You are very inspirational to aspiring footballers like me and motivate me to keep on improving and progressing! I will use your drills in my own session while I am also showing my progress on my youtube channel.
First, can you make a video for building self confidence and not be scared to try new moves or do something because you are scared you will fail. Great video.
I looked around my local area not too far and I found a perfect place to practice a small grass area with different height walls around and next to it a large grass area with a concrete court in the middle.(both basketball and football) The only problem is the court is small no more than a 5 aside and the grass has lots of holes and stuff so the ball bounces when I try do wall passes
My local pitch is near Tottenham Stadium and there’s about 5 pitches and 10 5-a-side pitches and a 400m track. They are always occupied so I started going around 7am trust me it is way beytet
You got me on to adding activation in my warm up, really helpful. Also I'm moving from the UK to the US for college soccer much like you did so your whole work ethic and journey really inspires me.
I’m training to prepare for college soccer and have been struggling finding a rhythm while training on my own. This video has been really helpful and I plan on trying this for a session.
To you or your email and any files attached are the following your instructions for the next week the next day delivery 🙂the the wee and your trip is desh you and the next step is to you and your family and friends is desh you my name and address of the following information about the next few days ago ☺️ rrielo and yourself to a new one 😷
Thanks for this man really appreciate this I’m going to do some of these drills in my training session this afternoon! You’re an amazing football/soccer player, great work mate. Also could you do a video about this but a follow along session (individual) so we can see what we can do with you having the intention of giving us a training session we can copy. Overall 9/10 video mate thanks 7mlc!
Thank you for sharing your individual training with us. Today I worked out for a an hour and after that, I did first touch training. I add some shooting to it but I didn't include the dribbling. I should think about doing so.
It's a blessing for me that i found this channel here, you are the only person that currently help me with my dreams, i hope that you can make me dream ...... Lots of respect from me 🖖🙏🙌
I just create my own schedule & spent half an hour for warm-ups. 1). Breathing and slow jogging (5mins) 2). Static stretch (5mins) 3). Activation with R.band (10mins) 4). Dynamic stretch (10mins) And followed by around 30-45mins individual session. Then again, half an hour cold-down stretch and form rolling. Not so sure the sequence and timing right. Haha. Any suggestions are welcome!
Awesome vid you are really good at teaching stuff once you retire you should be a coach because you have taught me a lot mate so I deeply thank you 🙏 👏
few observations: 1. amazing how much time is spent on the very basics - short passing and receiving over and over and over again. splendid. 2. Love the wall 3. I assume this is in your backyard perhaps? Can't help but notice how worn the grass is :-)
Sir I'm lucky that I have subscribed ur channel , u have given many ideas about training, yes I improve myself a little bit from youtube, but originally ur channel is way more helpful to me. Love and respect 🙏 from india.
loved the video. I am looking to introduce football into my fitness training as im getting a little bored just being in the gym. looking forward to doing this sort of stuff. thanks for the ideas!
Banger video Bro. I'm definitely going to use some of these drills. Could you nake a video on what a good training session should include? Like a good structured session including technical and just the basics. Thank man, again great video with great drills!!!!
Hi Michael, Can you do a tutorial on details of shooting across goal, i.e., a right-footed player shooting from the right-wing position? I've studied your shooting technique videos and have improved my shot to a point where I can consistently hit the ball cleanly, but I still struggle a little to find high accuracy/consistency to find the bottom corner or side netting. I think it has to do with being at an angle that throws me off, my shots come out relatively well when I'm in a more central position. Can you provide some tips? Thank you very much!
i would love to see a complete complete training session where we see just raw footage for some of us that would like to see how it’s like to train the way you do and with ur intensity and how long ur breaks are
Start off simple throw it at the wall aim for a spot kick it their then catch it then once you get good enough you should be able to do it without needing to throw and catch it so just aim for a spot at a wall and keep hitting it their after a while of training everyday you should get where you want to be
ur brave for putting that small goal right in front of the forest
Confidence
Hes that good
Idk if he did it on purpose but it's as if he was saying to himself "You better be accurate otherwise ur screwed."
ur brave for putting that small gola right in front the fore
It puts him under pressure so he can score 😂😂😂

Can u do training session for specific positions in football more so attacking part
He’s done a couple of those. Search position specific drills and add 7mlc at the end. He did wingers midfielders and I believe strikers as well
