I have made this before and it is a great runner and so quick!. I have even put batting in using the same method and worked perfectly! Thanks for the video Love the fabrics!
It's such a quick and easy runner to make. I got the fabric from our local Spotlight store here in OZ
@@alandacraft I will have to stalk online Spotlight!
Super!Thanks
Perfect.
I love these table runners! So much fun to make a different one for each month.❤️
What a great idea 😊. They are so quick and easy to run up so, yes, it will be easy to make one for each month. And they make great gifts.
Lovely, thank you for sharing
My pleasure 😊
Oh wow! What a great idea! Thank you! ❤
Glad you like it Carol 😊
Your choice of materials are just lovely
Thank you 😊
I got your email today about the table runner from just one piece of fabric and I started looking through your videos to see what other table runner tutorials you had and I found this. This is exactly what I wanted! Simple enough for me to make and I love the two fabrics and the pointed ends. Very very nice! I want to make one for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas. Thanks so much!
Thank you Laurie 😊. This one is so quick and easy to make and it will look lovely in fall colours. We also have the instructions to make matching placemats on the website.
@@alandacraft oh, awesome on the matching placemats! I;'ll definitely want to make those, too! Thanks!
I have scads of Christmas fabric. Definitely will do this. Thanks!
Super cute. And super easy and fast. I will be doing this for sure!!
Excellent Judy 😊. It comes together so quickly.
@@alandacraft great instructions. Great teacher!! May God bless you with a wonderful day!
What if you don’t want the arrow look
I have made some of these table runners that do NOT have the pointed ends. I add about an INCH to overall length of the desired table runner length. Make the "tube" as she shows us how. I press it into place. Then on the OPEN ENDS, I turn under 1/2 inch on the top & bottom fabrics. Pin, stitch opening closed with a topstitch. Repeat on other end. I have also used a decorative stitch to topstitch the openings closed, as well as down the length of the runner on each side, where the 2 pieces of fabric are sewn together. Very quick! Hope that helps. 🥰
I like it !! Gives me something else to make for Christmas
Great fast idea! Thanks for sharing this.😀
Great idea, at what step could I add batting?
I haven't added batting to mine, however, Laura over at Sew Very Easy has made this table runner using batting. Here is a link to her table runner ua-cam.com/video/dH-pxjFqvzs/v-deo.html
@@alandacraft thank you
🫢h-My G😊🤩d-ness❣️ How Absolutely Beautiful 💖.. And Quick 😂🎉🎄. I'll be making 1 or 2 of these 😊.. maybe even 15 or 20😅 Thank You 🎁 Thank You 🎁. Have a lovely holiday season 💓
You are most welcome. 15 or 20 sounds about right 😊 they are so easy to run up so have fun
Cool. I forgot all about this quickie project. Thank you so much for demoing it. Terrific, happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas.
Thank you 😊.
Hi, could you tell me what this gorgeous fabric is called, and who by please? Your instructions are really nice and easy to follow I appreciate that. Thank You, Maggie
Thank you for your lovely comment Maggie ☺️. If you live in Australia you can get it from Spotlight. I did a quick search for similar fabric in the US and couldn't see this particular pattern, but stores in the US have a fabulous range of similar fabric.
Wow beautiful and easy 😍
Pretty and quick. Adding some batting/insubrite to the middle piece and maybe doing some quilting prior to adding attaching the back piece would be a great table/buffet protector for holidays.
Great ideas 😊. Thank you. I just wanted to keep it quick and simple but it would be lovely quilted.
I always forget about this. Thanks for the reminder. Love your quick, easy to follow videos.
Thank you 😊
Is there a pattern for placemats to match this table runner? Thank you for your help.
I haven't done a video Jackie, but I do have the instructions on how make a matching placemat on the website. Here is the link and the instructions are at the bottom of the post - www.alandacraft.com/2023/11/02/10-minute-christmas-table-runner/
Nice
I made 4
Brilliant! Thank you
I wonder how/if this would work using batting???
You can definitely add batting, although I didn't as I wanted to keep it quick and easy. However, Laura over at Sew Very Easy has made this table runner using batting. Here is a link to her table runner with the batting ua-cam.com/video/dH-pxjFqvzs/v-deo.html
Would it be possible to put some batting in between, would it just be put on the flowered piece? Xx

Is the length of the triangle at the end about 6 inches? I wanted to add a bit of fabric at the end but wanted it to be covered by the triangle.
It's approx 7".
Great hostess gift😊
This so great. Thank you for sharing!!! Beautiful! 😊

Is there written instructions?
Yes, you can find the written instructions on our blog here - www.alandacraft.com/2023/11/02/10-minute-christmas-table-runner/
I tried replying to you with a link to the written instructions but it looks like UA-cam doesn't like that. However, if you check the description field for this video you will find a link there.
I have lots of fabric rouse up. This will be great. ❤ Thank you
You are welcome 😊. A nice easy project that will certainly help reduce the fabric stash.
