When the lake is low, harvest the gold

I realized some circumstances meant that a local lake might be quite low right now, so I headed out in the rain, and lucked out. Almost the entire swimming area was dry. Found 25 fishing weights, 13 22 shells (odd). 2 bullets (also odd), about $3.50. And this really jumpy signal - 45 to 70 on the Apex, near the water that turned out to be a small 1g 10k gold ring, about 6" down in the sandy gravel. Nice.
