Quick tip... if you freeze them without the lid on first, you won't get the dome that has been destroying the blades on these machines. Wait for it to freeze and then you can put the lid on to keep out the odors, etc.
Honestly, you can just let it thaw for a couple minutes and then scrape down the dome with a spoon. It makes it flat, and you wont have to make a trip back to the freezer just to put the lid back on.
@ashouaxiong1404 I usually don't bother putting the lid back on, but I know some people are weird about that kind of thing. I also like my creami super firm, so I don't like letting them thaw beforehand. I run cool water over the outside for about 30 seconds before running it so that the sides release, and that's it.
@@ashouaxiong1404I feel like one trip back to the freezer, and scraping a little bit off the top take the same amount of energy, but I’m more likely to end up back and my fridge repeatedly haha
The no lid trick never works for me. I just flatten it with a spoon after a little thaw
@@ChristineSolazzo that's really strange... I've never heard of it not working before. 😳
I tried putting sugar free baked egg custard through the ninja creami, and it was amazing. You have to blend it after it's baked to get it to sit in the container.
I'm so excited to try these.. I ordered my Ninja creami deluxe yesterday, and can't wait to get it!!
Okkkkk the deluxe?! You treat yourself👏👏
I ordered mine last week and it arrived yesterday! I almost bought the deluxe about 6 months ago but I'm so glad I waited because I got the 11 in 1 Deluxe and it came with 4 of the pint and a half jars!! I got free shipping and only paid $199. I So I have 4 different recipes in the freezer right now and the have been there about 10 hours and only 1 looks like it needs to go longer. Of course that one I added my homemade chocolate extract and homemade vanilla extract so the alcohol in those will change the consistency as we all know alcohol doesn't freeze solid. =) I did get a little bit of each on my finger tip and OMG they are AMAZING already!! LOL I wanted this to be able to use fresh, wholesome ingredients. I'm so sick of reading ingredient lists to not be able to pronounce half of them and many of those are banned in other countries. The additives and preservatives and "natural flavors/colors" that are making us all sick. I have started growing my own food and canning it and I do nothing out of a can. I do everything from scratch.
Loving these meal prep videos, man! Question... have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a custom high-protein meal plan from them and it's really working for me.
So much fun experimenting with different combos. Mixing In 80-100 grams of cottage cheese also adds some protein.
Yessss adds some thickness too👌
SAMs have them on sale until 6/2/24 for $119.98. I’m getting mine this week. Can’t wait to try it.
Damnnnn that’s a great deal👌
@@JoeySuggsRight!!! GOT IT!! Of course I paid taxes, but still a great deal. ♥️
I use my Creami about twice a day. One of high protein for breakfast and one just fruit sorbet for dessert at night. I guess Im kind of addicted...lol Watermelon is one of my favorites with the Creami! Fyi I didnt blend it I just squished it down with a spoon and the juice came out. Yummy!
Yesss so good!!
Definitely gonna be trying these!
Yesss gotta give ‘‘em a shot!
Thanks, Joey! This makes it so easy to learn! I just got my Ninja Creami Breeze in today and mixed some whey protein + Fairlife shake together - hope it tastes great tomorrow with a couple Oreo thins!
Yessss hope it turned out amazing🙌
For the sorbets you could get the crear protein powders and add it to them. Additionally costco sells mango passionfruit blends that make great creami's mixed with some canned mandarin oranges. I blend them and add to the containers but I make many at one time for a family of 4
That’s actually a good point I have some clear protein I’m gonna try in it👌
i find whey isolate works well for sorbets
Unflavoured will probably work well.
I used to put Unflavoured protein in my milk with cereal
As air in the sealed container cools it causes a vacuum and pulls the liquid up (and the lid down) causing the hump.
This is what I’m talking about!!!! Love these thank you so much for this
Of courseeeee🙌🙌
Made a Butterscotch one with vanilla protein. For the 1st one, I'm pretty excited about this deal. Very cool. May try 1/2 no flavor protein if possible and 1/2 vanilla but still very good.
Yeah that’s perfecttttt👌
Great video. I just ordered the Ivation Automatic Ice Cream Maker, so there will be NO overnight waiting for it to freeze!
