I was induced with the 24 hour pessary at Week 40+5 days. From 10am-10pm cervix remained dilated at 2cm, despite contractions. I had a hunch baby’s head wasn’t engaged in the inlet. Your leg extension exercise helped tremendously! I did the pose with hospital pillows, through 6 contractions on each side. And went to 6cm dilated within 2 hours! Thank you for helping my labour progress 🎉baby was born soon after at 3.94kg 😮
I don't exercise much, but I tried this when I'm in 36 weeks, and after just two weeks, the baby's head is already 50% engaged in the pelvis. It's incredibly effective!
I am due at the end of May, and I have been watching your youtube videos my entire pregnancy! The workouts, the helpful tips, yoga, etc. all of it has helped me so much. I am 38 weeks pregnant now and still feel amazing, and I think I have you to thank for a lot of that. Thanks for making these videos!
So happy it’s helpful! How inspiring that you are still feeling amazing! You put in all the consistent work 🙌 Sending you strength and positivity for your birth! You are going to do amazing!
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Hi mam...i am 38 weeks pregnant my baby head in left side on belly button....and his legs in right side...but it's not fixed in pelvis....what to do mam..
Hello. Im on my 38th week as well and cervix is still closed and the baby is still floating. Ive been an avid follower of your channel and i think this has helped me a lot during this pregnancy.
39 weeks and 2 days, studying this religiously for d-day :) I spend my time curb walking and on the ball doing circles and 8, still not in labor but that can't do no wrong :)
Thanks so much for making these amazing videos Jessica! I loved doing your workouts all through my pregnancy. It made me feel so strong and I didn't get the same back and hip pain that I have had in the past. I followed your tips for labour, to engage baby's head and birth positions and had a 3.5hr hour active labour and amazing birth. So thankful for the education and empowerment you provide! Looking forward to following along with your postpartum workouts. Thanks again and please keep making this amazing content!! 👏❤️👌
Thank you dear for sharing your knowledge. I had my baby and am grateful for mostly the up breathing technique it really took me through the early labour easily. And I failed to do the down breathing technique but only did it when it was time to push…😂 thanx so much Anja
Greetings from Germany. Which worked for me the best was a deep squat during contraction. It eased the pain also quiet a lot. After water broke it took just 5 min. My first and second delivery took way longer (each around a half day) without deep squat. I believe it had a huge impact for me. Excuse it please if my English sounds weird. :)
Thank you so much Jessica for All your amazing videos, they are really helping me cope with so many different aspects of pregnancy! I do your workouts everyday! I was wondering if you could do a workout for losing love handles and side fat during pregnancy? That seems to be a problem area for a lot of Indian women like me
What an awesome video! Just wondering do you have a printable labor trouble shooting guide I can provide my husband with to help him help me through labor. Our hospital doesn't allow doulas because of covid (only 1 visitor allowed) and my brain isn't clear enough during labor to remember some of these strategies! And my poor husband was so stressed with our first he couldn't remember how to tie his shoes haha
My baby is in cephalic position. But the head is not engaged, away from the pelvic and a little on the side. What can I do to change his position and engage. Will these excercise/movements help??
Despite a a chronic physical illness and disability I’ve still managed them , don’t get me wrong bloody painful but I’ve made a point of not letting my pregnancy worsen my disability
Thank you so much for these videos!!!! I have been studying spinning babies and Bradley method but am also a huge exercise junkie so I love hearing about additional moves I can do to get my body ready for our home birth in August!
Currently I'm in my 6th month and this is my 1st pregnancy. And I've done cervix cerclage at the 13th week as my cervix length is short and found my cervix was so wide too. This cerclage will be removed at the 38th week. Whether am i supposed to do some flexibility exercises or this will lead me automatically to a normal delivery?
I'm having a breech baby and I'm 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I'm doing ur exercises also for engaging baby's head. Will it help to turn my baby into head down position?
Hey hie... M 31 weeks pregnant..dis is my 2nd pregnancy... Had my 1st pregnancy through c-section....due to cephalopelvic disproportion(cpd). Does it mean m gonna hav c-section dis time also😑...???
Hi there from the UK, I'm 38+2 and though baby's head is down, baby's back is to the side and head is not engaged. did you say you had a specific yoga session for engaging baby's head? I found this session helpful:) x

For the leaning forward in chair position, is there are risk the baby will fully turn to breach ?

May be silly question but if baby is head down, is it okay to do inversion? Baby won’t flip back?
I wondered the same thing. I do a lot of inversions. Want to make sure it’s safe 🙏

did you find any solution?
Hey what happened?normal or c sec?
Do you recommend these exercises for ROA position of baby?
Who thinks all this exercises will be impossible for you bcoz you have huge baby bump🥺
😅😅😅
My baby bump is huge, but surprisingly, I am still very flexible. I think a lot depends on how active you are during pregnancy.
I feel this way whenever I try these exercises
It’s def possible!! I’ve been sick and injured my entire pregnancy and still make sure I exercise and stretch every day!!

At what point should you start these positions? During early labor? Or weeks prior?
You can start anytime, but especially helpful to start 37 weeks and during labor :)

Hi. Did your baby go down?

Your doctor should be able to confirm
Im 38th week pregnant women is it ok to do such exercises when umbilical.cord is around baby neck (single loop) aldo help me out as I am willing to.deliver natutally
Babies breathe through their cord, not their trachea before birth. A cord around the neck in that scenario is not dangerous.

Guys isn't used to directly talk to men. "Hey guys" has always been used to directly talk to a group of people regardless if they are man or a woman.
Gosh just go and seek another channel. What a dumb comment. She is super helpful and you’re just bitter instead of grateful.
