Thanks for sharing Phil. You’re a great inspiration and I fancy your videos in the field explaining how you take your stunning pictures. All ten thumbs up from me. /Per Christensen, Denmark
Coming from a very flat country i always appreciate waterfall photo's although i must say the last photo from the creek with the moss is my favourite. Spring over here, can't wait to go out myself. Cheers!
Thank you, Tim! I had the camera upside down for that shot but the Pocket 2 saved it right side up so I didn't even have to flip it like I thought I would.
I shoot mostly birds and wildlife, but you've inspired me to do more landscapes. Thanks for sharing your lovely images. Interesting use of the 16x9 aspect ratio, which gives a nice broad perspective. But don't I recall you losing a camera in the water, ouch?
Thank you! Landscape photography is a lot of fun, I hope you enjoy it when you get out and try it. I’ll put a link in the next comment to the video where I destroyed the camera doing a waterfall shoot.
Glad to see that someone else likes getting out with their old camera We spend too much money on equipment at why we think we have to have the latest and the best all the time is a paradox if the old camera takes good pictures we need to use them and all the tricks that we can out of them!
Great video Phil and the D800 + those lenses would certainly be enough for what you were doing. Both great lenses. You got some fantastic shots.
Thank you, Adrian!

Thank you! That one is the best for sure.
Some good shots (as always). Loved the b-roll of your wellies in the water. :)

Definite more flow than i had a few days before that. Thanks for the Channel Shoutout. That 14-24 is a beast of a lens.
Thanks, Ron! I'm very thankful for you showing me that location!
Beautiful waterfall shots Phil. Loved the moss, rocks and color of beech trees!
Thank you!
I love these videos. Like I’m there with you. Takes me away for a few minutes at work and makes me look forward to going out myself.
Thank you! I love this comment! This is exactly what I'm trying to do with these videos.
Thanks Phil, great job. Your camera is better than no camera! 😂
Thank you! I have many newer cameras but I've been enjoying the old D800 lately for landscape photography.

Great shots! The moss looked awesome in all the shots but I really liked that last shot.
Thank you, Stephen!