You can only make ONE thing with it though, ice cream and from the reviews not very well. It only makes a small amount. The end result is either way too thick or it's soft serve. There is no way to adjust anything either. The whole point of having extra jars for the Ninja is that you can make several flavors very quickly and you can make 11 different frozen treats. The texture of the Ninja is much better as well. I plan to keep my jars full and ready to go. It only takes a maximum of 5 minutes to make ice cream in the Ninja. It's an hour for the Ivation. Good luck.
I love the watermelon and strawberry sorbet. Can you do a fresh mango sorbet or icee?
Hell yeah brother, creami for the win things a game changer. Keep em coming!
Sooo true love it everyday👌
These look amazing and that is truly the BEST protein powder on the market.
Factssss
Thank you for what you do helping to eat better. Can I ask what app you are using to keep track of your eating. Again thank you
I used this for the first time today, trying the mango and pineapple. After I left it in the freezer for 24 hours, I took it out to thaw awhile, took a spoon t smash it up a bit, put it in the creami…it only blended the top portion.
You’ve convinced me. I ordered one same day delivery. Can’t wait to prep some tonight!
Yasss
Let’s goooo let me know how it goes👌
I now need a a ninja creami
Edit:I now own a ninja creami 😂
Lmao that edit. You are me.
Lmaoooo happens to best of us!
Another Banger! Keep it up
Let’s goo appreciate ya🙌
MAN! EUROPE NEED TO GET THAT DELUXE VARIANT SOON!!! I NEED TO GET STARTED WITH CREAMIS!
Aaa love this!
Appreciate ya🙌🙌
You could add the quest peanut butter cups for even more protein too!!🤙😁taste just like the Reese’s!
Yessss so true🙌
Thank you
🙌🙌
I’ve been using mine daily too! In love with the Creami!
Let’s gooo so good!!
@@JoeySuggs right! Yes!!!
Well damn it Joey. I guess I know what I’m asking for for Father’s Day now. Great video.
The ideal Father’s Day gift🙌
Crazy this video came out when I needed it, just got the creami and needed some ideas!
Let’s gooo thank the algorithm for that🙌🙌
is this actually worth it? and when u take it out. how long do you wait for the container to thaw
Hi Joey great video..i did notice you said the core protein shake had just 26 calories and 170 gr protein in it which I guess we can only wish they were macros ...lol...but they sure look great
Lol yeah obviously switched that😅
Shoot! Give me that 26 calorie 170g protein meal when you find it 😂
Also, another popular way to save calories is to go half milk and half unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Trueee that helps too!
That sounds like a good idea 😊💕
Almond milk leads to more ice chips, since it's primarily water.
Yup that's what I do.
is the jello packets more for the texture or the taste? looking to substitute to avoid aspartame. xantham gum for texture and splenda/sucralose for taste viable? or is there an easier jello alternative
Yeah that will 100% work too!
Man said quantity > quality. I bet he MAYBE tried each recipe once and said ‘good enough, gonna post it’ 😂
Thank you for this! I bought my daughter one for her birthday. Have you used frozen fruit? Or just canned and fresh? Not sure how already frozen would work
hello mine is currently shipping but from the videos ive watched ive seen people use frozen fruit so I am pretty sure it also works but please dont fully take my word.
Yes frozen fruit will work but you need to make sure you use liquid that is frozen as well or it could damage the blades👌
Looking to start building a home gym. Would you still recommend the ativafit adjustable dumbbells? Tried your ice cream cookie sandwiches with the rice cakes. Made a slight adjustment and my kids loved them. I used the Okios banana yogurt instead of the vanilla. the banana, peanut butter, and chocolate combo was amazing!
Yeah for sure! There are some better more expensive options but for the price they’re great!
There are tons of videos out there in regards to setting up a home gym. Grab a snack and a drink and hop down the rabbit hole! Happy learning!
The mango and pineapple one needs chamoy and chile powder to be perfect 🤤
I crush up some protein bars and use the mix in feature for that. Bit more healthy and adds up the protein more.
