I was just about to put this video on 'watch later'... but I decided to tackle it head on. Let's see ... feeling excited that I might actually do "it" today.
The WONDERFUL Carol Look. Thank you for interviewing her - she is a major inspiration to me and the best advert there is for this wonderful tapping technique. I am definitely a better EFT Practitioner because of her. 🌟
First minute, and as always with you guys, I'm blown away! Thank you for this AWESOME information! What an anxiety release! God bless you guys for your amazing work (and anyone reading this too ♥️)!
This is way to specific to procrastinating a business project. I need help with procrastinating studying and doing schoolwork. The root of my procrastination is preferring to do just about anything else.
I found the info and tapping helpful but I’m curious for the therapists/practitioners that say if you’re fearful of something to go ahead and do it afraid anyway. Is that an approach to avoid until we bring down the fear?
@Laura M. - Many people like to emphasize jumping in before you are ready because, so often, we let fear stop us from taking the next step toward our goals and dreams and for many of us, we will never feel truly ready. We would recommend you tap on the fear, then take the next step, then tap on the fear, then take the next step and so on to help you address the fears and doubts that are coming up but also help you move forward and celebrate every small victory!
I found this really useful. It highlighted that I needed to tap for trauma, because I’d experienced quite extreme toxic behaviour from a couple of jealous others in positions of authority. Many thanks for this. With gratitude 🤍
