Thanks very much! Hoping some find it useful. I'm always looking for peoples updates on stuff, reviews and builds. Just like some of the reviews and builds you have done. I like saving money when I can 😀 Thanks for watching!
Thanks so much for your comment! I work hard to put together these videos for a positive viewing pleasure. Special thanks to you for providing the aerials for this video. I loved them!
Thanks Robert! It was a great boat. Had to get rid of it for financial reasons last year. I've since purchased a different boat. Unfortunately not a Tracker. I will say this....I miss my Pro Team 175.
Always watched your vids, we've also chatted a few times on the FB Tracekr group. The upgrades I did to my '19 TXW PT 175 (75 hp motor) was the 2" boat buckles, upgraded the factory wheels/tires to 15'', added a hydrofoil and changed out the leaf springs for the 3 leaf, leaf springs. Trailer is super solid now and does NOT bounce at all. I have a PowerDrive 70 lb TM, factory electronics and I also have a 3 blade stainless prop (I don't remember the pitch). I can get up to ~44 mph.
Hey Jonas nice to hear from you! You've done some good upgrades. 44 mph is a good speed. Nice job with the trailer. I'm sure it's way better now. I've seen some of your posts on the owners group. Always nice to see what people are doing with their boats and trailers in the group. Thanks for watching and for your support. Tight lines!
Hey Steven! Thanks very much. That's great to hear bud. Its a great boat. I unfortunately had to get rid of mine for financial reasons. I since purchased another boat but I really do miss my Tracker. Hopefully will get another one day soon. Thanks for watching. Greatly appreciate it.
You got a sweet ride, dude. I have enjoyed watching you tinker with it this year. I am very jealous. I had been planning on getting my first tin bass boat this summer. The boat I was eyeing actually went up on price by $4000 from December 2021 to Feb 2022 with no differences. I should have just purchased it then.
Thanks Dug I really appreciate it. I hope you find yourself a boat that you can enjoy and not overpay for. I have seen some serious price gouging going on out there. I don't agree with it. This was a hard video to put together. I unfortunately sold my boat back in December. I filmed this before I sold it. That was tough to do 😥 It was a move that I hope will provide another opportunity. I retired from GM in January so I had to sacrifice a few things to make the transition work. I hope I can find something similar moving forward. Thanks again for your support and for watching. Hope one day we can hook up and go fishing together. Tight lines!
@@DpuckFishingandOutdoors thanks a lot buddy! I'm hoping for more fishing time 😁 I may have to work on my shore fishing techniques until I get another boat lol. Will just have to watch more of your videos for tips 😉
@@SteveZ919 I hear ya man. Even the used boat sales are getting out of control price wise. New boats...I get it prices go up but with used stuff that shouldn't happen. Its a depreciating item. I have noticed a lot more boats going up for sale with the gas prices skyrocketing. Have you bought one Steve?
Thanks Jake! That's awesome! When do you pick it up? Another good source for information is the Tracker Pro Team 175 Owners Page on Facebook. Lots of good stuff in their group. You will love the boat. Best of luck and Tight lines!
I do like the live sonar. Would definitely like to get that. Shallow water anchor is a great idea too. I would definitely get the live sonar first. Thanks for your suggestions! Tight lines!
Awesome video! Thanks for the information. I’m thinking of getting a pro 175 and I noticed you had a single garage door. Is that 8 feet garage door? Just want to make sure it fits in my garage if I purchase it. Thanks
Hi David. Thanks very much for your comments. Yes the garage door is 8 feet wide. It's pretty tight getting it in the door with a couple inches to spare on each side of the door. I got lots of practice lol. You will also need a garage length clearance of 20.5 feet. The hitch tongue swings inward which is awesome. Hope that helps you with your decision. Thanks for watching.
Inspired by your question I threw together a quick video of me backing the boat into the garage. Had the footage from last year and decided to throw it together. Thanks for the idea!
The boat surprisingly handled well in the rough water. I beat it up pretty good some days. I prefer to fish in calmer water but some days when venturing out to the bigger lakes you got no choice. The boat held its own. Thanks for watching! Cheers!
Hey there! Love the boat tour video, I am considering installing a recessed tray for my trolling motor foot pedal. Are you a fan of yours on your tracker? Do you feel it is beneficial or takes up room? Thanks!
Hey there Wet "N Wild. I really like the recessed tray for the foot pedal. I've used some without and much prefer the recessed option. Definitely beneficial for me. It doesn't take up anymore room. Thanks for your comments and for watching.
Hey Steve! I agree the boat does sit pretty low at the back end. Generally there's no issue with water splashing in if you're fishing smaller lakes and rivers. I've had a couple incidents where water did splash in. I was on a larger lake (St. Clair) and someone was fishing at the back or I was netting a buddy's fish. The added weight and lake chop splashed over. Nothing too serious but it has happened. Otherwise it handles wave conditions at the rear pretty well. Thanks for watching!
Here's a link to the one I bought. Doesn't have the writing on it like mine but exact same thing. Unfortunately its doubled in price since I bought it. This is the Canadian Amazon link. www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07XDYPG1V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
