Hi Juliana and Mark, I'm a 41 year old mother of 5 kid's and I have been active all my life doing everything from running, weightlifting, swimming and suspension cables and tie che. Last week I was taking to my friend Julie about starting yoga she has been doing it for years, she told me about Boho Beautiful and at that moment I began watching your channel. I do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes right before bed and it is different from anything I have ever done I feel more relaxed and centered ready to take on the day and my tummy mussels are stronger and my size 7 pants feel looser. Juliana I can do all the pose's and have no problems keeping up with you, thank you 😘 you have a forever fan 💓💓💓
Hi Juliana and Mark, I just watched it for the first time yesterday and 💗 love it, love it, it is a new beginning and I plan on doing the Yoga and the meditations! Very beautiful. Do you recommend spending 15 minutes in the morning for beginners and then adding Yoga workouts throughout the day and evening? I am wanting to make a plan and would like your guidance and suggestions! Thank you so much! 💗
After two hours of workout this is literally useful to get rid of all the pain and stress
Holy MOLEY MOLEY...I guess I need a beginner BEGINNER'S vid! LOL I'm tempted to do a side-by-side comparison of how I do this vs. you! Between having Dupuytren's Contracture in BOTH hands, torn meniscus in R knee, and a dog that's dropping toys on and around me the whole time while I'm trying not to pop a joint out of socket - I pretty much look like Lucille Ball and Ethel all rolled up into one person. But, dammit, gonna do it every day to get it perfected! Love you, Juliana!

I would recommend yoga with Adrienne or Cat Meffian (both available free on UA-cam) if you want really great beginner stuff. Sometimes I check this channel out when I want an extra challenge- but some days it’s very discouraging because I- like you- look nothing like her even with a year of consistent practice and I’m accepting that’s OK. But yeah, the other ladies go at a slower pace and really stress the importance that yoga isn’t about how you look; it’s about how you feel

Hi I just had your papaya breakfast with banana strawberries and hemp heart seeds and chia seeds it was absolutely wonderful! I was full and content. I just did your beginners yoga class and completed it. I am 57 years old so I was feeling a little unbalanced in some of the positions I wasn’t able to stretch as you and not as flexible. But I do want to get more flexible that is my goal. ayou are really awesome and I will definitely try to do more of your yoga classes each morning thank you so much I really enjoy your videos I’m so happy to have found you have a wonderful day bye-bye for now!

I am recovering from pneumonia - was previously fit and healthy and doing intermediate yoga classes and teaching children... but physically cant do them now. Anyone else having trouble with there knees or just me I feel like I’m doing something wrong because it hurts my knees a lot but besides for that this was really relaxing!!
put a towel under them, it doesn't hurt that much anymore :)
i put a cushion as my knees are easy to bruise
I second the towel or cushion. Both my meniscus are torn.
I often feel pain not from the pressure bc my knee is on the floor but it feels like the muscles in my knee are cramping (when doing a low lunge). I found that it helps to reposition the front knee/ foot to the side of the mat so that you feel the stretch a little more on the inside of your quad... sorry nobody is gonna understand what I mean 😂 but maybe it helps someone

So I stopped doing your exercise for a while because I started going to the gym a lot more. But I really missed it and I incorporated it to my daily routine again, i'm currently doing pilates 21 day challenge. and man oh man did i lose all my powers. honestly, your workouts require more from me than lifting weights.
