Ninja expert here- if you microwave for 30 seconds before any spin you don’t get icy sides and if you add a splash of milk after spin number one you won’t need another spin.
I bought a Ninja Creamy a few days ago. I learned you should let it sit out for 10 to 15 minutes before spinning that will help eliminate having to re-spin it. Great video. I will be trying some of your recipes soon.
I really love your flavour choices. I can’t wait to try them . I have only had my Creami Deuxe for 10 days. It’s such a treat. I was having a hard time watching you do the respin so many times. This is hard on the Creami. It’s best to add a tiny bit of milk or water and do a second respin. The dryness indicates that it is lacking in moisture. I’m only trying to help you extend the life of your Creami.
The "dryness" is due to either being too cold or not having enough fat and/or sugar. Sugar free and fat-free recipes tend to be powdery. Add a spoon of water/milk or let it sit for 5-10 minutes outside of the processing pitcher.
My favorite is vanilla base. When I spin it and it comes out powdery I add in a tablespoon of milk and it really helps! I love creating new recipes every time. Thanks for sharing yours!
That’s it, I’m purchasing one. They should sponsor you because this vlog finally made me pull the plug and buy one! I cannot WAIT to try all of these recipes Morgan! Thanks for sharing them! ❤❤ 🍨
I make mine keto non-dairy and most of the time only have to spin once or twice! The best base ingredient for me is the high fat coconut milk in a can!! I love it!!!
Just got mine and have used it twice so far. I bought this "special" Keto ice cream mix, but you have opened up a whole new world of Keto ice cream ideas for me! Thanks! Great video!
For your coffee flavored ice cream, if you just use instant espresso instead, you can mix that in fairlife & it'll come out better, less icy than with your nespresso brewed and poured in. there'll be less water to freeze, a bit more fat content. It goes a long way.
I literally JUST got a Ninja Creami this week so I’m sooooo excited for this video!! Definitely going to try these recipes! Your videos never disappoint❤❤❤
I’m loving it!! FYI though don’t mix 35% cream and protein powder 🤣tried to make my boyfriend protein ice cream by mixing those two and it did NOT turn out well lol
Add some milk in your second respin and you won’t have to spin again after that. Also, just spin on icecream rather than light icecream, the texture is better.
The strawberry one with coconut cream of sweetened condensed milk (if you eat either of those) would be amazing. Banana or strawberries with the peanut butter one also 🤤
Thanks so much for your recipes and helpful tips on the Ninja Creami. I've just purchased one, so am very new with the machine. Your videos were very helpful.
Thank you so much for the recipes! I use the Nutribullet Pro which I love love and creams those frozen fruits super fast. I will use the ninja to convert to ice cream or sorbets. Fairlife is awesome too…can’t wait to try it when I get my machine
Thanks for this! I bought my Ninja Creami because of you ☺ but I was getting frustrated about the powdery results, and now thanks to you I realize that I need to remix a few times. Im so exited now!!! Thanks again!
Hey just so you know if you want the pudding mix to do anything and activate it needs to be the instant version. You had the cook version in the chocolate recipe
If you want to make the açai bowl a little bit thinner after your first spin add a little bit of milk/water, possibly yoghurt. You don’t have to add it originally and can just add it after a few spins when you have an idea of what the texture will be as obviously it will change with different ingredient. This will also prevent you from having to respin all the time!!!
I heard someone let's their strawberries sit in some stevia ( only heard about that with sugar) and it helps draw out the juices. That would be interesting to do with the honey!
Which ninja creami do you have? I seen that the deluxe you can mix it halfway to do like two batches and there a few other versions, I just placed my order on Amazon for the ninja creami 7 in 1 ice cream maker one I tried ordering it through Walmart but it got canceled. They were sold out. Been watching a bunch of videos trying to see different recipes and how the machine works. So for the Sorbet or smoothie can use less mixture then for ice cream when you fill up the container or can you do for all of them
Never knew that peanut butter powder existed Thank you I'm ordering some now. Try your protein coffee as a milkshake. It is to die for. Add a little unsweetened Coco powder. Delicious.
Could you add some protein to that almond milk and shake it up and dissolve it and then add the almond milk cuz then you would have protein strawberry sorbet right?
I am OBSESSED! I have made cinnamon toast crunch protein ice cream, chocolate brownie protein ice cream, and also straw berry cheesecake 😋 it's soo good! I have to try this caramel coffee one now@
Thanks for the video, You should add instant sugar free pudding to all your recipes if you want the texture of ice cream. If you don't want to do a vanilla or chocolate pudding mix (7 to 8g p/pint) , you can add Guar gum (1/8-1/4tsp) or Xanthum gum. It's those emulsifiers that make the recipes most like "ice cream" . Give it a shot with the peanut butter or coffee version and you'll see (also you need less added sweetener).
I got my frother at BB & B for $10, but they are gone now. I saw one at Marshall's in the kitchen gadget dept. yesterday that looks just like Morgan's. It has a battery. So far I have never had to change it...not sure if that's possible.
You called it healthy but added Nutella lol. These look so good and we just got ours today from costco. I can't wait to try the creamaccino and ice cream and all of the other things on it. We got the delux 11 in 1. So excited right now.
Maybe start using a potato masher for something like that....or even fork. Using a steak knife, people will see that, and will think it is safe to do that (which it is not). Appreciate you! Will try the coffee one!
Organic strawberries would be alot better. Strawberries are sprayed with lots of pesticides and impossible to get clean because they are porous. Costco has great prices on big bags of organic frozen fruit
I love watching your video and I will try your flavour ideas. I got to say that I wanted to give you some help and put a titch to milk or water into your reblend so you only have to do it once. The main thing is that you now know and you will have extra blending time for more yummy goodness! Enjoy

