    I cannot thank you both enough! before doing the tapping I was feeling suffocated and cannot put my hand on the reason. I would say my anxiety went from 9 to 5 just doing these two rounds and already downloaded the app. I am a psychotherapist who always listened to patients' struggles about panic attacks but had my first one a month before the pandemic and you can only imagine how I feel now with all the bad news.     This is HUGE - thank you so much for bringing this, Marie. I've heard about EFT before but was never too motivated to get into it. Now?? uh, yeah, different story. Pandemic, friends getting sick, quarantined in a small condo with a mentally ill child and neighbors hacking & coughing.... saints preserve us... bring on the tapping. xoxo

    Marie asked the questions I've been wondering for a long time! She's our girl. I've looked up tapping before and had a coach guide me through it once or twice, but I'm a curious person who doesn't just do things because I'm told. I NEED EXPLANATIONS -- good ones! Loved the real simple description of how things work.

    I heard of tapping technique from reading Jack Canfield’s book and from Tony Robbins’s video and still.... I thought the technique just seemed too simple to have powerful effect. After I watched this video, I decided to give it a try to release my anxiety disorder I have for a few years now. Oh gosh!!! Why did I wait so long to do this? It is so freakin amazing and effective! Thank you Marie and Nick for this wonderful and helpful video! Love you!

    This was relaxing and I did 5 minutes of 4-7-8 breath work just before tapping and noticed bigger difference
    from relaxation after tapping. I have got Nick Ortner's tapping solution book but have not read yet. Really need
    to read. Peace and blessings.

    Marie: I just can´t thank you enough for sharing your friend Nick and his knowledge with the world. I suffer from really strong piercing migraines and nothing seems to take them away. I ´ve tried it all. I did the demo in the video and my anxiety levels went down a couple of points. I´m definitely going to schedule some everyday sessions. God bless you both!     Loovveeedd this video. Such a quick little exercise really allowed me to actually experience a full deep breath after being in quarantine for 3 weeks. Didn’t even realized I wasn’t experiencing deep breaths until I did this ! This clip should be really pushed and shared with our Immediate circles at the very least.

    Tapping somehow feels like the movement we do when we try to settle a little baby. Now, do we tap babies because it destress them or do we feel calmer because it reminds us of our infancy (and the first time ever felt safe and loved)?

    This idea seems similar to the way tapping is used in EMDR therapy, where the goal is to stimulate the right and left brain. Very interesting and useful!

    Im sorry but no amount of tapping can relieve the stress of a loved one in critical condition in the hospital on top of a hundred other stressful things. People who this helps don't know what real stress is.
