he needed to cut them off. They might not be together now but you can’t deny the impact Nancy had on Steve’ character development.
At 0:55 I don't really remember if they made it official that they broke up but I don't like want nancy did after this, like she left with Johnathan (I know it was important) that day and didn't tell steve, and she proceeded to sleep with Johnathan, and the next day, nancy and Johnathan were eating breakfast while steve went to her house so he can apologize. This is really mostly one of my reasons why I don't want nancy and steve back together, plus I would feel bad for Johnathan bc he's not even there so he technically wouldn't know if she cheated on him or not, I also think that Johnathan and nancy need to solve their problems, they need to communicate on how they feel, I know that it's hard for someone people to express their feelings but they need to work things out.
