    TRX 20 Minute HIIT
    TRX Leg Workout
    HIIT 45 sec on, ascending rest interval starting at 15-30-45sec of rest
    -TRX In and Out squat jumps - Starting with legs out wide, squat down, jump up and tough feet together then repeat (plyo exercise)
    -TRX lunge kicks - Holding the TRX lunge back and then kick in between the TRX straps
    TRX squats Basic squat, repping out fast but with good form
    TRX lunge Jumps Holding the TRX lunge back and jump up with the back leg coming high. (plyo exercise)
    TRX Skater Plyo Jumping laterally back and forth, inside leg crossing behind the front leg
    TRX 1 leg RDL standing press down into the TRX with hands and reach forward into the RDL

    Were have you been the last 3 years of my life. I believe you and your routines or what I've been praying for for the past 3 years so thank you young man I just can't wait to get in the gym now my gym time is 5 a.m. this morning is a week so thanks again big fan for life

    TRX is pretty costly but i am thinking of making this investment after watching this.
