That nettle pasta looks so good! We used to cook nettles in France and my Zia would use them in cooking in Umbria too but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in pasta. What a lovely recipe! Thank you so much for showing us 🪴💚🥰♥️🇮🇹

So that's a likely reason why the grass in the churchyard opposite me and the field next to it is overgrown. I assumed the town council had met with insuperable financial difficulty - maybe not. I like the idea of the infusion which could be used in many other recipes so thank you for the reminder.
Hugh, how lovely to hear from you. Perhaps a bit of nettle foraging in the churchyard is called for.
