June 15 2018 accident

In June last year, the person in the truck, and her partner (not present) told ICBC that their truck was broken down, immobile, and unattended, so Annie must have backed into their truck. ICBC took them at their word, finding 100% in their favour - until the awesome owner of our local liquor store kindly gave us this video. The store owner even insisted on eating a fee charged by a security company to get the video for us (they get all my business now!). Upon viewing the video ICBC instantly reversed their decision. 100% their fault.
Andrea happened upon this person today, and reminded her of the incident. A shy apology probably would have been received with forgiveness ... but instead apparently, the women went ballistic on the school ground field, yelling how its all lies, ICBC never reversed the decision, the truck was broken down. ... and then came back later to yell and intimidate some more, potentially defaming the liquor store by apparently saying that the liquor store said all kinds of bad things about Andrea, including that the store believed that we had done this as an insurance scam several times.
I guess they didn't ask the liquor store for their own copy of the video ... so here it is for anyone to see :)
Notice that our black car pulls out before the truck's reverse lights go on. The supposedly broken down truck backs up, never hesitating, while Andrea stops, and tries to get out of the truck's way.
