@@SciSciToys Ok. Thanks for the recommendation. It seems like you have some sort of lifestyle that's conducive to spiritual realization. If i may ask, are you part of any meditation lineages; indian, buddhist(theravadin, zen, tibetan), kabbalah, sufism, gnostic Christianity, etc? Second, have you every had a spiritual realization or gnosis or jnana? Just curious, thanks.

I lost my father at age 12. My best friend passed away when we were 19. My mom died from cancer at 59. My ex girlfriend died from a brain tumor at 35 years old. Life can sure have a certain way of testing us. Although I've lost so many loved ones, I just turned 40 years old myself. Yet, I woke up this morning and thanked God for the opportunity to tell you that you're perfect just the way you are and although times get tough and life seems unfair just know that you are loved no matter what.

No risk w/this method: Your muscles resist each other, so if you're weak at first, your resistance is automatically, appropriately challenging, if you work your hardest. Conversely, no matter how strong you get, you'll always have a challenging resistance from the strengthened opposing muscles, as long as you keep working your hardest.

Great video. I am amazed by how much you have studied and how humble but skilled you are. I agree that far too much of yiquan/standing is superficial now. Not many people are willing to stand for 2/3 hours in demanding positions and not many teachers are ready to teach this and attend to students as they develop and their energy blockages arise and help them. I learned from one of Wang xiangzhai's disciples and his disciples. They taught real standing but nobody was interested in learning it as it is too hard. This they just teach friends and family. The indoor idea literally means inside their homes or in their courtyards. There is so much bad stuff out there that people don't value the real stuff now. As a teacher you could make lots from teaching push hands and can't applications but nothing from teaching real studying and shili. Thus many teach for free but still have few or no students.

I cant get over how fortunate I am you carried out this dialogue in English. Could I be anymore lucky? I get the "reasoning", but put my own spin on it. Sure, everyone else can hear and access it too, but really does that matter? As a human, I am equal with this man; as a practitioner of combat movements I am him 20 yrs ago & just 15% of that. But that is 14% more than everyone else on Earth, right now. I cant fight, as I do NOT fight (havent fought in over 10yrs) but I can injure a human body very efficiently, theoretically 😜, cuz of HOW I train. And over the last 6 yrs this channel has been critical in me forming my training regimen & thus is behind my successes, however theoretical they are. This guy is just a cherry on top, a truly Jungian Synchronicity phenomenon. Thanks guys! I owe you my life, quite literally. Great work.

Resistance is crucial to increase efficiency of the muscles. Weights also come under the category of resistance. You should just know the movements of the style you want to practice and the principals of exercise and movement along with anatomy, you can do it.

can he do it to his student on camera just for 20 seconds
And have the student describe what he felt?

I’m a 73 year old practicing chiropractor. Due to my 50 plus years of doing body work and exerting my muscles, tendons, ligaments etc, I have worn certain things out, especially my shoulders. I’ve also had double knee replacements 10 years ago. While I no longer have pain in the knees, I sometimes feel like my energy flow grounding through my legs seems to discharge waves of static electricity when something happens that might stimulate a danger or alert response. I’d like to open that flow up. Any suggestions? I also have painful and worn out shoulders from adjusting 40-60 plus people a day for 32 years. I am still quite strong and robust for my age, but need to both conserve my health and energy and give myself some more self defense training, as this world seems to be getting more dangerous. Im currently in Singapore which is a safe and well regulated society but will soon return home to the US which is a bit more of a wild card. I have a background as a competitive Judo player as a young man, and some Japanese Kempo. I’ve practiced some Chi Gung for health, and am consciously aware of the energy in my body and chakras. That said I’m not one for rolling in the ground grappling at this stage of life. Im thinking Wing Chun, due to its close quarters and quick efficient movements. All this said, Im aware that it’s later in life for me, and I need to think results as well as “journey.” I respectfully ask for a bit of wisdom and counsel from the master to find out what his perspective in my particular needs or the needs of a person in my stage of life might be properly addressed.🙏🏼 Regards David E Miller DC

Well written and I have about same injuries but I am holding off the double knee thing. Going to keep practicing qigong and see about stem cell or prp! The knee replacement scares me but I can barely walk and deal with pain all day. Have bulging disc in back and double carpal tunnel in elbows. The qigong is helping as I’ve been doing for about a month or so!!

Hi, i'm from Brazil and very interested in the course. I'm postgraduated in chinese medicine and study a lot about alchemy...taoist alchemy, and i have a question if you can help me: There are 3 kinds of "Shen", the intention, the mind and the essence... with the transmutation of sexual energy, and working the ego, we can change our ways out of the wheel of the mechanics of nature. Thank you by the comment of the "movements of the ancestors" can't be telled, i just realize the intention and the mind is the essence...we are just continuing the moviment from then (Jing Qi). My question is, there is a truly way, to create a fisical (temple?) extructure of microcosm to work and unblock the microcosm circulation, boosted by the macrocosm circularion, in a way to fix wrong movements of our antecessors? in a effective way? i only can realize that the coordination of this insight with the right energy already do that...but thinking about vessel, and preparing the vessels...nan, the energy is not here yet...

Interesting..... I opened my own gates..... What he means is enlightenment.....there are levels. Level one gives you the ability to observe your energy body. I call this a yin enlightenment. Then you develop your control or cultivate....which is the yang. The next big level is your heart level enlightenment which is outside your body...... Quite interesting to listen to someone else's experience and journey. The third enlightenment in your upper center will give you much more power and control in over reality it self. It's very real.......

What comes from the body the energy that we produce within ourselves and then when you have the Earth rotating like it is it's like a giant generator went as well how does our body connect with the Earth's well-liked that something popped into my head when you and the master speaking show me things to understand about the acupuncture points across the body prime meridian how does our interaction with the Earth and how it rotates we live on it but yet we sense of balance and gravity to it doesn't that help with the energy you have in yourself your body and tapping into that energy....

In my opinion the traditional chinese Kung Fu and some other traditional marcial arts were very effective in the ancient days when they were created over the centuries the knowledge of combat fighting has evolved tremendously and I would say that most tradicional martial arts are not very effective nowadays especially against a modern professional fighter that`s why you don`t see any MMA champion using Kung Fu
,Shuai JiaoTai Chi, Wushu in the octagon because none of these styles are effective . However the benefits of learning a chinese martial art is extremely good it teaches you disciple increases confidence ,full Body workout Increases your flexibility better coordination and the list goes on.