The most protein bars I see has to much sugar and fat for it to be healthy
It’s super expensive
wow so you can do protein bars as mix ins? that’s amazing thank you! great minds think alike!
Tip: If you freeze the pints without the top on the lump is pretty much avoided. 👍👍
Yesss I keep forgetting to do this and have to deal with the top thing each time!
Missed u my man 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
We back baby🙌🙌
You may not need to re-spin if your doing mix ins, try it next time :)
Trueee
Time to support Joey
Let’s goooo love ya🙌🙌
You actually going to listen to the manufacturer recommendations. You, sir, are a true rebel. Bad boy, you are not
Lmao gotta keep it real!
Trying for first time tonight
Let’s goo🙌
Aspartame in the jello killed this for me. Wish there was a better substitute.
I can’t wait to copy every single one of these recipes 🤤🤤🤤
Yessss so good!!
Are there any alternatives to the pudding mix? I am trying not to do artificial sweeteners like aspartame. Thank you!
Real cream works great and humans actually need fat. Fat free milk is just white sugar water.
Xanthum Gum, 1/4-1/2 tsp instead of pudding mix.
@@MinielEnglebertthank you!
ninja need to sponsor these episodes, yours look so so good
Soooo true!! Need that
i love my ninja creami😍
is the jello packet optional or necessary for consistency?
Kinda yeah! Without it would be more a sorbet consistency
Awesome 👏👍💪😁
Let’s gooo🙌🙌
Can you add protein powder to the sherbets or greek yogurt or does it mess up the consistency?
No you can for sure!
Just tried out my first recipe. Buss down
Let’s gooo👏👏
Nearly every recipe ive seen uses that jello pudding mix which you cant get in my country... anything i can substitute it with? Heard of people using xanthum but im afraid that would dull the taste
lol dull the taste? thats not gonna happen trust me. throw the xanthAn in 1/8th to 1/4th tsp should do it
Can you use any milk? Unsweet almond or cashew milk so its lowere calorie, or does it need an actual milk due to fat content to mix a certain way?
For sure can use any liquid👌
I'm extremely late to the party bro I can't find the deluxe anywhere. I need to buy one of these asap. But thanks for your fire vids
Let’s gooo never too late👌
What could you substitute the jello with? I’m UK and don’t actually know what this stuff is?
Guar gum if you can find it👌
Hey Joey how do I get back on track after two back to back cheat days. Each day I ate about 8000 cals. So I fast or get back to plan?
Filming a video on this tomorrow, will be up next week but no don’t fast just get back on track
do not fast, just eat in your normal calorie deficit amount and try your hardest not to beat urself over it. (It happens to the best of us) eventually your deficit will acount for the 8k calories you ate (:
What is a uk alternative to jello mix ?
Xanthan Gum, 1/4-1/2 tsp
Do you store them in the freezer after you turn it into ice cream 0r should you wait to eat it right from the ninja ?
I store left over in the freezer and it is "creamy" after about 10 minutes room temperature. Of course, I just nibble on it straight from the creami container 😊
I put what I don't eat back in the freezer...then when I want more, I just give it a respin..
Eat it right away, save what you don’t want and respin later👌
Suggestions for high protein non-dairy milk? Or lactose free?
The fair life shakes are lactose and dairy free!
@@JoeySuggs hol up. How? That doesn't make sense😂
Add some mint leaves to the watermelon strawberry. Takes it to the next level. 😉
I tried the first 3 and as the texture was awesome, the flavor just tasted like whatever protein powder I used. Was really bummed that I had zero cheesecake flavor in that one. 10g is just not enough jello mix to compete with the 45g protein powder based on my experience. Great ideas though, I’ll just need to tinker a bit
Yesss definitely want to play with recipe to your own liking! Glad you enjoyed though🙌👌
Hi great fantastic video. I just bought the creami!! My son on me has the healthy eat and workout plan. After viewing the SF Jello on Yuka sadly has 12 additives and scored a 7/100 for okay to eat. I know it’s only 10 grams. But I really like ice cream. Any other healthy alternatives?? THANK YOU!!!
