Robert McCall is one of my favorite characters because he has every single hallmark of controlled OCD. The way he arranges his napkins, the arrangement of his house, the way he closed the door three times, his cleanliness, and his military training all combined into the man he is.
Absolutely, such a conplete character! ❤ Also, Denzel Washington feels like a perfect choice for the part. He conveys the layered behavior of McCall so naturally and effortlessly.

Hey, guys! So glad you watched this. I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but: I love how the books that Robert is reading mirror where his character is in the story. The Old Man and the Sea speaks to Robert struggling with who he is. Don Quixote is him as the last knight "tilting at windmills", as it were. Then, at the end, he becomes "The Invisible Man". Such smart writing.

“The old man and the sea” there is a movie of that book. A 1990 very good movie. With the great Anthony Quinn. I know there is an older version but I only have seen that one but is a great story. Always been interested in reading the story. Maybe I’ll try to get a hand of that book 😉. Great reaction guys

💯 and a fun fact which connects Man on Fire with the Equalizer trilogy is Equalizer 3 was the first time since Man on Fire that Denzel Washington and Dakota Fanning worked together.
The Equalizer was originally a tv show in the 80's starring Edward Woodard. He helped people for favors in exchange for his help. By favors, it usually meant those he helped would in turn help him help someone else. A play on "pay it forward."

Edit: just wanted to add that I also love the end conversation between Robert and Alina: she really did have a deeper understanding of who he is, simply due to her own empathy, trauma, and ability to observe. I have no doubt that she reminded Robert of his wife in no small way. She understood his leaving and never questioned their stories diverging. It's a beautifully human moment. She knows, he knows... So good.
Those who suffer in life are a lot more empathetic, im a very empathetic person because I've been through and still go through so much and have known suffering nearly my whole life, our experiences make us who we are but how we are deep down will determine what our experiences make us into.
Early in, he told Alina to change her world. When she tried to stand up for herself, she was beat and put in the hospital. So Robert felt responsible for her situation and couldn’t stand by. He had to correct what he felt he started.
My favorite line of this movie is when Bill Pullmans character asks Susan "Were you able to help him?" And she answers "He didn't come for help. He came for permission." ❤❤❤❤
Hi guys! Enjoyed your reactions. Denise asked why Robert closed the door several times, it’s because he has OCD. He is obsessed with order, routine, and repetition.

I really love your reactions. One thing, and this isn't just you guys. Almost all of the reactors, especially the younger ones, miss the OCD queues. It used to be a really big cinematic trope, and isn't used much anymore, but with movies like Rainman, storytellers would show a person with extreme OCD or high functioning Autism by showing them counting and doing a lot of stuff with numbers. Movies got away from this eventually because it's not a really good representation of EVERYONE with those disorders. In this case tho, it really shows how he was able to be as good as he is at what he does, because it is a part of his psyche that lends itself well to his particular kind of work. The devil truly is in the details for someone with whom every detail can be the difference between life and death.
It didn’t even cross our minds because we were attributing all of his patterns as a potential sign of his training/preparation. But now a lot of the things he does makes complete sense!
@OfficialMediaKnights ABSOLUTELY! I would definitely recommend continuing with the other Equalizer movies, which both stand well on their own, but also do great homage to the groundwork laid by the 1980s TV series they're based on. However, the Denzel movie you should really check out is Man on Fire, which is a remake of a 1987 movie based on a really good book by AJ Quinnell. Not only is it directed by Tony Scott (brother of Ridley, and director of Top Gun and a slew of other Denzel movies worth watching), but the music is by Harry Gregson-Williams and has one of the best accompanying scores in any movie I've ever seen. Also, the cinematography by Paul Cameron is absolutely breathtaking!
As someone who has neatness, cleanliness OCD, I recognize Robert's character trait right away. Like how they gave the character little details like this, makes him seem more real and relatable
So you've seen how Keanu kills for revenge in John Wick. You've seen how Denzel kills to help good people in The Equalizer. Now it's time for you see why Bob Odenkirk kills in Nobody. p.s. there's a cat in it
Denzel mastered the idea that true power and true intimidation, is not from a man being angry and displaying that anger. No... when you feel the chills down your back, it is because he is calm, facing off against monsters.
