Yeah man, making a pvp macro guide for rets. And its more efficient for an arcane mage to burst into deep freeze with ice lance if they dont have 3-4 stacks of arcane blast.

how do you do 5 ice lances during one deep freeze i can only do 3, how much haste you got? :O you didnt even ice lance one time before deep, how xD