I just got mine and made a great low cal alternative. 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup 1%fairlife milk , 2 Tbsp. Monk fruit/erythritol sugar, 1/8 tsp xanthan gum and peppermint extract or real vanilla extract ( 1/4-1 tsp, pending your preference), the whole point has roughly 150 calories 14 G protein and 6 G of sugar....on a cheat day I might add a few mini Oreos ...this recipe is delicious!
THANK YOU!!! I will try it!!!
you can substitute xanthan and/or guar gum or (commonly recommended) a combo of both for the jell-O. i think its a 1:1 swap but usually I just throw in 1/8th or 1/4th depending on what else is in the pint if I think it will come out more or less icy i'll add more or less xanthan/guar.... it takes some experimenting you'll figure it out
No one has mentioned the high sodium in the pudding mix.
Great recipes. I'll never understand why people let dogs lick their lips when most dogs keep licking their own arse's all the time.
I want a 100% all natural ice cream recipe . Do you know of one? I cannot find any that do not use jello pudding (yeck)
You don’t have to use the jello👌
People going to think you are a Ninja Creami UA-camr now lol. Great videos.
Lmaooo just giving the people what they want!!
so do you spin them all at once normally and save them throughout the week or was this only for the video?
No just did them all together for th evidwo
is it some way to replace this JELL-O pudding with something else? Here in Europe is not so easy to get it.
Any thickening agent works well!
hey. One question. Why the Jello? Can i also use a jello without taste?
Just for consistency mostly👌
The way I actually spit out my water when you said "26 calories and 170 grams of protein."
Lmao yeah I’m pretty sure I’m dyslexic😅
Is cows milk a necessity?
I don’t have one yet but am interested
Nope..you can use any kind of milk..
No any liquid works👌
i got the off brand highly rated reviewed Pints from Amazon no issues 4 for 23$ for the ninja deluxe creami
WTf is jello? Is it jelly?
I FINALLY GOT IT! I got the new Creami Breeze it was only 2 left in the target…thank God for wives and their target addictions 😂
Let’s goooooo make some fire recipes!
Oh yikes! That model went backwards. I don't understand what Ninja was doing by making this one. I just bought the 11 in 1 Deluxe for $199 and it came with 4 pint and a half jars! It has 11 functions and is the largest of them. You can only do 5 (or 7) functions with the Breeze, you can only make a smaller amounts and to me it seems like a downgrade from the other machines. The only plus to this machine is that it's more quiet but I could care less about that. I want options. From the looks of it the Breeze costs more than the 11 in 1 and that doesn't make any sense to me. I watched a ton of videos before I made my choice. I almost bought the other Deluxe one 6 months or so ago and I'm so glad I didn't! The 11 in 1 is definitely a great deal and offers a lot more options. What I truly like most is that you get 24 ounces and that is double what the other machines offer. And to get 4 pint and a half jars is so convenient.
10/10 video
Appreciate ya🙌
Jello ain't available in Australia, anyone know a good substitute, not even sure what it is?
It’s an instant pudding powder. It contains gelatin.
Xanthan Gum 1/2-1/4 tsp, or anything with modified corn starch. The modified cornstarch is frequently used as liquid thickeners for people who have trouble drinking thin liquids OR it is a “secret ingredient” that bakers and chefs like to use to make their food better.
Hey what app is that your using to show macros
MyFitnessPal👌
Def can try the quest reeses's version, add 14g of protein to the mix
Yesss is good like that🫡
careful with too much protein in one sitting. there is a point where you hit diminishing returns and just create a gut bomb
maybe instead of adding milk for the respin you could add some sugar free syrup. Some liquid and some extra flavour.
Very trueee!!
What app do you use to figure out the calories?
MyFitnessPal
is there a reason why everyone is using the fairlife milk? or it is just what they have in their fridge
Fairlane milk is ultra pasteurized milk which gives you more protein per serving.
The jello sugar free pudding has maltrodextrin in it. The absolute worst item on the glycemic index. Is there any other replacement product?
Guar gum works too!
@@JoeySuggs So what your saying is I can use guar gum for the replacement of the Jello Sugar Free pudding?
