Loved Jiang Yu Shan's opening introduction about the elders; loved as well, Yap Boh Heong's in depth discussion about the fascia of our bodies. Fascinating and friendly exchange by these great men, Shi Heng Yi included. One of the best Tea Talks arranged by our Shifu Shi Heng Yi. Much gratitude and appreciation! Even our black furry friend knows and enjoys good energy! 😃💖🙏

💯Very true said: "...one has to enjoy doing what he is doing..." because that is what makes you survive a day! Once Taishen Deshimaru said that one has to enjoy every day like it's the last day of his life and that is how should it be!

Yes, but the person who made the original quote wasn't God. His quote is not truth handed down from the heavens. It was the opinion of a man. Perhaps a very good and educated one. But still an opinion. One view. The first part of the saying is another. If one chooses to prefer that meaning over the other.

Thank you very much, I just came from training, Satria (Pendjat Silat) I really like it a lot, but I also like a lot of martial arts... I looked at your website, but not if it's good to mix styles, what's more, I don't know if it would be right to do it, I would have to consult with my teacher. Before it was impossible to access these things in my country, now I would spend all day learning styles, medicine, philosophy, spirituality... although I think that a large part of the way is done, burning and resuscitating, I think that is the ultimate goal of martial arts. Thank you very much for preserving all this legacy, I will talk to my teacher, I really love Satria, and I will continue until the end, but I have to say that I like the vast majority of Eastern martial arts. Thanks again. Amituofo 🙏🔥🦋

We are very lucky as ShiFu Henyi said Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan and Master Yap spent a long long time to study, research practice Shaolin Spirit, sweat a lot, external pain to get their treasure valuable experiences share to the practicers all over the world, and also Jiang Yu Shan's virtue teachings we must to take care and love our parents until they pass away. Since we are birthed our parents raised and educated us to independent, we must treat back to them, this is our human beings filial piety. Thank you so much for all the masters' encouragement and share and guildelines QiGong, Martial Arts relate to internal functions and external strengthen, both are very important🤩🙏🙏
