@@redchillikitchen1419 Just so that we get that right: your doctor proposes a C-section just because baby is not engaged?? Please note that babies often engage AFTER labor has started... Why would they propose a C-section??
@@CareAboutLittleOnes yes she proposes a c-section. i asked her that normal delivery is possible so then she angry and told me that its depend on you if want to get risk. i was shocked and dont understand that why she is saying this so that's why I visited other gynea and she suggested that I walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day and she gave me details also that the baby's head is not engaged.
Thank you for your tips guys, iam from india, my wife was 37 weeks pregnant and the doctor said the baby is not engaged into pelvic, it is in mobilized stage. Then they told us to 80 % ready for cesarean, after watching your video, we sincerely following your excercises for 1 weeks, after 38 weeks we are going for checkup, doctor said that baby is engaged today is that day, im so happy. in india and pakistan they always say the corrupt doctors that women need C section cause they want money and are corrupt. Even if baby is not engaged that is NO problem, the contractions will start and the baby will normally come out. Never listen to doctor if they say natural birth not possible only operetion. They just want money.

This is me again...You guys have been so helpful during flipping my breach baby. Now at 38+3 my baby has no plan on engaging in my pelvis. My OB said I have a lot of amniotic fluid (normal blood works) plus I admit during this pandemic I have not walk a lot outside but instead I do yoga, prenatal work out and spend a lot on balls...Tomorrow I will have another check up and ultrasound. I will definitely try this exercises can help me with so little time I have (1 week). Thank you for uploading this video. This is my first pregnancy and it is very helpful content.
Hi there 😊, first of all, thanks SO MUCH for your feedback!! 😘 We are super happy to hear that our videos helped you turn your baby! 😊 These exercises could certainly help engage your baby. The only question is in how far the level of amniotic fluid plays a role in your baby's current (unengaged) position. Sometimes, we have cases of polyhydramnios where it's just very difficult to make this work. However, these are really "extreme" cases of "too much amniotic" fluid. On the other hand, if your baby was able to turn, then it is also likely that these exercises will help you engage your baby... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Hi, I had my visit today and everything went well...Thankfully the water is not that much now. Hoping to see my baby next week. for now I continue doing these exercises (hip circle and squat) that you recommend. Thank you so much
@@zendybithao3525 Okay, that's great to hear!! In that case, all that is left for your baby to do is move further down. But please keep in mind: sometimes, it only happens after labor has started. @@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you... I actually need to get may baby out by next week due to my baby's weight and growth. I'm petite and if my baby grow big more in full 40 weeks I'm afraid I might end up with c-section.
@@zendybithao3525 Okay, understood. There is also the option of an induction (before rushing into a C-section). Of course, this is not what most women want, however, it might be better than a C-section....?
Thanks so much for all your videos. I love watching them and writing tips down. 😊 I found out the baby was in the optimal position around week 32. Can the position change from that time? It’s not yet time to see the doctor. I also have severe pain in my pelvis making it so difficult to get up from my couch or bed. Sometimes, I can’t really walk well also and have to waddle around. It can get better, then worse. All of that, with a bit of intermittent diarrhoea and loose stools, I don’t know what to think. Please, is there any advice you can give? Love you all so much. ❤️❤️❤️ And I love the accent and how clear your videos are. Kindly keep it up.
Hi there 😊, first of all, thanks so much for your very lovely feedback!! We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful - it's the best compliment a channel can get! 😊❤️ 👍 Regarding your case: It's difficult to tell what's going on in your womb. However, one option is that your baby has dropped, particularly, when looking at the signs that you observe... Please note that it CAN happen sometimes that babies drop very early (week 32). In most cases, that's absolutely fine. In very very very rare cases though it COULD be a sign that your body prepares for preterm labor. Because of that, we would talk with your midwife about the signs that you observe. Maybe this information is relevant to them (depending on your pregnancy case). Regarding your other question: in THEORY, a baby can always go back into a breech presentation after being cephalic. However, we would not worry about that. Because now, you know that nothing prevents your baby from turning. If baby has done it once, baby can do it again! We do hope that our answers help you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes I’m so grateful for your reply. I am glad and amazed at how you take your time to reply everyone without taking anything in return. GOD bless you all richly. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hi you gys are doing great job Well done keep it up❤ I have one question from you when did the baby head engage in pelvis my wife is pregnent 38 weeks and 2 days but the doctor said that head is not engaged till she gave her a week for next check up. What can we do please suggest us she is really scared from c section.
Hi there 😊, so, just that we got that right: First, your doctor told you that the baby is engaged. And then later, he told you baby is not engaged anymore? Is that right? If so, we can only recommend getting a second opinion! It is best to have a second person confirm the status of baby's engagement. We PARTICULARLY recommend getting a second opinion, if your doctor tells you that your wife needs a C-section BECAUSE baby is not engaged. The lack of engagement is not a reason for a C-section (unless there are medical problems of course). So, please consider getting a second opinion! If baby is indeed not engaged, then you can find helpful tips and tricks in the video you commented on! However, please also keep in mind that some babies only engage very late (sometimes hours before labor starts). And sometimes they only engage AFTER labor has started... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you, your wife and your baby!! ❤️
Thanks aloot for your reply❤ The doctor said that the baby's head is on the exactly upr part of the pelvis but not fixed in it. So you have one week for wait. My wife is an active lady. She do all activities at home staira up down , walk and deep squats from last night. She is worried about the engagment of the baby's head.
@@saqibmustafa2281 Okay, don't worry! Deep squats can really be super effective! And if your wife is active too, there is NORMALLY no reason to worry at all! 😊
