      Both good naman po but sa preference ko lang po is in terms of texture is ok sa akin yung steamed kasi medyo moist sya and in terms of process mas mabilis sya maluto compare sa baked na medyo delicate and sensitive sa baking temp, time at overall function setting ng oven ang chiffon.

      yes but consistency of the batter might get thicker so you may reduce around 1/4 cup flour, then add up if needed👍

      pwde po ang lemon juice, or vinegar. pwede rin po kahit skip nyo na lang po ang cream of tartar kahit wala po.😊
