the asian market in my city is charging a ridiculous price for rice paper rolls so i found this video to try to make my own, thank you very much i will try tomorrow
1 Cup of all-purpose flour 1/2 Teaspoon salt - Mix well. Then add 1 cup of water in slowly in small portions, Mix well until paste. Add in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well then add into sieve to remove lumps. Add a CUP of batter to a no-heating pan and spread it evenly. Put the pan over a steamed pot. Cook for 44-55 seconds. You can use Brown rice flour to make it healthier. Make sure you don't make the batter too thin or it will break. don't cook too long or will get hard. I made an Asian pizza with this :)))
