I wish everyone would go back to 90s-era activism: putting a “Free Tibet” sticker on your car, computer, skateboard or other flat surface and then doing nothing else.
Funny story. When I was a teen, my grandmother gave me a nice chunk of money. I couldn't do anything with it, so I had my mom invest it in Ben & Jerry. This was in the 80's, and it was dirt cheap. I sold it when I turned 18 an bought a new Lincoln Town Car. Cash. It just goes to show that LRCW Patreons are born stock market geniouses.
No one regrets not getting the shot. I am a nurse and refusing the jab has made advancing my career very difficult, I cannot go back to college to further my education because of it in fact but I still do not regret my decision.
What a dystopian future we live in. Would have thought a vital occupation such as a nurse would negate tyrannical mandates but hey, it's the world today
While I can't speak for everyone, for me it was the fact it took away long standing safe guards and used a new technology that had not gone through traditional rigorous clinical research. For example, the NHS told my pregnant partner back in 2021/2022 that she should get the shot and there was plenty of research to say it was safe, but we were very cautious and refused, and a few months after my son was born it turned out there was zero research at all to confirm it was safe for pregnant women. Bottom line, when something becomes a one way narrative, take a big step back
@@joey_5232 Think of it this way: if you don't trust the vax and you know that the survival rate for COVID is something like 99.98% anyway, then not getting the shot means you are still 99.98% safe against COVID death while also being 100% protected against any adverse vax side effects. *Edit: Not to mention that many who got the vax still ended up getting COVID anyway. So, for many people, the jab just seems like an unnecessary and unhelpful risk.
@@joey_5232 After the jab started rolling out for younger adults (so not seniors), the excess death rate for that group skyrocketed. Like, in the US, hundreds of thousands of people have died in this age bracket, an entire order of magnitude larger than how many died of the illness. And the official explanation is "Stop asking questions." So I'd say it's good to refuse the poke so you don't die or develop any of the significant, major health issues associated with it.
About the Pecan Resist ice cream, they partnered with Linda Sarsour for it. One of the founders of the "Women's" March that suports Sharia Law and badmouthed Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a feminists who actually is fighting for women's rights where they're needed the most.
Ben and Jerry's Ice cream is a mess. There is not one product that I woild like to eat when looking on the ingredients. And the political messaging is far away from the happyness of eating Ice cream. Maybe there is a curse on the stolen land on which the Ben and Jerry's Head quarter is build.
So hey, do the English consider it a loss to France, or a loss to the Vikings, when the Normans came over, put their guy on the throne, and his bloodline ruled for centuries? I'm just giving you grief, I enjoyed the story time!
Im so happy that you are doing political commentary. You are smarter than everyone in government in the West.

It was simple times
And even then, I was like "You damn hippies." 🤣
In there defense, thats basically what they do now…but instead of thinking they’re good keep they just think we’re bad ppl.
When an ice cream company that sells a pot of ice cream for £5-8 a carton try's to be anti-capitalist....

Haha using the beauty of capitalism to make money from communists, love it!

Wait, I've heard people not regretting their choice of not getting the shot but, why is it good to refuse the shoot? I'm actually curious

go woke, hopefully go broke. their ice cream is way overpriced, and mediocre at best.