@@saqibmustafa2281 That depends on your wife's pregnancy case! So, unfortunately, that's something we cannot tell you. We can only tell you - in general - that we know many women who gave birth as late as week 42 and delivered a healthy baby... ;-) But it's best to talk with your doctor about it....
Thanks for your support 💖 I'm at 30week . I feels that my baby movements in pelvic area and pubic bone..in my last scanning I think it was in my 7 month baby position was cephalic...now i feel more movements in this area when Iie down
Hi there 😊, you are MOST WELCOME!! We are very happy if our videos helpful! 😊 We know it is very difficult to determine baby's exact position (even professionals don't find it easy). However, we recorded a video which explains what symptoms a woman would experience when baby has engaged. You can find it here: ua-cam.com/video/9IXI5sG-d7w/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am 38 weeks now and my obgyn told me that the baby position is correct (head down) but her chin is not tucked in so her face is kind of looking up. I am so worried this might cause malpresentation that will cause complications, is there any way to fix her face positioning and make sure her chin tucked in before labor? This makes me scare to do any exercise that might cause her head engaged when her face still tilt in this position 😭 Thank you so much beforehand for all of your informative videos 🥰🥰
Hi there 😊, we completely understand that you are worried about your baby's position. However, please don't be! Your baby has still time to move into a better position. Moreover, even if labor starts, such a "malposition" often resolve by itself - if you give your body the time. We also understand that you are too scared to do any exercises that might cause your baby's head to engage. However, it's exactly that - exercises and positions - which could help your baby move into a better position. The most important one is the forward leaning position (knee to elbow) that we describe in this video: ua-cam.com/video/A8_JTWASGHw/v-deo.html (skip everything else in this video as long as your baby is not in a better position). The knee-to-elbow position can help your baby move into a better position because your provide your baby with more room in your womb to do so... There is also an alternative approach of the knee to elbow position which we explain in this video: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html. It allows you to remain in that position for longer. That said, please always ask your provider first if it is okay to do these exercises, as obviously only they know your pregnancy case... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😘, unfortunately, this depends on the severity of the case! Therefore, we kindly ask you to get the approval of your doctor first! Thank you!! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, that's GREAT to hear! Thanks so much for your feedback - we are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful! 😊 Regarding your question: unfortunately, there is no way for us to tell if one tablet is sufficient. Hi there 😘, we have met many women in similar situations and - except from one case - all of them have been able to do the exercises that we show on our channel (the ones to prepare for labor). So, normally, this should not be a problem. However, please do ask for your doctor's approval before you do them! The reason is that not every case of a nuchal cord is the same. In rare cases, there can be complications which is why it is important to get your doctor's approval first because only your doctor knows the details of your pregnancy case! Hello Both! Videos from you are really amazing! Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I have few queries! Hope you could suggest me something better! My wife is currently 37 weeks 1 day pregnant. As per the USG done on 37 weeks baby weight is 3.3 kg +/- 10%. Currently baby is in cephalic presentation with spine towards meternal left. It's first baby. Doctor said that head is not engaged and may be there are higher chances of c- section since baby weight is more. Currently amniotic fluid index is 13.9 and the placenta is anterior. What do you suggest us to do to get baby engaged
Hi there 😊, first of all, please keep in mind that some babies only engage very late in a pregnancy. In fact, some only do it hours before labor starts (or even after labor has started). We have some more information on this in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8tuvwOFdPHA/v-deo.html But to help the baby engage, you are already on the right video! If there is an exercise that can help a baby engage, then it's certainly deep squats (which we show in this video). Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that it helps though. There are at least 10 reasons why a baby may simply not be able to engage. However, those cases are very rare.... No reason to be worried about those cases right now... Has your wife already tried the exercises from this video?
@@karthickg8116 Okay. Well, please note that sometimes a baby may not be able to engage, which can have several reasons. However, right now, there is no need to panic because your wife is "only" 37 weeks pregnant. As we said, some babies do engage very late....
Hey there! Thanks a ton for the positive hopes! Today our doctor confirmed that head is fixed! 🎉 currently entering 39 th week. I would request you suggest what we have to do further! Thanks in advance!
@@karthickg8116 Oh, that's great to hear! 😊 Well, in that case, if you are allowed to exercise, try to keep active! If you have a birth ball, this is what could be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/UgrbOc4cebY/v-deo.html And of course, you can also help your body prepare for labor in other ways: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html And don't forget this sitting position: ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤
I have hyper mature placenta with placental calcification now I am 36 weeks pregnent my baby is in cepahalic position but head is not engaged.Today I went to the check up docter suggest c-section after 10 days because of calcifications. Is there any chances for normal delivery in 37th week
Hi there 😘, we are not gonna lie to you: it is very difficult to naturally induce labor at 37 weeks. At that time, your cervix only just starts to soften. And a soft cervix is a prerequisite for natural labor induction. The question is, however: why not try an induction first? Why go straight for a C-section? So, one thing we recommend doing is that you get a second opinion! Let another doctor confirm that your placenta is indeed that calcified that you require a C-section. And then also discuss with them, if an induction is not a better option! We hope this helps! 😘 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, have you downloaded our guide? In there, you will find all the dates regarding when we normally start with which exercise... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

