    Extra notes:
    Elemental Surge does NOT explode from your character like I said, but from a random enemy in range 10. So it will always do it's damage. That does not necessarily make it amazing, but it does make it useable.
    About mindstars, they can be confusing, if you're not familiar with them.
    Some builds use them as powerful melee weapons with the help of Psiblades, which is sort of like Weapon Mastery for mindstars, or they can be utilized by casters like Staves, simply as stat sticks, where you can completetly ignore the actual damage numbers (or power % if you have Advanced Weapon Statistics option turned on) of each mindstar and you only care about the item modifiers. This is how Breath Wyrmic uses them, you won't ever be auto-attacking enemies.
    Staves have item modifiers that buff spells, Mindstars have modifiers that buff mind talents. You can look through the item modifiers here: te4.org/wiki/Ego

    Nice video! Glad to see the wyrmic taken as a sort of caster character when I always try to make a weapon based one.

    Actually, elemental surge radius is not from you, its from an enemy in 10 range that is randomly selected when the surge triggers. and each blast triggers individually. I mostly used it for the damage because it does HUGE burst damage. to me, the buffs are just a little extra

      Oh wow, yeah that makes so much more sense, now that I read it again.
      Thanks for correcting me on that.

    Devouring flames is for the third Wyrmic build that isn't that great but fun if you want to try something different. It focuses on mindpower and moves that scale off it.

    Should take the last skill in fungal, sudden growth, I put 2 points in with Adept it is a Full Healthbar Heal with regen up, basically my strongest heal, has saved my rear so many times this run

    • @Drybe
      @Drybe  2 місяці тому

      My logic behind not taking it was, that if my regen is not managing to outheal incoming damage, spending a turn on a heal could be dangerous and I should run instead.
      But you get so tanky by the end, that you're probably right.

    •  2 місяці тому

      @Drybe Yeah at some point healing for 1100 health and regaining a whole second health bar while also having constant regen on is a pretty strong use of turn for sustained fights as long as you didnt get bursted down to low health in a single turn at which point run is probably the move.

    I don't understand the concept behind Scourge/Undead being Magic/Spell based. Is there any conceivable build where they'd be useful? Does Wyrmic have any other Magic options?

    • @Drybe
      @Drybe  11 місяців тому +1

      Not really, people speculate they were added since they can be used for some builds on Adventurer, the bonus class that can use any trees in the game.
      It's bizarre.

      @@Drybe It's really a shame since these two trees could be really cool :(

      @@phildefreitas5669 Wyrmic get an extra talent tree everytime an expansion releases, so once a third one releases, they'll have 3 magic based talent tree.
      Then, you'll be able to do something with it.
