@ShiivaWilding Stewart Lee is the best comedian out there, but he's wasted on people like that. Just chuck him a Peter Kay DVD and tell him to piss off
so, we're making a program called Comedy Rocks, we'll need some comedians obviously, and somebody who rocks, or at least has heard rock, or at least makes music it's possible for men to like, or at least makes half decent music for women? Fuck it we'll get Blunt instead
@moepsp there's lots of great American comedians or course, it's a shame you can't spell any of their names though. But it's generally accepted that for it's size Britain pours out an inordinate amount of brilliant comics, and the humour is a lot more intelligent and subtle than American humour tends to be. Plus the best American comics had to come to Britain anyway to earn a decent living, because while American comics may understand great comedy, American audiences don't
@moepsp I scrolled down and you put 'most' brit comedians are corny. Billy Connolly, Bill Bailey and Ross Noble are much better than any of the comedians you mentioned for simple class of delivery and much less frequent dependancy on swearing. I would have suggested Stewart Lee, but most American's (not saying you, nor being racist) can't understand the subtlety of his comedy, but by all means check him out before you make a serious judgement.
@moepsp Erm I think you'll find there sweetheart that Britain and Canada have the funniest comedians. And how can you say that Britain has corny comedians? Ever heard of Frankie Boyle or Jimmy Carr? They would wipe the floor with your theory. Oh yeh and Ricky Gervais, he really is corny and unfunny, that's why he has stormed America on every media platform. America panic over Brit comedy because it is not afraid to speak about taboo subjects. Bill Hicks was the only awesome American comedian.
What a terrible list of comedians you have there just the fact you started with Dave Chappelle (and spelt it wrong btw), you strike me as someone easily distracted by loud shiny objects. Oh and Ricky Gervais, Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran, Billy Connolly, Just a TINY handful of some of the most successful comedians in the world, all British. We vastly out do you in terms of interesting successful stand comedians not to mention the plethora of worldwide success we've had from our TV comedy series.
Yeah that's fair comment. He does have a massive repertoire though, but for some reason feels the need to constantly bring out these old ones, and they're not even his best.
He is the modern day Tommy Cooper, clean family entertainment, always makes me laugh out loud.
Tim is a British comedy genius.
0:26 James Blunt is the warm up act for Tim Vine?
Cheeky Chappy Comedy Gold!

When he said about spilling my scrabble set on the street I thought he was gonna say it 'spelled disaster' lol.
He is so good at telling bad jokes. I think its his cheeky grin. Why is it when I tell his jokes to my friends they tell me to shut up? LOL
Imaginary friends do that
It's like Pizza Hut in the early days... it's all in the delivery.

Only England can tolerate this level of 'comedy'....

This show looks bizarre.

telling the same jokes as he done in 1996, BORING