40 weeks and 3 days today, baby doesn't want to come out. He is warm inside. I walk 30 minutes a day, I do a little stairs and 10 minutes balls. His head is down, but I don't know when he will come 🙄
Hi there Adisa 😊, please don't worry too much! On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal". Some babies just take longer... If you exercise, it's already great! Do you now if your cervix is soft at this point? We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for your replying 🙏 😊 The doctor said that the cerfix is soft, but if it doesn't come these days, I will do induction on Saturday. I'm really scared of that 😨😰
@@AdisaKola Yeah, we know they like to do that... And unfortunately, it can cause a lot of pressure on a woman which just makes the whole going-into-labor process more difficult. So, now, it is REALLY your partner's turn to give YOU a back massage (and please do not end up giving him a massage again just because he is tired from work!!) 😅 Relaxation is really very important these days to keep the stress hormones in check! On top of that, there are also a couple of other things which could help: reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil (which we explain in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html Finally, if it does not work, please do not be scared of an induction! Babies are being born every day with inductions. Also, your cervix is soft which makes an induction easier. You only focus on that very moment, when you hold that sweet little baby in your arms!! How you get there really does not matter! All that counts is that eventually, a healthy mother holds her healthy baby in her arms! 🥰🥰 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤

Just focus on that moment when you meet your little baby! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I am 37 weeks with my second pregnancy and my baby will be engaged one day but go back the next day. It started from 34 th week of my pregnancy and already happened a few times.
@CareAboutLittleOnes I have an uneven hips. My left hip is higher than the right. But I have no problem with walking or other normal physical activity. I am also doing exercises and from that I can say I have good balance and I am flexible. Although I noticed this uneven hips only after the delivery of my first baby. I delivered her in side lying position. Should I be concerned.
@@jeslaabduljaleel8518Hi there! No, uneven hips are normally not a reason to be concerned (we had a few similar cases and this was NEVER a problem). However, we do ask ourselves, what makes the baby back up from the pelvis frequently... Do you do any "fancy" exercises?
@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for your reply I do both stretch out yoga and cardio exercises. Depends on my mood. I do not follow any specific exercises daily. I do cardio on days when I feel very energetic and do stretches on days I don't have much energy. There are days when I am so tired and just wanted to rest. I skip the exercises in that day.
@@jeslaabduljaleel8518 Okay! Well, nothing that you do here should be a reason why your baby keeps backing up from your pelvis... And it is also totally fine to skip exercises every now and then! As a pregnant woman, you also need your rest ... Can we ask you: have you ever seen a chiropractor for baby's engagement?
Hello I am at 38 weeks pregnant and baby is head down. However his head is not engaged yet. And my baby is 3.3kg already. Will I be able to have vaginal birth please? I have just started to do these exercises. Thank you ❤
Hi there 😊, while it is crucial for a normal delivery that your baby DOES engage at SOME point, we clearly want to point out that some babies only engage AFTER labor has started. In other words, not every baby engages before labor has started. Only recently, we had such a case: the baby was not engaged, but labor started. Only 5 hours into active labor, the baby finally engaged. And the mother eventually delivered a healthy baby. So, please always keep that in mind! 😊 Also, we have had cases of babies who had 4kg+ and still engaged eventually. So, it is not possible to say, for example, a baby of 3kg+ cannot engage. It really depends on your overall case. The best is not too worry too much! You will only know how it goes once you are in labor.... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am 39 weeks pregnant and will be induced this week. My baby is in cephalic position. But the head is not engaged, away from the pelvic and a little on the side. Dr. Said if the baby's head does not engage in the pelvic they will have to do a c section
Hi there 😘, that's interesting... Of course, it would be great if baby was engaged for both, a spontaneous start of labor, as well as an induction. However, we know lots of cases of women whose baby only engaged AFTER labor has started. So, we don't really understand why your doctor presses for a C-section??? Honestly, we would get a second opinion! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there! 😊 When your baby is posterior, we would not yet try to engage the baby! We would do this first: ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hai, I am 37 weeks pregnant. Before 2 days I found that baby is not engaged and head is floating. Is it possible to have a vaginal delivery? Will baby get engaged and drops down. It's already in cephalic presentation for past 5 weeks. I am walking for 2 hours a day and climbing around 250 steps. Added Yoga and squats of I am not tired. Shall I continue with these exercises and add these exercises too?!
Hi there 😊, first of all, please note that it is normally still possible to have a normal vaginal delivery, even when baby is not engaged. Second, some babies only engage HOURS before labor starts, some even afterwards. This is different from woman to woman, so please, do not be worried just yet! There is still plenty of time 😊. If you are already so active, then you don't need to add anything else. You are already doing a great job! The only thing we can think of is seeing a chiropractor to support the process. However, please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that it works... Also, when you do squats, make sure it's deep squats, as only deep squats can help the baby engage... Otherwise, stay positive! If your baby is head down, it's only a matter of time til baby drops! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hey there! Commenting for first time though I watch your videos regularly. I'm 34 weeks rn and in my 29 weeks scan they say baby is cephalic, but I always do feel a bulge or hard part on right side of my belly , I think it's baby's back. And left lower half of my belly is also hard. I think its the bub head. So the position is slightly oblique right??? How cephalic??? The head doesn't need to be on pubic area? I'm FTM and sooo anxious regarding baby's position, strictly want natural birth. Please guide me if this is normal or I'm having a problem?
