    Thanks for explaining about the grass being left. When we were over a few weeks ago we did wonder why some grass had been mown and some hadn't

    That nettle pasta looks so good! We used to cook nettles in France and my Zia would use them in cooking in Umbria too but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them in pasta. What a lovely recipe! Thank you so much for showing us 🪴💚🥰♥️🇮🇹

    So that's a likely reason why the grass in the churchyard opposite me and the field next to it is overgrown. I assumed the town council had met with insuperable financial difficulty - maybe not. I like the idea of the infusion which could be used in many other recipes so thank you for the reminder.
