I don't recommend these. I got the higher resistance but you don't feel much resistance to be honest. I definitely don't feel faster and stronger when I take them off. You get used to them very easily.. besides that they don't stay put. All the resistance is generated by how tight the drawstring is tied around your waist and your heels, so inevitably no matter how tight you tie them, they slide down and it's a bit uncomfortable. It's a nice idea but def not worth $120
I do uphill hikes and trail runs with 10 lb. ankle or wrist weights and even with those, after a few minutes you don't really feel the weight anymore because you get used to it. I suspect the pants would work the same way. I'd get them if they were half the price but not $120.