Hi there 😊, so, here is the thing: when baby is head down, baby is not necessarily in a position where baby's back is exactly in the center of your belly. The back can also be more on the left or the right side. So that's that. Now, if you feel baby's head on the other side (than the back), then it COULD be that baby is indeed in an oblique position. However, of course, only a doctor can confirm this. If that is really the case, we would not worry too much though! So far, we have seen hardly any cases when oblique presentations are a problem for a normal delivery. The most important thing is that your baby is head down. Also, you can (normally) easily support your baby find a better position with the help of birth ball exercises (ua-cam.com/video/X3sOObqZHrY/v-deo.html). Plus, there is also a blog post that you might find helpful: careaboutlittleones.com/best-sitting-position-to-help-baby-find-a-good-position-in-the-womb/ We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Hey thanks for the quick reply! I really needed this to read. Now feeling relaxed. Prior I was thinking may be my pelvic floor muscles are too tight so baby's head is slightly away from pubic area, but I'm walking 30-40 minutes on daily basis and doing 25-30 suqats, butterfly exercises then why would my pelvic muscles be so tight? Perhaps everything is normal and I'm overthinking about it. I'm due for my next scan on 3rd of November , fingers crossed till then. Will update you guys about my baby's position after then. Hello, I am 39 weeks pregnant today. My baby is still not engaged. I have started these exercises today. After 5days I have my next appointment. Is 5days enough to engage the baby? The baby is in a cephalic position. Posterior placenta. Don't know baby is in occiput anterior position or not. Please answer this.
Hi there 😊, in theory, even ONE day could be enough to help a baby engage (with deep squats). However, please keep in mind that there are many factors which play a role here. Therefore, there is never a guarantee that it works - not even within a longer period of time. For example, sometimes, a chiropractor has to do their magic first, before a baby is able to engage - it all depends on your body... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thank you so much for your quick reply. In last appointment my doctor told baby’s head engaged 5/5 (head is above the pelvic brim). She told the chance of natural delivery is so low. What do you think? I am doing my best. Will let you know the updates. Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩.
@@aditybhadra4067 Hi there! Please note that just because a baby is not engaged does not mean that a woman cannot have a normal delivery. Sometimes, babies only engage AFTER labor has started. If your doctor really recommends a C-section just because baby is not yet engaged, then we recommend that you get a second opinion from another provider! We hope this helps! 😊 Sending you lots of love from London back to Bangladesh! ❤❤
@@CareAboutLittleOnes okay I will. Today I am 39 weeks 2days. No signs of labour yet, baby is not engaged. Sometimes I feel I will get my period or getting period cramps (not sure though). I have severe back pain & also feel heavy in my pelvis area. I am completely messed up. Before I was thinking that these are the symptoms but nothing is happening.
Hi there 😘, we recommend sticking to the schedule that we set out in the video because babies should actually not engage too early (ideally, they do that in or after week 36...) Thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hello I am new here and not done excercise , i mean a beginner . I am in my 36 weeks of my pregnancy. Cephalic position but not engaged my babygirl's head in pelvic yet. So should I do these exercises?
Hi there 😊, if your doctor allows you to do exercises, then these exercises could certainly help you engage your baby. However, ideally, you only do them when your baby is in the right position for labor (we don't just mean cephalic; we also mean occiput anterior: more information in this video: ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html). We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, these exercises can certainly help you engage your baby! However, please understand that only your doctor can tell you, if you can do these exercises or not - because only they know your specific pregnancy case! So, please, ask for your doctor's approval first before attempting these exercises - thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, there is a detailed time schedule in the guide that you can download from our website. But basically, we start with the preparation phase in week 35 and with the actual baby engagement exercises in week 36.... That said, it is also possible to start later (just not earlier).... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, there is only one thing we can recommend in this situation: get a second opinion by another doctor! We ourselves, we can only tell you this much: 3kg at 38 weeks is not particularly big. Unless a woman is SUPER SLIM, a normal delivery should NORMALLY not be a problem. Therefore, all you can do is get a second opinion! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, we kindly ask you to get the approval of your doctor first before trying these exercises because there can be many reasons why a woman may not be allowed to do them (f.e. spine-related problems)... But in general, we can tell you that we know lots of VBAC moms who did these exercises and were absolutely fine. By the way: if you want to know if your baby has engaged, you can look at the signs and symptoms that you experience. We explain everything in this video: ua-cam.com/video/9IXI5sG-d7w/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

