El subtitulo del tiempo de horneado se pierde es poco legible creo ver 160 C o 320°F 40 o 45 min. Es correcto ? el molde es sin engrasar correcto ?

That‘s right, do NOT grease the tube pan because the egg yolks contain enough fat already
And yes bake on the lower rack at 160C/ 320F for 40-45 min
Than cool completely upside down, to avoid that the cake collapses