make sure your freezer is set to higher temp around -16 c
I let it sit out for 30 mins and never have to respin
I have found adding an extra tablespoon or so of whatever liquid I originally put in right after the first spin, solves 99% of that crumbliness.
A stabilizer also helps with non sorbet recipes. Like part of a pudding package or some kind of natural gum powder.
Me to
Add a tablespoon and re-spin or just add the liquid?
@@guspalaskas4290 yep, hit the re-spin after the liquid add.
Which one is your favorite ? I use xantham and guar at times@@scrappytraveler-cherylfran4890
Just adding a teaspoon of liquid will keep you from having to do more than one respin. Also a little bit of xanthan gum gets rid of all icyness
I don’t like the “Snot” texture that Xanthan gum gives to it! I use 1 tsp of gelatin instead! Works better and great!
And she's not putting enough in there. What you said and putting a little more in there solves it.
I agree I have tried Xanthan gum and don’t like what it does to the texture! I won’t even finish it :/ that’s why I like the pudding powder
@@kyliefan7 you need to use like ½tsp xanthan gum, like a veryyy small amount, per 600ml ice cream base
@@morgreeenyou use Xanthan gum for hot food, guar gum is best for cold food
Tip: add a bit of milk before you respin. It will save you the third respin.
I really love your flavour choices. I can’t wait to try them . I have only had my Creami Deuxe for 10 days. It’s such a treat.

I got my creami a few days ago. I have seen some complicated recipes, but I love how 3 simple ingredients can make something delicious!
I make mine keto non-dairy and most of the time only have to spin once or twice! The best base ingredient for me is the high fat coconut milk in a can!! I love it!!!

Just got a ninja creami for Christmas and am so happy this video is now relevant to me 🥰
You can also put a little bit of liquid in it after mixing it one time. It will also help with the consistency and you need less respins

Oooh, loving the back-to-back uploads!!!👏🏽👏🏽
I’m rewatching this because I bought a ninja Creami family deluxe 🙂 I can’t wait to use it.
Love your enthusiasm and creativity.
Hey just so you know if you want the pudding mix to do anything and activate it needs to be the instant version. You had the cook version in the chocolate recipe
You need to get one of those ground beef masher thingies. They work perfectly for all the Creami recipes.
If you want to make the açai bowl a little bit thinner after your first spin add a little bit of milk/water, possibly yoghurt. You don’t have to add it originally and can just add it after a few spins when you have an idea of what the texture will be as obviously it will change with different ingredient. Also don't spin straight from the freezer. Ninja suggest wait 10 minutes before spinning.
Idk if you have a trader joes in your area, but they have really affordable acai frozen packets like half cost of other stores
Can I use oat milk thankyou kindly
You can add any kind of milk even half and half and coconut milk 😊
You should do a “what I do in an entire day” video to show us what your average day looks like!
thank you for the ideas and tutorials
For the strawberry sorbet, how come you don't blend the strawberries a little? Like a couple pulses? Would that mess up the texture?
I heard someone let's their strawberries sit in some stevia ( only heard about that with sugar) and it helps draw out the juices. That would be interesting to do with the honey!
Always blend my stuff first or put it in a food processer then I pour in the creami cup then freeze

Try your protein coffee as a milkshake. It is to die for. Add a little unsweetened Coco powder. Delicious.
Try adding some liquid base before you hit the Re-Spin button. It’ll get rid of that crumbly consistency and make it creamy, faster.
3:28 start using immersion blender and you won't have the sinking to the bottom issue anymore 🙃
I have been on the fence for a while!!! Ugh you make me want one 🤗😻
I agree they need to sponsor you 🙌
if you add a bit of cocoa powder to the chocolate one it gives it a richer taste
What brand of chocolate chips did you show in the peanut butter ice cream recipe? It's my fav and I lost my bag and can't recall the brand name!!
Is there a uk substitute for fair life and jello powder ?
Could you add some protein to that almond milk and shake it up and dissolve it and then add the almond milk cuz then you would have protein strawberry sorbet right?
Just got mine today and am looking forward to some high protein ice cream
I'm in Australiam we don't have jell-o. What is it?
It’s Jelly 🙂 but they made custard ones, I think.
The main ingredient is corn flour, with flavouring. You can substitute by making your own.

Can someone explain the ice cream versus light ice cream features?
I am OBSESSED! I have made cinnamon toast crunch protein ice cream, chocolate brownie protein ice cream, and also straw berry cheesecake 😋 it's soo good!
I have to try this caramel coffee one now@
Omg sounds amazing 🤤
Definitely on the first spin just add a little bit of liquid that you used and you can avoid all that extra spinning
whats that small mixer you use in the containers?
Walmart sells the slice frozen strawberries now in the bag❤

Have you tried heavy cream instead of milk?

Ugh! This makes me want to invest in a ninja creami so badly now 😢😅

I’ve never heard anyone say Nutella like that 😂
Your dog is so beautiful. "May I has froot two?"
The crumblyness could be because you have your freezer too cold.