@@hannatumusah2712 Okay that's great! So, that means your baby is not only head down but also engaged! Don't worry about your placenta. A anterior placenta normally does not cause any problems. All good! 😊😊
Hi there 😊, we do know cases of women who were able to help twin A engage in the pelvis with these exercises! 😊 However, as always, we kindly ask you to get the approval of your doctor first. Not every pregnant woman should do these exercises, depending on her pregnancy case... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, yes and no. It really depends on the size of baby's head vs the size of your pelvis. Because of that, oftentimes, a baby does not engage as long as baby is not facing the back. But in general, it is possible. That said, ideally, baby moves into a better position first before baby engages: ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html. If baby is already engaged, we often see that it is easier to help baby's head out of the pelvis first, help him/her move into a better position and then to help baby re-engage again. But we are not gonna lie to you: this is not an easy task.... and it is certainly nothing that can be accomplished in a short period of time... Still, we hope this information helps you! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@haley7185 Don't worry about your dilation! Your contractions will take care of it! 😊 Regarding baby's position: Please note that according to studies, the majority of babies who face mommy's front before labor starts end up facing her back before the pushing phase starts. In other words, most babies in "bad" positions rotate during labor all by themselves... So, please don't worry too much about it! Besides, most babies already find a good position before labor starts... 😊
Hi there 😊, unfortunately, there is little you can do! It is up to your doctor to closely monitor what's going on in your womb. In fact, normally, in such a case, you will have a scan every 4 weeks. All you can do on your end is live a healthy life - but, of course, you knew that already. 😊 Make sure that you eat healthy foods that provide your babies with all the nutrients they need. You may also require certain additional supplements. But unfortunately, this is something only your doctor can tell you - based on your pregnancy case. We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here... 😬 Finally, we just want to add that such pregnancies do not necessarily lead to complications. You can have perfectly healthy babies despite this "condition"... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😘, please note that some babies only engage once labor has started. And normally, there is absolutely no problem with that as long as the baby engages at some point....
Hi there 😊, we know many women who started with these exercises in week 36 and successfully helped their baby engage! That said, as always, we kindly ask you to get the approval of your doctor first that you can do these exercises, as not every woman should do them (f.e. in case of pregnancy-related complications). Thank you! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hey this is my first pregnancy im 36 weeks pregnant my doctor said baby head is floating high there is no chnace for normal delivery,my baby position is cephalic with anterior placenta, grade 2,plese tell should i wait or go with c sec
Hi there 😊, please note that babies often either engage very LATE in a pregnancy or AFTER labor has started. Even if a baby only engages after labor has started, it is normally not a problem as long as baby engages eventually... Therefore, we are always surprised to hear whenever a doctor tells anyone that they cannot have a normal delivery - just because baby is not engaged before labor has even started (unless there are medical reasons of course). Of course, we are not able to tell you what to do. This can only be done by a doctor. Therefore, we can only recommend that you get a second opinion by another OB. Thank you! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, don't worry! In some pregnancies, these things happen later, in other pregnancies they happen sooner. After all, once your labor starts, your contractions will take of it! So please don't worry too much right now! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
My due date is 5-03-2023 i didn't feel any labour sign.... Can u plz suggest that is it ok to visit the doctor after due date or before due date check up is necessary
Hi there 😊, it depends a bit on the hospital policy and your pregnancy case in how far a check-up is required. So, this is difficult for us to answer... Generally speaking, if there are no medical complications and if you are feeling well and if there have not been any complications in your pregnancy, a checkup is not required. It is basically just a waiting game until you go into labor... But of course, if you feel unwell, if you are worried about the health of your baby or your own health, please do talk with your doctor about it! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, please note that the butterfly stretch and hip opener exercises are only exercises to prepare your body for the engagement process. But they don't actually make the baby engage in the pelvis. The only exercise which can make a baby engage are deep squats.... 39 weeks and 05 days pregnant today. Baby is still not descending down! Tried butterfly exercise (200 daily) Roller cat exercises but still no results. Can anyone suggest what can be done
Hi there 😊, have you also tried the deep squats that we show you here? They are the most important exercises when it comes to helping baby engage. Also, please do NOT overdo it with the exercising! From what we observe here, it can actually be counterproductive! If you stick to the steps that we show here (given that your doctor approves), it should be possible to help baby engage. Finally, please also keep in mind that some babies only engage AFTER labor has started! As long as baby engages at SOME point, you can still have a normal delivery.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, yes, these exercises can certainly help engage your baby. So, if your doctor gives you their approval, you can give them a try. However, your doctor is absolutely right: sometimes, babies only engage once the contractions start. So, please do not be worried too much about it! Walking is always a good idea. But it does not need to be a lot. Studies show that if you go for a 30min walk per day, that's already great. Finally, if you are eating between 60 and 80 grams of dates per day, that's great! It's a great preparation of your cervix. We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊, we can only say this much: this approach has helped many women to help their baby engage, even at later stages of their pregnancy (up to 40 weeks). Hi there 😊, if your doctor approved, we would actually try to rotate baby to move baby's back a bit further to the center of your belly. Hie, thanks a lot for uploading such informative videos. I'm 39 weeks + 4 days and 1 cm dilated. I lost my mucus plug a day back as well. However, my AFI is 4 and my doctor has given me 2 days before she medically induces me. I have tried all your labour induction methods (excluding sex because I'm 1 cm dilated) but none of them seem to work. I had 3 false contractions, that's it. Also, baby's head is not engaged yet because baby is at a slightly different angle than the pelvis. Could you please help me out? I just have a day left to naturally induce.
Hi there 😊, we are not gonna lie to you: it is really very difficult to induce labor if you are under time pressure. Stress and labor induction are two things which "don't like each other". That said - in our experience - the one thing that tends to work even in such situations is Castor oil. However, it is important to note that Castor oil won't work for every woman. Moreover, it does require the approval of your doctor. So, if your doctor approves the intake of Castor oil, it is something that COULD help you induce labor fast, particularly, if you combine it with other tools, such as nipple stimulation. But again, inducing labor naturally under time pressure is a very very difficult task... Still, we hope this information helps you... 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hello my afi is also4 ... could u tell did if normal deliveryis possible .. my baby wt is also less .. it says iugr... i am 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant
Hi there Priya 😊, it very much depends on why the baby is not engaged so far. Please note that sometimes there can be good reasons why a baby is not engaging. For example, the shape of the pelvis, the size of the head, the location of the placenta etc. HOWEVER: we also want to point out that sometimes, babies only engage AFTER labor has started (or hours before it starts). Oftentimes, the force of contractions is needed to make it happen... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please don't worry about that! At that stage of a pregnancy, it is really very difficult to say what is normal and what is not normal (weight and size wise). From week 24-26 onwards, this is when it starts to matter. Relax a little! We are sure everything is fine! 😊 Of course, if you are worried that your baby is not well, please do talk to a doctor! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I m in 38 week starting baby is cephalic with a card loope around neck fluid is 12 but head is not fixed .....dr said 50 50 chances of c section and normal bcz baby is above what should i do ????