Bro I thought you fell off the planet 🌎… I’ve e been watching old videos to get my fix 😆. Pausing this to comment but coming back to watch after some 💨 🌳 🌲
Lmao it’s been 8 days since I posted! Trying for two a week!
At CVS, Ben & Jerry's, Haagen Daz, Talenti, etc. all used to cost around $4.50 per pint. Now all over $7.50. Same at Star Market, Stop & Shop, and other lower priced grocery chains: ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, and non-dairy frozen substitutes are all over $6.00 and maybe at around $4.50 if on sale. I'm vegan, so I'm used to higher prices for non-dairy vegan ice cream like foods. How does the cost per pint for homemade with the Ninja compare? Seems like a pint depending on ingredients will generally be cheaper and perhaps close to $3 per pint? I don't know. Anyone have experience on estimating the costs of ingredients for this? That would cost justify the time and effort for DIY recipes, right?
Yesss this is 100% true!
This is called research and we all need to do our own based on our needs and likes. It depends on how you shop and how much you pay for the ingredients you plan to use. Are you buying them in bulk? On sale? Full price? I'm not vegan and I used full fat milk products. Many of the better quality frozen desserts (can't call them ice cream because that is milk/cream, sugar, etc but what is out there today has all kinds of crap in it that we don't want or need, they cost $8 a PINT. The 4 different recipes I made last night, each were a pint and a half so 6 pints so 2 pints short of a gallon. I used Fairlife milks, organic cane sugar, heavy cream, peaches I had canned myself, coffee, extracts that I made, and powdered peanut butter that I had on hand. I still have about a third of the heavy cream left and only used about 3 1/2 cups of milk and 1 1/4 cups sugar. Without sitting down and figuring exactly it likely cost me $2+/- for each pint and a half.
No eating after kissing dog
can i use water instead of the milk? - girl on prep
Yesss for sure👌
THIS BUDDY HAS AL THE PROTEIN POWDERS FLAVORS
Trueeee
I just made my first one today. Basically protein shake with pudding mix. Took like 5 times to spin it was all powdery. I don’t get it
Add a little liquid after the first spin.
The dog has bacterial infection
Can’t tell if you’re intentionally or unintentionally hilarious 😅
Honestly no idea
If I may... you are not emulsifying anything with the watermelon/strawberry. Emulsifying is combining two ingredients that don't mix together easily like a fat and an oil. You emulsify salad dressing for an example. You used a stick/immersion blender to make a smooth base. You could have also used Nutribullet or a Ninja blender or any other blender or food processor. The stick/immersion blender is often used in soap making to emulsify your fats and other liquid ingredients or to make lotions. In the kitchen it is often used to blend up hot soups right in the stock pot so they are no big chunks of anything and it is smooth. It is also often used to make homemade mayo and salad dressings. Examples of emulsifiers are lecithin (sunflower or soy), sodium phosphates, polysorbate 80, carrageenan, olive oil, mustard, honey, eggs, vinegar and many others. Some are not healthy choices obviously. The reason I decide to share this information is because I thought I missed something when you said emulsifier twice and I had to go back and rewatch LOL We learn something new every day right? I would not have known had I not done soap making, salad dressings and even homemade gummies. I have fresh watermelon from my garden that I plan to use! I can't wait!!
Why can’t you make a huge batch of frozen mixture in a large container - then PACK it into ONE cremi jars for mixing in the machine?
You could for sureee
👍
The puddings are sugar free, but they have corn starch , its carbohydrates and not good to eat corn starch
You have a great media voice but fyi it’s promise pronounced “Reese-is” Like Reese as in Reese Witherspoon, not “Reese-ease” ;)
Thanks for these recipes, can’t wait to try them out!
Lmao I know I’m never gonna get it right😂
What if I haven’t jello at home
Thank you for being a good influencer of healthy eating without dieting fads. You look lean and strong and like you are aging backwards in the face.
Now THAT’S a compliment👏👋 appreciate ya!!
Is there a JELL-O alternative?
Gelatin I guess??
Y’all didn’t say how obnoxiously loud this thing is !😂
if you took take a shot every time this guy said creamy you would be dead 5 minutes into the video.
Lmaooo that’s a dangeroussssss game!