The kid in Rob's story, Nicolai, was the main baddie. On that exchange in the restaurant, Robert was able to let Nicolai know he can ALSO dig deep into anyone's history to know who he's dealing with. And the fact that he was able to "finish the job" in Moscow within five business days, says a lot about who The Equalizer is - will be waiting for your reaction on Equalizer 2 and 3, those will be awesome! 💯❤️ Happy Holidays! 🎄🎄🎄
He opened and closed the door 3 times before the first fight because he was struggling with himself, with the promise he'd made to his late wife to never go back to "that life" again. He chose to break that promise to do the right thing and it hurt him badly. That's why he went to "ask for permission" later. He needed someone he trusted to tell him it was okay to embrace that part of himself again.
@meadmaker4525 I was going to post this and saw your comment. That was his point of no return, at that point he could walk away, go back to his new life. Turning that lock felt final...
Yeah, while as some other comments have pointed out his OCD certainly played a part in that moment, I think what you're saying is a big part of it. He's sitting there realizing what he's going to do and that he can't bring himself to walk away
I just love how Bob can improvise and make anything a weapon! Only once did I see him use an actual firearm, and it wasn't even his. He gets bonus points over John Wick just for that level of badassery!
He said he was a former Pip. The song that starts playing in the store is performed by Gladys Knight and the Pips. It lets the audience know he's there, ready to do what needs to be done.
Denzel is probably the greatest actor of our time. No matter what role he plays, he is that character. Bad guy in "Training Day", good guy in "The Equalizer"...he can do it all.
I like how direct it is too - 'How did he.. ? ' and 'Who are you?' aren't uncommon questions about Robert, and the answers are simply shown, not told, as 'He did' , and 'He is.' - it's the only answers the ones he's focusing on deserve and get. Teddy loudly and overtly describes himself as "a threat" , where Robert is a quiet certainty, a promise.
Minister Denzel absolutely kills in this movie, I've yet to watch the third but surprised you guys are just reacting to it now, it's SO good. P.S. If you haven't, Book of Eli is another incredibly underrated movie of his.
Always enjoyed how Denzel plays this character. That door scene tells it all - he's struggling between breaking his promise and following his conscience. And later, when the mask is off, you can see the true darkness in him. Staring into that guy's eyes as he dies. Like any true avenger, he's no hero. But he wants to be.
The line early on about the old man and the fish. You got to be who you are, you can’t change that but you can change your environment. 😮 Robert so badly wants to change his environment but can’t stop being who he is
Thing I like about The Equalizer is that he always gives the bad guys one opportunity to do the right thing. Sadly for them they very rarely take that opportunity.
Denise, you are the one who talks about this the most, when you talk about the "competence" of a character. So interesting when you and Ari pick-up on things like that as film makers and broadens my scope on how I look at characters.
Honey has natural antibiotic properties and has been used to treat wounds for centuries. Just don't heat it beforehand like he did in the movie. Have a sore throat? Grab a teaspoon of honey and savor it for a while, bit by bit. Do it a few times a day, if necessary. It'll help.
Yeah, him boiling the honey before applying it was to cauterize the wound so it would stop bleeding. In Ye Olden Days (and not so olden), people used a red-hot poker, or other metal implement, to do the same thing. But this way, he cauterizes the wound, and then also benefits from the honey's natural antibiotic properties afterwards.
At the end when he’s talking to Mr Pushkin he’s flickering the lights so that Pushkins eyes cannot get used to the dark and see better. It serves as intimidation but also so he doesn’t notice the flickers of light so much.
41:15 my favorite scene in the movie. McCall basically let him know that he knew more about him than he knew about McCall by telling the man about what he did as a kid. That was badass!! Check out these other great Denzel films. Antwon Fisher, Philadelphia, Fences, Man on Fire and Ricochet.
The honey part is legit. Honey is a really good antiseptic and actually an over all good substance for humans. Honey is the thing that most resembles human blood in its molecular composition
And here goes the movie with my favorite Chloe Grace Moretz😊 I wanted so bad to meet her some day that I moved from Ukraine to America 9 years ago. And, guess what, I finally met her two months ago when she was doing her new movie in Chicago! I even took part in it as an extra. What a great opportunity it was for me. Not only meeting Chloe, but to collaborate with her in a way 😊
The best part of this movie was when the news paper truck blocks the Russians view of the restaurant. Like he knew the schedule enough to use it to his advantage. The bad guys knew his schedule but not the paper trucks. He knew that he timed everything.