Hi there 😘, NORMALLY (unless there are medical problems of some sort), neither a single loop around the neck nor a lack of pre-labor engagement are reasons for a C-section. Moreover, if your fluid level is 12 at 38 weeks, it corresponds exactly to the mean (which is similar to the "average number") that we see in scientific studies Maybe you would like to get a second opinion by a different doctor... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, please don't be worried about that! 😊 You have to keep in mind that some babies only engage very late (like hours before labor starts). And others only engage AFTER labor has started. Admittedly, it happens more in second pregnancies, however, it can absolutely happen in first pregnancies as well. So, please don't be worried! Your contractions can help you press your baby into your pelvis! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I just watched some of your uploaded videos since I am 39 2/7days pregnant and still my baby isn't engaged. I am still 1cm open, and my doctor told me that my chance IF induced will be 50-50 to have normal delivery since my score was like 4 only. 😔 I want to deliver normally and I also want to help my baby engaged. I will try doing these protocols, however, I have a question. What particular time of the day is best to do these? And how many times in a day possible? Thank youuuu, will wait for your response. ❤️
Hi there 😊, so, given the fact that you have a score of 4 only, it also means that your cervix is not yet well prepared for labor. But don't worry! In some women, it just takes a bit longer. However, there are tools that can help you support the process. We talk about them in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html We'd also like to refer you to our other video, which is about the best "sitting position" to support the whole "going into labor" process: ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html And finally, regarding the exercises: It depends a bit on you WHEN during the day you do them. For example, some women feel nauseas in the morning, even that late in their pregnancy. Therefore, they are more likely gonna do them in the afternoon. However, normally, we do them twice per day (in the morning and in the afternoon) unless of course your doctor told you that you cannot do these exercises... Hi there 😊, we are not gonna lie to you: with polyhydramnios it is more difficult to help a baby engage. However, we know many women who successfully made their baby engage with these exercises. The good news is also that the level of amniotic fluid reaches its peak around 35 weeks. Afterwards, the level declines which is probably what you observe right now. Therefore, these exercises are probably more likely going to work for you at later stages of your pregnancy. Actually, independent of the level of amniotic fluid, we would not try them before week 36 (or week 35 if you include the preparation week). We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@Simonnaie Okay! This COULD be the reason why you are feeling those sensations in your pubic area... But the good news is: if your baby is still able to change positions that easily, then your baby should not have a hard time finding a good position once labor has started...
Hi! Wondering if you can direct me to a video to help baby from a weird position. He is head down, however, he likes to keep his feet by his head. I thought he had flipped breech with where I feel kicking but per an ultrasound he is perfectly head down, not engaged, but likes his feet by his head. I think also postieor. I'm 38 weeks.
Hi there Nicole 😘, that is a very special position and unfortunately, we don't have a video on this topic on our channel. It is also difficult for us to guide you here because it really depends on the exact position and how it affects baby's engagement (if it does at all). Is your doctor concerned that your baby's position could somehow interfere with the engagement process?
Hi there 😊, you are MOST WELCOME!! We are happy if you find our videos helpful! 😊 Regarding your question: First of all, please don't worry! Some babies only engage hours before labor starts (or even afterwards), particularly, if this is your second. So, no need to worry that your baby has not yet engaged... That said, the protocol that we show in this video can certainly help you engage your baby. We do it all the time in women at 38 weeks and even later, although we often shorten the preparation phase to 3 days only at that stage. However, please keep in mind that - whether or not this is going to work - also depends on certain factors, such as your baby's position. For example: if your baby is occiput posterior (i.e. facing your front instead of your back), it might be very difficult for your baby to engage. In that case, it would be better to first help baby into a better position before trying anything to engage baby. It will pay off, once you are in labor... The other thing is: very often, we are only able to help baby engage with the help of a chiropractor. So that too could be an option, if our protocol does not work... We really hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I have been watching your videos i am 33 weeks pregnant and i keep having pain in between my legs and when i get up from the couch or bed after realxing it hurts in between there and pain in my lower back like a sharp pain i also have to get a 3 hour glucose because my 1 hour came back high... I also have alot of yellowish discharge and not to mension i have to use the bathroom to pee every 5 minutes soo annoying😣 lol
Hi there Mara 😘, we are sorry to hear that you go through so many things... 😬 So first of all, it very much sounds like your baby has dropped already. This will increase the pressure in your pelvis and could explain the many things that you feel. On top of that (or in addition), it could also be a problem of pelvic girdle pain, particularly, if it hurts to get up from a couch or bad. Sometimes, it can also be that the baby is not in an optimal position when baby has dropped which could also explain many of these problems. Given the discharge that you observe and also because of the fact that it could be that your baby has dropped already, we recommend talking with your midwife. But to be clear: the things that you experience could be totally normal, so there is not necessarily a reason to be worried. However, it would be great to have a confirmation from your midwife or provider... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I am 24 weeks pregnant but when l walk for some time l become so tired l don't know why and l wakeup after sleep l feel so tired.and have body aches . And through out my pregnancy my blood pressure get low again and again .and l also have pee problem when l go to bathroom for pee sometimes it dont come . And some times it hurts when l pee and l continusely pee .
Hi there 😊, we recommend that you see your doctor for a checkup! Basically, most of what you experience is not particularly uncommon for pregnant women. Pregnancy hormones can sometimes really "mess up" the body and not every woman experiences a pregnancy in the same way! 😊 However, if it hurts when you pee and if you experience vaginal itchiness, it could point to other issues! And because of that, we urge you to see a doctor! Only a doctor can tell you for sure where your symptoms are coming from, after a thorough check-up! We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi, My baby is not engaged yet, and there is single loop of cord around his neck, can I still do these exercises to make him engaged? It’s my 37th week.
Hi there 😊, generally speaking, babies with a single loop of cord can (and normally will) engage in a pelvis too. Therefore, under normal circumstances, these exercises should not do any harm. However, as always, we recommend getting the approval of your OB first before you try these exercises. And that's because maybe, there is something special about your case that makes it impossible for you to do these exercises... So, please get the approval of your doctor first - thank you! We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Am 38+ weeks pregnant and no pain still the baby is slightly in breech position, a cord is also around the neck and also up.. So should I engage this exercise
Hi there 😊, we would not try to engage the baby if baby is still breech (besides, it would not work anyway). The first step should be to get baby into a better position. Here is a video which you might find helpful: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hey guys . I'm not sure whether my baby is in breach position or in posterior position here in my city my gynco did not told me abt any position she just said baby is not in downward position. As I was earlier not aware of this terms i did not ask her abt the position could plz help me wat to do to bring baby in downward movement 🙏
Hi there 😊, we have just the right video for you: ua-cam.com/video/e-kh6nxGkCk/v-deo.html We regularly use this approach to turn breech babies. Maybe it will help you too? 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi! If baby has engaged in 34 week, does it mean that baby is going to be born after 2-4 week, ( preterm/befor due date) at 36 or 38🤯? I read that engaging means labor is going to happen after 2-4 weaks ?! Thank you for your answer!
Hi there 😊, it's like this: very often, labor starts within 2-4 weeks after baby has engaged, that's right. However, these are just average numbers. It does not necessarily mean that labor will indeed start in that time frame, just because a baby has engaged... Every pregnancy is different... We have met lots of women whose baby dropped before week 36. And yet, they went into labor only around their due date and delivered a perfectly healthy baby. Nevertheless, whenever it happens before week 36, we recommend that you let your doctor or midwife know! Again, normally, there is no reason to worry. However, it could be relevant, depending on your pregnancy history and your pregnancy case.... We hope this helps! 😊 We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi there 😊, we did have similar cases and all of them were able to do these exercises. However, we still ask you to get the approval of your doctor first! Two pregnancies are never alike! So it's always better to talk with your doctor first, as only they know your pregnancy case.... We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

