This beginner yoga class is for anyone that is looking for a gentle and easy yoga workout to tone, sculpt, and stretch the entire body. Great for first time yogis as well as everyone looking for a peaceful gentle movement yoga class or recovering from an injury and in need of a slow paced yoga workout start to get back into shape.
Throughout this gentle yoga workout practice we will breathe, we will disconnect the mind from the daily mental noise and thought patters, giving yourself a moment to be one with yourself. Whether you are a first time yoga practitioner, or someone that is looking for a 15 minute easy yoga workout practice for results, this yoga class will give you that opportunity to take all that you need for your needs.
Being patient and loving will be the key to this yoga practice today. Surrendering and allowing the postures to take you further into this experience of yoga, self-discovery, and inner peace.
Remember, breathing is a very important factor in any style of yoga. So bring oxygen to your muscles, organs, and mind. Re-energize your nervous system, let go of stress and tension, and become fully present in each moment of each posture as you let go of the past with each exhale you make.

I want to THANK YOU for helping me get my spirit and strength back! I was a firefighter/flight paramedic and had once been in good shape until I sustained a serious injury I had multiple surgeries as a result, and found myself spiraling in to a rut of poor diet and lack of exercise. I was miserable with my choices, but doing nothing to change it. I can't say that I ever really ate well, as that was always my Achilles heal, but I had convinced myself that the exercise I was getting was enough - Wrong. Watching your videos about plant-based nutrition, and your wonderful tutorials on how to strengthen your body and mind through yoga has given me the encouragement and life-change I needed. I am now asking myself every time I eat, "How is this going to fuel my body?" (Not to mention the many ethical reasons behind making better food choices). I have so much more energy since cutting out meat and empty carbs. As I am losing weight, I am finding the strength again to exercise regularly. With my injuries, I have to focus on proper stretching, and your videos provide all of that. I am so glad a caring friend recommended your videos. You are both truly beautiful souls!! Thank you for this! I've been at home dealing with a fibromyalgia flare up for 2 months now. I used to do 75 minutes of moderate vinyasa, and now I can hardly take laundry up and down the stairs. When you said "if you're not feeling strong enough today, keep your head lower" that meant so much to me, because not everyone understands that my muscular strength varies day by day with fibromyalgia!

This wasn’t so bad! I’ve gained some extra weight during quarantine & had some health issues as well. I’m trying to work on how I start my mornings & incorporate some type of body movement into my day because I’m still home everyday & lay around most of the day so this was a pretty decent way to start! I could see myself picking out a video from you everyday 😊