I love your guys reactions to these types of movies since they are my favorite. I love the fact the the antagonist wasn't ready to meet Robert and was thrown off by how smart he was
Fun tidbit: in "The Bone Collector", Denzel Washington plays a paraplegic homicide detective whose caregiver is played by Queen Latifah, who also plays Rob McCall (renamed Robyn) in "The Equalizer" on CBS.
This might’ve already been mentioned in the comments, but it came to mind when you mentioned you hoped you liked this so you could watch the trilogy and I’ll just give you a hint. This was the FIRST AND ONLY one of Denzel Washington’s movies that he ever did a sequel to. When I saw that I knew it had to be something special because that man doesn’t make a bad movie! Love you guys! I’m here for it all!
The reason why Robert slamming the door 3 times was him contemplating if he should go back to being violent or not. He didn't show his killing skills until after he made up his mind and decision.
Great review as always, guys! 😊 Bob using boiling honey to close his wound was honestly a genius move. It has a higher boiling point than water, meaning it will help cauterize the wound, and honey also has natural antioxidant and antibacterial properties; my Mum used to swear by the stuff! 😁
Him walking away from an explosion that nearly engulfs him, without looking back, shows you just who Bob really is. But the scene in the store at the end, just all the things he can grab and use. Makes this one of my favorite action movies ever.
Hey there did y’all recognize Marton Czokas as Galadriel’s husband in The Fellowship of the Ring? Greatness as a bad guy! Peace and love from North Texas! (And honey is a natural antiseptic… that’s why he applied it to his wound)
OMG, *that's* why he looked so frikkin familiar! It didn't bother me enough to actually look him up, but his face always niggled at the back of my mind whenever I watched this movie.
You seriously do not want to underestimate with Robert McCall, because he is a former Defense Clandestine Service operative of the Defense Intelligence Agency and a former Marine. Robert McCall, aka. The Equalizer, is one of the most dangerous, deadliest, and feared men on earth, and he is the reincarnation of the Grim Reaper.
I watch a lot of these videos. You guys make make me feel like I can't wait to see you watch a movie and I've watched for 68 years old movies. New movies. I love the expression on your face. Keep it up
So happy you're reacting to this! It's one of my favourite action franchises. I love that this channel covers a variety of movies and not just the recent blockbusters.
Denzel is so good. One minute he has that great smile and someone you can relate with and the next he has the face that could intimidate a bear. Great actor.
One thing I couldn't figure out was, when he had the bad cop in his car in the garage. Obviously the car was running, and he had his right arm free. Why didn't he just put the car in reverse, and hit the gas! Id probably thanks my chances doing that instead of doing nothing.
The Equalizer was AWESOME. Don't sleep on the sequels, especially E3. His background is: DIA or Defense Intelligence Agency Spy, Hitman/Assassin, and Black Ops Operative (formerly). United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (formerly). Skills: Military training, high intelligence, expert marksman, expert martial artist, high pain tolerance, expertise in weaponry, master tactician, knife mastery, explosive mastery, multilingualism. A nightmare basically...
Midnight Train to Georgia, love that song. Now, it keeps playing in my head. 🎶 Also, for anyone who didn't know an FYI: The Equalizer is an American crime drama series that aired on CBS from September 18, 1985 to August 24, 1989. It starred Edward Woodward as Robert McCall, using his experience as a previous intelligence agent to save lives. The series spawned more entries inspired by the universe, including movies in The Equalizer and The Equalizer 2 and 3 as well as a 2021 TV series with Queen Latifah.
Wait...is this yalls first Denzel movie??? Oh man. After The Equalizer films: 1) Training Day (especially if you like Fuqua) 2) Man on Fire (honestly you should watch that before Equalizer 3.)
not a patch on the original UK show from which this film is a re imagining thereof :) TThe Equalizer is a crime drama television series that has undergone two reimaginings. The original series aired from 1985 to 1989, starring Edward Woodward as Robert McCall,
The original TV series was American made by NBC/Universal. It starred the late, great Edward Woodward as Robert McCall. Used to be allowed to stay up & watch as a kid. The pilot shows more about how he left the agency & that he decided to help people philanthropically. The earlier UK TV series was called "Callan" and has similarities to The Equalizer show as he was a former agent but not quite the same.
The movies are good, but I will always prefer the original series with Woodward. He was great in everything, from the original Wicker Man movie in 1973 to the wonderful and sad Breaker Morant. The theme song for the original TV show is a classic 1980's synth banger, written by Stewart Copeland of The Police.