Hi there 😊,
first of all, thanks SO MUCH for your feedback!! 😘 We are super happy to hear that our videos helped you turn your baby! 😊
These exercises could certainly help engage your baby.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I found out the baby was in the optimal position around week 32.
Hi there 😊,
first of all, thanks so much for your very lovely feedback!! We are very happy to hear that you find our content helpful - it's the best compliment a channel can get! 😊❤️ 👍
Regarding your case:
It's difficult to tell what's going on in your womb.

Hi there 😊,
so, just that we got that right:
First, your doctor told you that the baby is engaged.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you, your wife and your baby!! ❤️
Can we wait for 42 weeks without any worry???
Thanks aloot for your reply❤
The doctor said that the baby's head is on the exactly upr part of the pelvis but not fixed in it.
We can only tell you - in general - that we know many women who gave birth as late as week 42 and delivered a healthy baby... ;-)

Hi there 😊,
we completely understand that you are worried about your baby's position.

Hi there 😊,
first of all, please keep in mind that some babies only engage very late in a pregnancy. In fact, some only do it hours before labor starts (or even after labor has started). We have some more information on this in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8tuvwOFdPHA/v-deo.html
But to help the baby engage, you are already on the right video!

I have hyper mature placenta with placental calcification now I am 36 weeks pregnent my baby is in cepahalic position but head is not engaged.Today I went to the check up docter suggest c-section after 10 days because of calcifications. Is there any chances for normal delivery in 37th week
Hi there 😘,
we are not gonna lie to you: it is very difficult to naturally induce labor at 37 weeks.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

40 weeks and 3 days today, baby doesn't want to come out. He is warm inside. I walk 30 minutes a day, I do a little stairs and 10 minutes balls. His head is down, but I don't know when he will come 🙄
Hi there Adisa 😊,
please don't worry too much! On average, a pregnancy lasts between 38 and 42 weeks. Everything within that range is considered "normal". Some babies just take longer...
If you exercise, it's already great! Do you now if your cervix is soft at this point?
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for your replying 🙏 😊
The doctor said that the cerfix is soft, but if it doesn't come these days, I will do induction on Saturday. I'm really scared of that 😨😰
@@AdisaKola Yeah, we know they like to do that... And unfortunately, it can cause a lot of pressure on a woman which just makes the whole going-into-labor process more difficult.
So, now, it is REALLY your partner's turn to give YOU a back massage (and please do not end up giving him a massage again just because he is tired from work!!) 😅
Relaxation is really very important these days to keep the stress hormones in check!
On top of that, there are also a couple of other things which could help: reflexology, nipple stimulation, Castor oil (which we explain in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html
Finally, if it does not work, please do not be scared of an induction!

Hi there 😘,
do you know if your pelvis has a particular shape? Like, one that deviates from the "norm"?
@CareAboutLittleOnes Thank you for your reply
I do both stretch out yoga and cardio exercises.
Hello
I am at 38 weeks pregnant and baby is head down. However his head is not engaged yet. And my baby is 3.3kg already. Will I be able to have vaginal birth please? I have just started to do these exercises.
Thank you ❤
Hi there 😊,
while it is crucial for a normal delivery that your baby DOES engage at SOME point, we clearly want to point out that some babies only engage AFTER labor has started. In other words, not every baby engages before labor has started.
Only recently, we had such a case: the baby was not engaged, but labor started. Only 5 hours into active labor, the baby finally engaged. And the mother eventually delivered a healthy baby.
So, please always keep that in mind! 😊
Also, we have had cases of babies who had 4kg+ and still engaged eventually.
Hi there 😘,
that's interesting...
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!!

Hi there 😊,
first of all, please note that it is normally still possible to have a normal vaginal delivery, even when baby is not engaged.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
@vinotha Raman I'm in the same situation right now.. how did your labor go.. my doctor is suggesting for csec coz my baby head din engage
Hi there 😊,
so, here is the thing: when baby is head down, baby is not necessarily in a position where baby's back is exactly in the center of your belly.

Will update you guys about my baby's position after then.

in theory, even ONE day could be enough to help a baby engage (with deep squats). However, please keep in mind that there are many factors which play a role here. Therefore, there is never a guarantee that it works - not even within a longer period of time. For example, sometimes, a chiropractor has to do their magic first, before a baby is able to engage - it all depends on your body...

Once a baby is engaged is it still possible for them to spin ti face the right direction?
Hi there 😊,
yes and no. It really depends on the size of baby's head vs the size of your pelvis. Because of that, oftentimes, a baby does not engage as long as baby is not facing the back. But in general, it is possible.
That said, ideally, baby moves into a better position first before baby engages:
ua-cam.com/video/wouG3-qVAho/v-deo.html.

Hi there 😊,
unfortunately, there is little you can do!

Hi there 😊,
please note that babies often either engage very LATE in a pregnancy or AFTER labor has started. Even if a baby only engages after labor has started, it is normally not a problem as long as baby engages eventually...
Therefore, we are always surprised to hear whenever a doctor tells anyone that they cannot have a normal delivery - just because baby is not engaged before labor has even started (unless there are medical reasons of course).

it depends a bit on the hospital policy and your pregnancy case in how far a check-up is required.

Now am in 32 week but scan growth baby is 34-35 weeks .., high blood sugar level 165 so dr prefer to 37 weeks c -section my baby already got cephalic position …! Is that possible to normal delivery.?
Hi there 😘,
that's really very difficult to say for us. High blood pressure can potentially be dangerous during a delivery. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot really tell you if a normal delivery is possible in your case or not. This is something that really only your doctor can tell you because only they know all the facts about your case.
The only thing you could do is get a second opinion from another doctor. But it's important that they look at your pregnancy case in detail so that they can come up with the best advice in your case...
We are sorry that we cannot be a better help here....

As for the AFI. Let's put it this way: We have come across many cases of women with a low AFI level who had a normal delivery... 😊

Hello .I am 39 weeks pregnant and I am having marginal placenta previa. Can i still do these exercises and expect a normal delivery. Pls advise.
Hi there 😊,
with a marginal placenta previa, we kindly ask you to ask your doctor first before you try these exercises because not every case of marginal placenta previa is the same. It very much depends on how your pregnancy went so far and also, if you have been bleeding a lot (or not at all).
So, please, do ask your doctor first - thank you! 😊

@@aryanair2276 Hi there! Okay, this sounds encouraging! If there has not been any bleeding, then it does not seem like it is that bad... 😊

Hi there 😊,
please do not worry at all! If your doctor said that your baby's head has dropped, it actually means that baby IS engaged. Please keep in mind that - even when the head is engaged, you can still FEEL the baby's head when you are in certain positions.
(We hope that next week's video will bring more clarity into this....)
But again, please do not worry about this! Seems like everything is fine right now! 😊

Hi there 😘,
have you already tried the exercises that we show in this video (exercises to engage baby's head - particularly deep squats)? We have had some great success with these!
So, if your OB confirms that you can do them, these exercises might help bring baby further down into your pelvis...
This will then also affect everything else in your body in terms of your body's preparation for labor....
😊
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thank you so much for your reply. I am eating dates, using birthing ball and drinking raspberry tea for quite sometime but will do what you recommend. Many thanks. I love watching your videos!

