I played the entire 3.3.2-5 as fire mage and was rather bad I it so I gave up next expansion and went with elemental shaman. After a while I quit retail because it wasn't as fun as fire. I have been watching your videos for a while now and you are the very reason I came back with a fiery lust to take back the mantle. I regret ever quiting it. You are, in my eyes, the very best fire mage there is! Thank you!

Also to Magnus, certain specs and classes can magically get out of stuns (Enhance shamies can Shamanistic rage, mages can blink, etc.) So by blanket silencing them (improved counterspell), you keep them stuck in the deep freeze, since deep freeze is technically a stun. Hope that helps!

Hey hansol, haha I just noticed when I put the video on 1080 you have the "Main Bar" two spells to left clicking with Mo... (the two mouse buttons on the side of your mouse) and I'm glad to see such skilled player as you using those keybindings as well because I am too! :)

Very nice movie m8 , you showed how mage are really still good class . ppl still think mages should kill the other classes easly , some how i for once now really feel happy when i see a skill mage. keep up the good work m8.
Fire Mage is the spec for mobility as in terms of damage, its up there, but compared to frost or arcane, you need to build you burst with 2 crits, 1 in jaw and when the instant pyro pops, alter time, deep freeze, pyro, alter time, pyro again, inferno, pyro again...its a tricky build and can easily go wrong if you miss one part or the target does something to negate it. As frost you have some constant damage, in every shatter but less mobility.
the only thing that was bad about it imo , was the button pressing - but thats really hard to cover up , thought the sound was really clear and everything myself :D subbed!

Hey Hansol , great Job there and on the other Vids ;) There is just one thing i want to know. I played my mage as fire also , and often used DB for a kill... I mean :Shatter, dot him , watch him die in a DB bla bla. So- i dont saw / see anyone doing this...are the dots from a fire mage that low right now ? Thankfully , Sraahh ;)

By the time the hunter has used all these as im trying to land casts im beyond death plz help = ).
Hansol Not entirely true. I dont know if they changed this since i quit in the first month of MOP. But yeh, in pre-patch, the way I found to kill a BM was the silence him. Why you may ask? Well silence actually stops them from regenerating focus. Its extremely hard to time it well, but once you do, the hunter is in big shit for 4 sec. It might have been a bug or something, and if not then no one actually knows about this. Test it out with a friend, if it works then you might have the key to kill a hunter or atleast prevent his burst.
Nebula But it still doesn't change the fact that it's a counter class. I can beat hunters but I cannot beat ones that are of equal skill as me or better. The game is not balanced for 1v1. Same thing vs me and a Shadow Priest. SPriests can't beat a Fire Mage even if they are better than me unless a big mistake is made.

And it's almost always a guaranteed way to force a defensive cd/trinket and also slow flag carriers in regular bgs, lol.