I love Denise's audiophilic obsession with great movie scores. I've been a fan since the Michael Bay early 90s days and knew this type of badass, epic music is just gonna gain in popularity over the years. Couldn't wait to see her reaction to McCall's theme in this.
He was a U.S. Marine Force Recon and a Defence Intelligence Agency Paramilitary Operations Officer, so he is the most badass which explains why he's got the eyes of a killer
One cool thing about this screenplay is that it's a detective story told from the villain's perspective. Usually the good guys are trying to track down the bad guys. Here it's reversed.
I find it funny that The Equalizer and John Wick were released on the same year. September 26, 2014 for The Equalizer and October 24, 2014 for John Wick.
And yet John wick ended up becoming the pinnacle of action for some odd reason. Still don't understand how that was a thing considering how more so unique The Equalizer is in comparison.
What. I thought this wss already covered. Please do all three. Love your perspectives. Yall catch things that i missed even after too may rewatches. 😂❤
the Russian gangster was in "Lord of the Ring" as an Elve, in "Jason Bourne 2" as a killer, and in the beautifull "Kingdom of Heaven" (with Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson, Jeremy Irons) as a crusader
this will always be a massive film for me especially as it is a remake of the classic 80s tv series of the same name where the total boss man actor edward woodward played robert mcall that i loved watching everyweek it was on i know woodward would have loved seeing this movie and denzel washington did a fantastic job bringing this story back to life again
This was John wick before John wick existed. This has to be the first movie of this genre to ever be released and also be one of the best of the genre itself. It is one of my favorite movie with Denzel next to The book of Eli.

To answer your question as to what Agency Robert was a part of. Whenever you hear someone in a movie or show refer to the organization as The Agency, 99% of the time they're talking about the CIA. In Roberts case; with his skills, training and knowledge, he was most likely a Ground Branch Operative. A very rarely used nickname for the CIA's Special Operations within the Special Activities Division, now called Special Activities Center. Merry Christmas to you both and thank you for an amazing year of reactions. Look forward to many more.
Thanks so much for clarifying that, we were unsure if it was some random, unspecified company just called The Agency or actually CIA lolll. Thank you so much for your support all this time, it really means the world to us! Merry Christmas and on to many more reactions in our future together!
Who doesn't love Denzel? He's absolutely brilliant in every role he's ever played in. One of the greatest actors of all time. Watching "Equalizer" always makes me wish that there really would be someone out there with such a good heart and adequate capabilities to help those in need. We don't need Superman or Spider-man, all we need is one Robert McCall.
Best thing I heard you guys say, he doesn't just go in for the fight... He gives people a way out by doing the right thing but their actions make him choose violence. By the way, he uses honey because it is the best natural antiseptic, anti bacterial, anti viral, hell anti everything bad😂👍
I always look so forward to your reviews, particularly on movies I know. I am also a score person like Denise - a great score can add so much to a film!! Zimmer, Morricone, et. al. You two sometimes make my day brighter! Keep it up..
@@OfficialMediaKnights Just finished rewatching a favorite that I think you'd both enjoy. Might not make for a good post but a good couples movie night: Mystery, Alaska (action, drama, comedy, love, more comedy and unexpected cameos).
I loved Chloe Grace-Moretz in this movie. She displayed such vulnerability but was still stoic. Even though she was only in a relatively short amount of the movie, she is effectively the MacGuffin which drives the plot. She really left an impression for only having a screen time of less than 10 minutes.
Superb reaction guys! Marton Csokas is one of the best actors to play a bad dude. He does it with little effort. He was also a great bad dude in The Bourne Supremacy. Reminds me of Bruce Payne in Passenger 57. No screaming. Just pure epic delivery. Now for Denzel. His transformation to this character for TE franchise was a total surprise for me. I have no doubts about his acting skills but after seeing this franchise I had to lift my jaw off the floor. Well done guys!
Other Antoine Fuqua films to watch include Tears of the Sun, Shooter and The Magnificent Seven remake. Another Denzel Washington film to watch is American Gangster. Other notable performances in this include Chloe Grace Moretz, Marton Scoskas, David Harbour and Bill Pullman. For similarly styled action scenes, I recommend watching Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
So true!! Seeing how calculating and calm he was in this was sooo intimidating yet satisfy at the same time!! Loved him in this! Can’t wait for the rest!
