Just because something is immortal doesn’t mean they can’t die. They just simply don’t die from aging or natural causes. D&D elves and elves from LotR are immortal, and yet they can be killed in battle.

How did you get all this? I can’t even play it til tonight at midnight.
He was one of those that got it "accidently" but isnt supposed to be posting it anywhere
@@jimgleason5638 He's 100% allowed to. Game is out in several areas where it's already the 12th. That's why Nintendo isn't flagging any of the videos, it's fair game at this point
I think the beauty of the scenario lies in the fact that the classic "hero rescuing the princess" is reduced to the relationship of "one who entrusts and one who is entrusted," rather than "one who is rescued and one who is saved," making the two sides as equal as possible.
Correction, Ganon. THAT was "all he could do." All that Ganon could do was fail miserably even as an eternal dragon.
Just because something is immortal doesn’t mean they can’t die. They just simply don’t die from aging or natural causes. D&D elves and elves from LotR are immortal, and yet they can be killed in battle.
@@BersealiaDreamheart I didnt say immortal but eternal. Also, immortality is defined as "not subject to death".
18:31: That freaking explosion though, jeez
I’m not the only one that thinks that at the end Zelda should’ve said, “Link, it seems that the tears of the kingdom are the friends we made along the way.”
I really honestly want to see ganondorf use flurry rush. He activated bullet time when I attacked him.
The final battle whilst visually stunning didn’t feel much of a challenge especially once you have the master sword and can flurry rush
Personally I would have preferred to have seen a Ganondorf v Zelda dragon (light v dark) fight with link thrown in for good measure. I felt his dragon form was similar to dark beast Ganon. Too simplified.
Unfortunately that's the downside of all Zelda games, even the youngest players need to enjoy these games, so it's a compromise I'm willing to accept. Thankfully the boss fight still looks beautiful
Well at least demon dragon attacks you more than dark beast Ganon, while I was on it's back one of it's dark gloom fire balls flew into me and knocked me off, not the most challenging but definitely better than dark beast Ganon imo
That off center health bar is the best example I've seen of UI storytelling. That gannondorf is so powerful that he breaks the fabric of reality
So you flurry rushed Ganondorf’s flurry rush that flurry rushed your flurry rush. Quite normal for a final boss. Soooooo normal.
1:42 this right here is where i just broke down laughing. something about the buildup and tone with his speech only to then give the player another title card for him. idk if it was the timing when it happened or the music, but it took me out.
all other bosses: fairly big explosion
Ganon: _atomic bomb_
3:59
*sees enemy health bar*
Me: That’s not fair….
Is anyone else disappointed that Link and Zelda didn't kiss?
there's other ways of depicting romance and love is more than physical acts
@@kit76149 Anyone can say it’s not romance, though. I’m tired of trying to convince dumb people that Link and Zelda are the main couple of the series. 😂 Maybe if they kissed, they’d all shut up.
YES. It should’ve happened years ago.
I am more disappointed that there was no allusion at it at all in the game. Like, not a hint or anything about their relationship. More when BoTW was pretty clear at Zelda's feelings for Link. I hoped for more here but got nothing at all.
Link: Now now now Ganondorf... N-No dragons!
Ganondorf: Did I say no *demon* dragons? DID I?!
One big medieval mess
Just wanted to ask, do you have any tips on the timing for Flurry Rushes against Ganondorf? I've been fighting against Phantom Ganon and I'm still having a bit of difficulty on the timing for the Flurry Rushes.
The way Zelda instinctively showed up to save Link from the Demon Dragon just warmed my heart. And I was like “Hell Yeah, fighting the final boss with Zelda!!!! LETS GOOO!!!”
7:35 Ganondorf is so cool that he can suport his full body weight on his hair😂😂😂 what a chad.
21:53 music at its peak
Bro the transition to the second phase when he transforms is so COOL!
Ganondorf basically said "I didn't hear no bell", proceeded to shove a fancy magic rock down his throat, and turned himself into a dragon.
Hell of a boss fight.
can’t y’all wait one more day
no
“Hyrule will have nothing after I’m done with you! Not even borde-“
*”DO YOU SEE ANY BORDERS FROM HERE? WHAT HAS BORDERS GIVEN US?”*
Ganondorf comes back in the next game
Ganon: You all thought
the absolute horror of seeing that health bar going furhter and further at 3:50
Ikr, seemed like something outta undertale
Parts of this final boss battle reminded me of the final Kratos vs Zeus battle inside Gaia at the end of God of War 3
7:36 I will yet rule this land you will not stop me! A mere mortal will not stand in my way! My body, My mind everything! I'll sacrifice it all to destroy you and cast this world into eternal night!
Ok I was expecting a demon NOT A DRAGON! That just had me shocked like I did not see that coming like wow just wow!
This should’ve been Mark Hamill as Ganondorf.
Now that's something
@@ConnorTheAdventurer2000
Just picture Hamill using the voice he did with the Fire Lord from Avatar.
These lines in such a creepy, yet intelligent way would’ve been a nice touch. Hamill would’ve nailed the brilliant side of Ganondorf. It would’ve been very interesting how he would deepen it.
Ganondorf:Enjoy theses final moments i will be taking far more then your arm this time.
To me, each Zelda ending gets more powerful over time. Cathartic and rewarding in the moment, especially after a tough final boss, with emotional weight coming later. This had me in tears from the first as well as being cathartic snd rewarding.
Though the plot of thd game was largely repetitive (the exact same cutscene plays gor the 4 sages) this ending absolutely blew me away and hit the gsme into classic status
That is amazing ending
Ganondorf will be Link’s arch nemesis
He kinda already is.
And Zelda's.
The dragon fight is amazing
It was hardly a fight.
@@elsahyrule6711 late comment, but I actually enjoyed the demon dragon, and you gotta be honest at least he does attack more in ways that can hurt you
@@elsahyrule6711 True. It's similar to BOTW's Dark Beast Ganon fight. It's about the epicness and being a playable cinematic. Though the problem with BOTW's was Calamity Ganon ain't sh*t. At least Ganondorf's multiple phase and build up to him was difficult.
Imagine it having dark souls like difficulty. It would disrupt the immersion of having an epic battle with dragondorf while riding on dragonzelda. XD
Nobody:
Every girls dad when they find out she has a boy friend: 3:45-4:15
"Oh Link I'm home" and then "And I got you" *Zelda being an actual Yiga"😂😂😂😂
everything falls in place with breath of the wild expect ganon,
the shrines were token apart to make sky view towers.
the descendants of urbosa, mipha, daruk, and revail,
became sages.
but where does ganon come in?
in breath of the wild we had a calamity ganon.
so what happened to calamity ganon?
this is just a theory but I believe that calamity ganon was controlled by the
demon king. as we have seen in the memory where sonia dies.
ganon makes a lot of malice and disappears.
just like what happens when you defeat enemies/bosses.
thanks for reading!
Welp, Legend of Zelda has gone full anime
If this version of Ganondorf ever does return, he probably won't retain any aspects of his original personality since he's now a mindless beast with an endless appetite for destruction.
