    2 errors in your instructions that could mess up someones recipe. Please clarify, why 1 cup of lentil in the video and then 2 cup in the written description? The info there doesn't make sense. Also you say 1/2teaspoon salt in the video and 1/2Tablespoon in the written info.Thanks : )

    I made this recipe. I had trouble because it was to liquid, so I added some corn starch, but that wasn’t working, so I had to add in a little bit of flour. I also added garlic powder and dry oregano, to give it a bit of a taste. I don’t know if I would make it again. I haven’t tried it yet, because I just took it out of the oven.

      Try adding psyllium husk and you won't need flour

    • @alisonstevens8687
      @alisonstevens8687 18 днів тому

      I was looking at this recipe and the consistency after leaving in the water and soaking then adding oil, then the yeast mixture just looks so so runny, I would personally think of allowing the lentils to dry out, I only use ecological everything, and it would be a waste of money. Yes adding Psyllium husk but it also seems maybe better also using dry lentils as a flour, that way you don't get the heavy liquid 😮😮.
      Many people have given it a thumbs up but not made it.
      Can people make it then comment?
      Also if you made changes what Changes you had to make...and write them here
      That way we can not all make same mistake.
      Love Gluten free recipes, but can become expensive as it may not be edible, although the one made in the video seems good it looks very spongy...More like a dense cake rather than a bread...
      Am happy to be put right for those of you that have made the exact recipe...
      Thank you

    • @ferryyusufali6741
      @ferryyusufali6741 33 хвилини тому

      hi gluten are dense coz of starch when I make for my daughter flat bread (chapati /tortilas) I add a few items to make it soft no additives/yeast/baking soda coz she reacts to a lot of things trying out many times at last I got it right…
      Simply add potatoe powder and it softens the dough and also if it’s dense/hard steam it and you won’t believe the texture.. so soft and tasty
      Hope you enjoy

      Yes, I don’t have measuring cups. So I used big bowl available. It is more than a cup at least 2 cups of measuring cups. Honestly, I didn’t add psyllium husk , no eggs or any gluten. Trust me if you bake it once your bread will come out as mine.🤗🤗