@@gabrielabartosikova81 You are most welcome!! 😊
Using a birth ball is great! That too will normally help in your situation! 😊
If your doctor approves (based on your pregnancy case), you can certainly try nipple stimulation (given that you are at least 37 weeks pregnant).
That's because, let's assume it helps you with first contractions or even with the start of labor, those contractions can help your baby engage too (sometimes babies only engage after labor has started)...

Hi there 😊,
we can only say this much: this approach has helped many women to help their baby engage, even at later stages of their pregnancy (up to 40 weeks).
Keep in mind though: a baby does not necessarily engage before labor starts. Sometimes, they only do that after labor has started. The most important thing is that they engage at some point...

Can we try to engage baby in rot position ?
Hi there 😊,
if your doctor approved, we would actually try to rotate baby to move baby's back a bit further to the center of your belly.
Don't get us wrong: a normal delivery IS possible in a rot position. However, given how the birth process works and given the kind of hurdles your baby faces in your womb, a more centered position is to be preferred (it will just make your life easier during labor)....
We hope this helps! 😊

Hi there 😊,
we are not gonna lie to you: it is really very difficult to induce labor if you are under time pressure.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for the upcoming birth, for you and your baby!! ❤️

I'm right now 40th week..but the baby not engaged..here after any chance
Hi there Priya 😊,
it very much depends on why the baby is not engaged so far.
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi iam 19 weeks pregnant my fetus weight is 304 grams it it ok
Hi there 😊,
please don't worry about that! At that stage of a pregnancy, it is really very difficult to say what is normal and what is not normal (weight and size wise). From week 24-26 onwards, this is when it starts to matter.
Relax a little! We are sure everything is fine! 😊
Of course, if you are worried that your baby is not well, please do talk to a doctor!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
I m in 38 week starting baby is cephalic with a card loope around neck fluid is 12 but head is not fixed .....dr said 50 50 chances of c section and normal bcz baby is above what should i do ????
Hi there 😘,
NORMALLY (unless there are medical problems of some sort), neither a single loop around the neck nor a lack of pre-labor engagement are reasons for a C-section. Moreover, if your fluid level is 12 at 38 weeks, it corresponds exactly to the mean (which is similar to the "average number") that we see in scientific studies
Maybe you would like to get a second opinion by a different doctor...
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
5 days to go my delivery date but baby's head is not engaged 😭😢
Hi there 😊,
please don't be worried about that!
@@CareAboutLittleOnes thank you ❤️
I just watched some of your uploaded videos since I am 39 2/7days pregnant and still my baby isn't engaged. ❤️
Hi there 😊,
so, given the fact that you have a score of 4 only, it also means that your cervix is not yet well prepared for labor. But don't worry! In some women, it just takes a bit longer. However, there are tools that can help you support the process. We talk about them in this video: ua-cam.com/video/8rehbupwhzY/v-deo.html
We'd also like to refer you to our other video, which is about the best "sitting position" to support the whole "going into labor" process: ua-cam.com/video/K5uxfr0YJ_E/v-deo.html
And finally, regarding the exercises:
It depends a bit on you WHEN during the day you do them. For example, some women feel nauseas in the morning, even that late in their pregnancy. Therefore, they are more likely gonna do them in the afternoon.
However, normally, we do them twice per day (in the morning and in the afternoon) unless of course your doctor told you that you cannot do these exercises...
We really hope they will help you! 😊
By the way: sometimes, a chiropractor could help as well...
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️
Hi I have mild polyhydramnios AFI 21 , will this still work ? I am 34+3 currently and yesterday my doc said my AFI reduced to 18. Please let me know if I can do this ? Will it even work for polyhydramnios?
Hi there 😊,
we are not gonna lie to you: with polyhydramnios it is more difficult to help a baby engage.

@@Simonnaie Okay! This COULD be the reason why you are feeling those sensations in your pubic area...

Hi there Nicole 😘,
that is a very special position and unfortunately, we don't have a video on this topic on our channel.
It is also difficult for us to guide you here because it really depends on the exact position and how it affects baby's engagement (if it does at all).
Is your doctor concerned that your baby's position could somehow interfere with the engagement process?
I am right now 38 weeks and my baby isn’t engaged. What should i do ?
And thank you for all your helpful videos🥰
Hi there 😊,
you are MOST WELCOME!! We are happy if you find our videos helpful! 😊
Regarding your question:
First of all, please don't worry!
We wish you ALL THE BEST for you and your baby!! ❤️

I also have alot of yellowish discharge and not to mension i have to use the bathroom to pee every 5 minutes soo annoying😣 lol
Hi there Mara 😘,
we are sorry to hear that you go through so many things... 😬
So first of all, it very much sounds like your baby has dropped already.

we recommend that you see your doctor for a checkup! Basically, most of what you experience is not particularly uncommon for pregnant women. Pregnancy hormones can sometimes really "mess up" the body and not every woman experiences a pregnancy in the same way! 😊
However, if it hurts when you pee and if you experience vaginal itchiness, it could point to other issues! And because of that, we urge you to see a doctor! Only a doctor can tell you for sure where your symptoms are coming from, after a thorough check-up!

generally speaking, babies with a single loop of cord can (and normally will) engage in a pelvis too. Therefore, under normal circumstances, these exercises should not do any harm.

Hi! If baby has engaged in 34 week, does it mean that baby is going to be born after 2-4 week, ( preterm/befor due date) at 36 or 38🤯? I read that engaging means labor is going to happen after 2-4 weaks ?! Thank you for your answer!
Hi there 😊,
it's like this: very often, labor starts within 2-4 weeks after baby has engaged, that's right.