One thing that Ari pointed out, is how Bob knew how to speak russian, and I LOVE MOMENTS LIKE THESE IN MOVIES, like, gangsters talk trash in their native language, how to shut their asses up? Talk trash back in that same language

"He didn't come for help, he came for permission." This is my favourite scene in the film.
I'm sure, his friend can cover him, for his cover of being dead..
I like that it contrasts so perfectly with the earlier line from the villain - "I'm not here here to say please, i'm here to tell you what to do."
So you've seen how Keanu kills for revenge in John Wick.
You've seen how Denzel kills to help good people in The Equalizer.
Now it's time for you see why Bob Odenkirk kills in Nobody.
p.s. there's a cat in it
Nobody, is the perfect movie for them to watch next. The young girl is the girl in Kick Ass
Happy Holidays! 🎄🎄🎄
36:20 “He didn’t come for help, he came for permission” One of the hardest lines ever
I've tried telling people that for years, McCall does what Wick does with random household objects, lol. He wouldn't stand a chance.
9:55 "...not being able to do anything about it..."
Me ::rubs hands together while chuckling maniacally::
Yeah. He knew he was going to go at them in his own way. Time for everything.
Equalizer is the rare storyline that keeps on giving , the sequels get even better and better .
At the end when he’s talking to Mr Pushkin he’s flickering the lights so that Pushkins eyes cannot get used to the dark and see better. It serves as intimidation but also so he doesn’t notice the flickers of light so much.
It's nonsense. The guy has an army and he comes and goes without a scratch.
Kind of like john Wick falling off buildings without getting hurt, huh.
Thank you for the recommendations! Truly appreciate it ❤️
@@OfficialMediaKnights'Man on fire' is a must watch Denzel action movie. Definitely one of his best.
@@leobuscaglia5576 Also based on a true story.
The honey part is legit. Honey is a really good antiseptic and actually an over all good substance for humans. Honey is the thing that most resembles human blood in its molecular composition
And here goes the movie with my favorite Chloe Grace Moretz😊
I wanted so bad to meet her some day that I moved from Ukraine to America 9 years ago.
I love the fact the the antagonist wasn't ready to meet Robert and was thrown off by how smart he was
So glad you guys watched this one it is so cool! Never piss off a former assassin that works in a home depot haha 😂😂
Bob using boiling honey to close his wound was honestly a genius move.
Marton was also in Bourne Identity....the fight in the house in Munich. Good bad guy...intense
And he was in Xena and Aeon Flux also.
OMG, *that's* why he looked so frikkin familiar! It didn't bother me enough to actually look him up, but his face always niggled at the back of my mind whenever I watched this movie.
Never start a fight with an old man. He's too old to fight and too tired to run, so he'll just kill you.
What if he's 110?
You seriously do not want to underestimate with Robert McCall, because he is a former Defense Clandestine Service operative of the Defense Intelligence Agency and a former Marine.
Robert McCall, aka. The Equalizer, is one of the most dangerous, deadliest, and feared men on earth, and he is the reincarnation of the Grim Reaper.
In the original tv series Edward Woodward played the Equalizer.

You know you're a badass when you save Hit-Girl.
I watch a lot of these videos. You guys make make me feel like I can't wait to see you watch a movie and I've watched for 68 years old movies. New movies.
I love the expression on your face.
Keep it up
He kept switching the lights to prevent Pushkin's eyes from adjusting and seeing the trap.
I love how Ari asked "Who are you man?" before anyone in the movie had the chance to ask.
So happy you're reacting to this! It's one of my favourite action franchises. I love that this channel covers a variety of movies and not just the recent blockbusters.
Thank you so much for your support and generosity. You guys are truly the kindest. It warms our hearts to see how much you are enjoying these ❤️
Denzel is one of the greats . Another of his best roles was in the Book Of Eli (2010)
the transporter is a great movie to do next. Loved this movie reaction too. The equalizer is a goat movie.
This man said " If we enjoy this..." Sir! How dare you! 🤣
YEEESSSSS!!! I can’t wait for you guys to get into these movies! Denzel is sooooo good!
Thank youuu, we had a BLAST with this movie! Hope you enjoyed!
Legit, nobody does this deal better than you guys. Kudos.
Finally guys!! I was waiting for this so long… cant wait for second and third one, this is one of the best trilogies ever!!
FINALY !!!!!
Can't wait for you to react to the 2 others, fucking amazing films, amazing acting, amazing scenes ect !!
