I’m a retired Law Enforcement Officer who personally knows Ray. Ray has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone that needed something. He was in good standing with his department until he was falsely accused of these accusations. He inspired teenage juvenile delinquents to turn their lives around. It bothers me to know that there are corrupt cops out there that intentionally set up good officers for their own personal gain. It bothers me even more that other officers that know that Police corruption is going on and look the other way because their worried about repercussions from other officers and their departments. It sickens me that Police corruption like this goes on across the United States. My advice to any officer coming on today is do what’s ethically right on the street. Your integrity is everything. If someone is doing something criminally wrong, you as an officer of the law have an obligation to turn these criminals behind the badge in. There are people in life that are leaders and there are people in life that are followers. Ray is a leader. He stood up knowing that there were going to be repercussions for whistleblowing on these scum bags. There’s not too many people in life that could have handled the mental and physical abuse that Ray and his family suffered. This man deserves to be reinstated and these dirty cops need to be criminally charged and convicted. His story needs to go viral so this type of criminal behavior can be stopped. This story should be heard at every Police Academy across the country. If we don’t do something to stop it, it will only get worse. ~Weed out dirty cops~ If we want Policing to be better it has to be done!!!!

He could have turned the other way and carried on but stayed to his principals and literally went through hell to be sitting telling the world his story. No man cries like that that is insincere.... Most of the "sheeple"and "ignorant"ones, always assume that cops always do the right thing, like they are morally correct 💯 percent of the time, when in actual fact, they are just as subseptable to lying, cheating and stealing, just as you and I are. If anyone has reason to distrust the police,it's the African American peoples. I'm Caucasian, and from Vancouver Canada, and I'm not gonna say I can begin to fully understand what it's truly like in your country regarding racism, but I was on the street, and encountered so much police corruption from theft, racism, assaults, and less concern over what they deemed as, crimes that didn't need solving. They didn't even look into the 30+ missing women from the downtown Eastside, until more women had gone missing, and a serial killer was finally revealed. The running joke in Vancouver is,"who's the biggest gang in town"...the V.P.D. Take care, and peace to you and your family.🙏

It would have been the path of least resistance to turn to violence, take his own life or enact his rage upon someone else; it would have also been the easy path to condemn all police as his father did, but he chose forgiveness - thats a difficult thing in itself that not many people are capable of.
To struggle on and survive with himself intact is the hardest thing he could have done. In that sense, his life would have indeed been easier, had he changed his nature. I am holding you in the highest regard. My words cannot convey the amount of love and respect I have for you Sir.
Your story has helped to restore my own faith in humanity. I also have suffered for being honest and having a voice. Nowhere near what you have endured but I understand that lonely place and the cruelty that can follow. Thank you for your suffering. Thank you for not letting anyone change who you are. It has helped change the world and shown others that they to have a voice. They to can use it and we can all pull together and make this world the amazing bright place it can be. Thank you from the depths of my Soul for shining your Light. Knowing there are others out there with a heart like yours helps me to keep going (and many others I’m sure). If I’m lucky enough for you to receive this message I do hope you can feel the love and gratitude coming directly from my heart to yours.
    God Bless you friend!!!!
Thank you Mark for bringing this amazing human to my attention. ❤❤❤
