Wow ! That’s amazing. In the spring I would like to get a set of those for both my ZTR and my lawn tractor. I wonder if he’s going to make mulching blades setup that way too
They are a mulching blade!!. All our blades mulch there is no comparison. We truly believe there is no comparison with any other blade on the market. If you have seen a better blade that is able to cut TALL grass and leave the finest mulch please show us.
Hi David I am not aware of any X blade formation able to cut tall ( at least more than 1 foot tall ) grass. The blades must expel the grass instantly in order not to clog the mower up and stall. This is what makes all our blades unique. The grass has very little time to sit under the deck it is expelled almost immediately. The sheer volume of grass that Mike is cutting and is being thrown out is staggering even to us!
I'm a landscaper in Rhode Island USA, and most of my customers receive a lawn cut weekly or a cut biweekly. I have a 52 inch side discharge Mower and my goal is to have the grass clippings be so fine that it looks like it's been bagged. Do you think these blades can accomplish that?
Correct me if I'm wrong - but at that high RPM, and with as many blades as there are, I would assume that the wear would be more or less even over time, reducing the need to balance?
Seems that way. I was surprised to see that they were all precisely balanced. I would think that would be a trick to do. But who knows. It's a new concept. You may be right.