Midnight Train to Georgia, love that song. Now, it keeps playing in my head. 🎶
Also, for anyone who didn't know an FYI: The Equalizer is an American crime drama series that aired on CBS from September 18, 1985 to August 24, 1989.
Oh man. After The Equalizer films:
1) Training Day (especially if you like Fuqua)
2) Man on Fire (honestly you should watch that before Equalizer 3.)
Ah, one of my favorite Denzel performances ever! ❤ Also, one of Antoine Fuqua's best films. I'm a huge fan of this version of Robert McCall.
not a patch on the original UK show from which this film is a re imagining thereof :) TThe Equalizer is a crime drama television series that has undergone two reimaginings. The original series aired from 1985 to 1989, starring Edward Woodward as Robert McCall,
Have to check out the original show at some point!
I legit joined as a member cause both your reactions leave me smiling and happy. Merry Christmas
That is honestly so sweet, thank you so so much! We are so happy to have you with us! Merry Christmas to you too!
Denzel truly is a marvel. There aren't a lot of actors who can say almost nothing but are so layered and complex you just can't look away.
He was a U.S. Marine Force Recon and a Defence Intelligence Agency Paramilitary Operations Officer, so he is the most badass which explains why he's got the eyes of a killer
Been enjoying your guys videos a lot! It’s honestly just like we’re all sitting watching movies together which is so fun
EQUALIZER 2 AND 3 ARE GOOD TOO 😊
One cool thing about this screenplay is that it's a detective story told from the villain's perspective. Usually the good guys are trying to track down the bad guys. Here it's reversed.
Very astute observation . I've watched this a few times and never considered that.
I find it funny that The Equalizer and John Wick were released on the same year. September 26, 2014 for The Equalizer and October 24, 2014 for John Wick.
2014 was the game changer for action movies
@@thomasanderson2384 what did they change?
@@MickeyStartraveller🤦🏾
And yet John wick ended up becoming the pinnacle of action for some odd reason. Still don't understand how that was a thing considering how more so unique The Equalizer is in comparison.
@@ThePartisan13 John Wick became a meme, right after the world started to forget about the Chuck Norris ones. That's all it is.
I like Denzel's interrogation techniques in Man On Fire 😊
Please check out Olympus has Fallen by same director. The female who assisted Robert was in first movie also. He asked her to be in this one. ❤
this will always be a massive film for me especially as it is a remake of the classic 80s tv series of the same name where the total boss man actor edward woodward played robert mcall that i loved watching everyweek it was on i know woodward would have loved seeing this movie and denzel washington did a fantastic job bringing this story back to life again
Merry Christmas guys 😅
This was John wick before John wick existed. This has to be the first movie of this genre to ever be released and also be one of the best of the genre itself. It is one of my favorite movie with Denzel next to The book of Eli.
Thank you guys for the consistent back-to-back awesome reactions. I thought you guys would have already done this, so I was excited to see it pop up. Let's go!
We hope you enjoy! Thank you for watching these with us ❤️
There is not 1 reaction channel I love more than you guys… I’ve even left donations which I NEVER DO online.. I mean you guys are IT! Nobody has the charisma and flare you guys do! And nobody has the understanding of movies to this level! It’s like watching a movie with your friends! And I think i speak for everybody in saying we love you guys! And can’t wait to see what else is to come! 😊
Hit like before it even started! Thank you for doing this!
Same. Great trilogy!!!
That means a lot! Thank you for the incredible support ❤️
Love these, saw the third in theaters and might be my favorite. Hadn't seen many Denzel movies before. Love the reaction.
Thank you for watching this with us! It means a lot 😃 Really enjoyed this film and Denzel’s performance. Can’t wait to check other films he’s done 😁
"whats this agency you're talking about?" LMAO ITS THE CIA
Other Antoine Fuqua films to watch include Tears of the Sun, Shooter and The Magnificent Seven remake. Another Denzel Washington film to watch is American Gangster. Other notable performances in this include Chloe Grace Moretz, Marton Scoskas, David Harbour and Bill Pullman. For similarly styled action scenes, I recommend watching Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
Denzel is great in any role, but I think action movies suit him really well. What a great movie! The sequels are just as good or even better.
Hello Denice: love ur reaction. And that line u said "See progress not perfection" is a great line. I'll keep it.
28:54 When Mccall stepped to the door the same time he did, was so boss move.
